Their first shipment to me was the wrong phone, so I returned it. Their second shipment was the wrong color, so I returned it. Their third shipment was the correct phone but the wrong charger. Not only that but all three shipments came in a phone box for a different phone type. There is definitely something wrong with their packaging department. While the phone now looks good, I am a bit weary that this phone might be refurbished while the web description said it was new. It was very tough getting a hold of customer service each time (voice-mail), but once I got a hold of them, they took care of me quickly without hassle (thank you Melvin).
