I ordered a winter white coat. The material is of very poor quality. Of course, the price should have been my warning. I ordered only one item because I was concerned about the quality of the item at that price point. I would like to return the item. However, there are no return instructions included in the package, so I've reached out to the company by email. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company.I ordered a winter coat and it arrived much later than the expected date. It was wrong color and obviously made in a sweat shop in China because of such poor quality. I tried to make contact to see how to return it, left a message and was never contacted back. All the 3 stars go to the person who was on the phone in this 1/800/815/8263 number and helped me to refund the dresses as well as receive my refund.Their clothing looks attractive online. The sizes are much smaller than American sizes, so beware! I did not keep any of the several pieces I purchased so I don't know how it holds up in the laundry. It took me quite a while to get my refund and then they did not even issue me a full refund and cut off communications with me. Plus I had to pay my own shipping back to the company.
