    My parcel never arrived and they refuse to refund or resend it as it has been over 35 days and I have not notified them. For such a big company, I expected that if the package could not be delivered I would be informed again and they would not just pocket over a hundred euros from a customer who trusted in them.     The products are good, delivery quick. But please stop doing that verify thing to get on to look at your stuff! Drives me mad! You press I'm not a robot, then you have to click on the photos that are a bike /boat etc. If it was once it wouldn't be so bad!     I tried to reach their customer service but the only option is by email through their website. I only received an automated response but no resolution.     They lost my package and i was contacting them for 2 weeks straight to figure out what is going on. Finally they decided to refund me but guess what? They only refunded me for the product but not shipping? Are you kidding me? Refund me the whole amount that i paid for my order INCLUDING shipping.     I brought this serum but after it arrived it turns out that someone else already used this item. Package was damaged and the bottle itself has marks (like from lipstick) scuffs and scratches. I'm very disappointed and want my money back!
    I was a huge fan of feel unique for passed few years since I moved out of UK. They still offer big range of my beloved Elemis products, which unfortunately io cannot buy here, where I live. But lately-its all down the hill. My last two orders went missing and products were out of stock, so they only gave me refunds, eventho those were gifts... Never mind, so I ordered tracked parcel #3 but somehow it takes forever to pass the pending stage, I dunno I think they undergoing some internal changes, or going Thomas Cook on all of us, but do not waste time, go to LOOK FANTASTIC or Der the same stuff with same prices and proper delivery.
    I ordered from feelunique and the parcel was delivered miles away. They said I put the address in incorrectly but I put in my postcode and choose from the drop down menu. The house number a street are correct but the city was wrong. They will not concede their website error and insist I put in the wrong city. This is impossible after you have used your postcode as a reference? Stay away from this site. Tip for consumers:Don't use the automated address finder.     I made a purchase about 24 hours ago of an item that has been sold out by the manufacturer and just about everywhere else. Everything about this screams "scam "to me. The website stated if I made over a $50 purchase shipping was free and if I made over $75 purchase that shipping with tracking would be free however, upon check out I was charged $20 for shipping with 2 to 4 day shipping as being the only option. I was finally tempted with a 30% off voucher, placed and order worth over 100 EUR and it never turned up and I've never been able to get in touch with customer support, constantly ignored.     They sent my order to an address they had on file for years, despite my filling in my current address when I checked out. People at the old address, where I hadn't lived for over two years, either stole or threw away the package. Now feelunique is saying it's my fault and won't reimburse me. Avoid - do not waste your money. There is nothing on their website which can't be bought elsewhere from a company which sill actually try to sort out problems if they arise. Just sorry that I spent £34 to find out how awful feelunique.com is.

    Feelunique was always a great brand with superb customer service. However since the changeover to Sephora I have received really poor customer service. No response to queries via email or phone and good luck with any returns it takes a while to get to them and then you have to wait over 10 days (if you're lucky) to get a refund... avoid!     Really not happy. Ordered a mirror. Got the order confirmation email. Then a further 2 emails a few days later apologising for the delay, saying it will be despatched soon. (With circumstances of covid-19 thats understandable.) However a week later I have now recieved an email saying the item is now out of stock. 1. Why could I even order the item in the first place if it was out of stock. 2. Why has it taken Feelunique this long to tell me the item I've been waiting on for a week is out of stock, despite getting 2 emails beforehand apologising for the delay. Poor customer service, which is a shame as I've never had a problem with Feelunique before.
    Awful customer service experience when chasing a delayed order. The customer service emails & live chat were very impersonal & i received responses that felt like they were copied and pasted from a set of prepared answers. Lacked any genuine feeling apologies for the delay on their part. Will be unsubscribing and deleting my account as a result of this experience. I would recommend using any their direct competition instead.

    I once gave this company 5/5 now I give it 2/5. The customer service is appalling, slow and they don't have a clue what to do except stall you. I recently bought a set, only to find it was actually a FREE GIFT a company had given them as a promotion. The set was labelled 'your gift' and said 'not for individual sale'. They tried to tell me that meant the individual items, and that they had sold the set previously, and it was not a free gift (even though the package says it's a gift!). Basically as I have worked in the industry I know the terminology used, and it refers to the set, and I also saw the set being offered as a free gift earlier in the year. By trying to treat me as dumb, I was passed to a team leader who basically said if you don't want it send it back. What they have done is sold an item and profited that they never paid for, and that is against the law. Maybe on eBay or other sites it's fine, but not a retailer. I have contacted the company concerned for clarification as I am sure they are not happy that a company is selling free promotional gifts for profit. If it was a retail set such as a Christmas set or travel set it would not say 'your gift' on the packaging. Service
    I had a gift card I had won and visited the site to use it. The choice of products was excellent, and the whole checkout procedure was easy. My goods arrived very quickly, and they emailed confirmation of the order immediately. I was able to use a discount code and my gift card on sale items which was great.     I bought 4 products, received only 2. After many complaints I got an incorrect refund, there's money missing. I'm already complaining for almost one month and I still didn't get the correct refund. Will never, ever buy anything from this company again, first and last time. Terrible costumer service and thefts.

    Order was split into two without informing or explaining, never sent a notification that either was shipped, shipped late, one of the split orders arrived with a missing item and when I contacted them, they said the other item went out of stock (also didn't send or inform till I sent asking) so they'll refund it and the missing item. Very unprofessional, no respect to the customer, and their replies are irritating and robotised (if not for the grammar mistakes, I would have thought it a bot).
