I am attaching reference pictures, I received a boat neck blouse but the website has a different design. First pic is my pic, second pic is of the website model. Customer service told me the neck was supposed to be 8 inches deep and I got something that's hardly 4 inches deep. I understand vendors process these lehengas and ultimately the customer has to try it on to understand the flaws, but even after telling cbazaar all my issues and trying to beg them to reprocess it since its for my wedding, they took no action for almost one week(just said they are investigating and made me wait) and finally told me they cant reprocess it due to lack of time.
