    Ordered 2 tops by mistake separate orders each 10 shipping….arrived in one package with 10 shipping. Called to get credit for second top shipping said they don't do that. So I said basically I was cheated and scammed out of that money. His response yes that's how it's done! Well Christopher I'm done dealing with your company anyone admitting to be a cheater and scammer…nope!     These are not the not the jeans that were sold in the stores. The material is thin and flimsy and the quality is no longer there. I still have some of the jeans I bought in the Christopher & Banks store and I could tell the difference immediately. Date of experience: December 23, 2024
    Quality, style, and fit of clothes is excellent; however, customer service not so. I needed a lot of help ordering a top. Initially the customer service agent was very helpful, but when my need exceeded her patience, it appeared she hung up on me. I ended up making an error with the item I ordered and now will have to return it. I am in my late 70s and not at all comfortable ordering on line. I wish this agent could have been more helpful.     I have a small $25.00 gift card from the original Christopher and Banks. When they changed hands they would not honor previous gift cards. Let's think about this for a minute. I do not buy from them anymore. Haven't for over a year because I have the gift card to remind me that even though they are a different owner they chose to keep the name and stock of the previous owner, everything except to honor the gift cards. Truly a poor business decision. My friend in the same situation stopped buying from them also. Who knows how many others there are of us. Good luck Christopher and Banks!     I returned an order to C&B on 9/7/2023, credit still it issued as of 10/30/2023. After numerous phone calls, I still cannot speak to a supervisor nor receive credit for a return. This company is failing quickly! I would never recommend this company to anyone. Products used:I never received a refund. So do not count of getting your refund if you return product.     If you order a clearance item -which conveniently is labeled 'all sales final' your order will be shipped slower than you can even imagine. They don't care do get it to you in a timely manner because they know you can't send it back. Ridiculous length of time to get my order... placed order on 12/9. Still haven't received on 12/22. No excuse. Will not purchase from this company again.     I've shopped C & B stores in many locations for years! As a matter of fact, I had just placed an order when I heard the sad news. I've always been satisfied with the quality and sizing of their clothes. I've never had a problem returning on-line our bases to any store. Staff were always friendly and helpful. My closet is full of C & B clothing. I'm so sad they're closing. I intend to continue on-line purchases as long as available. Sending my best wishes to all employees.     I had ordered two blouses from them and only one fit. Unfortunately, I have health issues that prevented me from returning one top within 30 days. I contacted customer service and even though I was only one week out they would not allow it. I requested to speak with a supervisor and they said their on a call, I said I'll wait. She said she didn't know how long it would take but would have the supervisor call me back. I asked will it be today? They said yes, 5 days later I'm still waiting. I loved the stores, but not mail order. They have lost this customer due to customer service. Tip for consumers:They now charge return shipping and take it out of your refund. There is no grace period, even for established customers to make a return with extenuating circumstances.     In the past year, I have bought many things from Christopher & Banks. The original pricing on items can be high, but there has ALWAYS been great sales/deals, so the prices are actually great. The clothes are high quality. I have been very happy with what I have ordered. Some of the clothes I bought ran big, and the return policy is excellent ( I think it's 90 days).     Ordered 3 medium mock sleeveless shirts and received 1 XL and 2 smalls. Called customer service and will be sent a shipping label to return and also reordered 3 more medium shirts and was told total was $16 and some change. Received order today and was again sent 1 XL and 2 smalls and was charged $27 and some change. I have shopped at C&B for years but will return items and probably not reorder. So disappointed!     I could not access the site for Tell us, but I do want to let you know that our C& B store in GF, ND has the best service and selection. The girls there are all very welcoming and helpful! I order a lot online now because of the pandemic, but I still visit the store because of the nice associates working there! Also your nice selection of products!     I visited C & B in Aspen Grove, Colorado this past week and as always, I was greeted at the door and given prompt and friendly service. The ladies there are helpful, cheerful and friendly.     I've been trying to return to items that did not fit. After contacting them by phone, I was told I would receive a UPS return lable. First time I never received it.     I was feeling kind of low with the politics and the pandemic so I was just walking the mall when there are only 4 stores, A sweater caught my eye so I went into C&B. I was greeted right away and told of the sales. I went to the sweater that I liked and tried it on was asked if I would like a fitting room and told they are cleaned after every customer, I was relived. I decided to get the sweater and went to the counter to purchase and was told of my you get one free, so i added another sweater. It was so refreshing to have Bonnie and Roxie make me feel so Great. They were amazing and showed me items that just came in. Pleasant and dressed to the tens. I had the best experience and these gals lifted my spirits.     5-7 business days was plenty of time from 11/28 to be delivered before we left for 6mos. CB delayed fulfillment and UPS left sitting in IL for 3 days more. CB customer service refused any help. Purchsed specifically for this extended trip. Now will not be delivered in time and must have someone come pickup fom front steps. Bad business practices. Tip for consumers:Do Not believe delivery time claims. The times change AFTER you purchase. And then CB claims they can't stop the order. You'll have to ask for refund AFTER it's delivered.     I've shopped Christopher and Banks since I lived in Minnesota decades ago. Some of the stores near me in Colorado have closed but, thankfully, the one in Westminster CO remains as I have chosen it as the one I will continue to visit. Two of the employees at this shop, Tammy and Barbara, are excellent and I look to them for opinions. It is because of these two women that I have chosen this location and will continue patronizing Christopher and Banks at the Orchard in Westminster. They make shopping with them fun and I never leave without a few items to add to my wardrobe. They always greet me warmly and remain attentive throughout my stay, although neither are "in my face".     Along with its sister store for womans sizes, this is classic middle-aged woman's casual and career fashion - high quality but for half the price of Macy's. The average item is probably $50 for a sweater, little more for blazer, pants about $40 -- they specialize in misses sizes to 14 and Petite sizes and have a gorgeous array of sweaters and cute clothing (if you're middle-aged Midwestern like I am) as well as jeans, shorts, skirts, accessories. Click on their website THROUGH coupon cactus.com and get usually 6% cash back (they really do pay the cash back - see my review) PLUS check retailmenot.com for the latest coupon code -- I usually get 25% off my order and free shipping.     I have been a loyal CJB customers for many years, but have had my first bad experience. I purchased the black, gold, and white Plaid Popover Blouse, Item # **************. I washed it and hung it out to dry (I always wash clothing before I wear it). The first time I wore it, it snagged on everything; I was determined to be more careful in the future. The second time I wore it, it pilled under the arms and up and down the side - I have never had anything from CJB with such poor quality material. When I called for help, they told me that because I had washed it, nothing could be done. I am very disappointed in the customer service - I'll bet I'm not the only one having trouble with this blouse.
