    I purchased Crocs from a Croc store. They started falling apart after 6 weeks of wear. The store refuses to replace them saying they only have a 15 day policy. Crocs, when contacted, says they will not do anything as the store is a third party seller. What? It's a Crocs store. $#*!ty customer service for crappy flips. Never again! You'll be sorry if anything happens as you will receive no compensation for your money spent.     Horrible customer service! I paid $75 plus tax for my son's McDonald's Crocs. He's autistic and the first time he wore the Crocs the Hamburgler Charm fell off- apparently it was a defect or not connected well because he only wore them for 1-2 hours mainly sitting down. He cried for 3 days over the list Croc Charm so I messaged customer service to see if I could purchase a new Croc charm- apparently their warranty doesn't cover them (which I didn't ask for one for free) AND you can not purchase one if something happens to yours Not exactly what I expected from a company that charges $75 for rubber shoes!     I wouldn't even give them a rating if that were an option. Their customer service is the absolute worst that I have ever come across. My order was placed and shipped on 12/4 with estimated delivery of 12/17 which has come and gone two days ago and my order has still not arrived.     I bought crocs hiker xscape sandals approximately 1 week ago. Today one of the back belts fell away- the slot for fixation was broken. We applied to the official crocs shop where we bought it in order to change the one or repair (if possible), but the stuff said that they did not have any guaranty and could do nothing.     So my dad had a pair of these years ago and I found myself putting these on for household tasks whenever I went over to his house. I got married this summer, so now that I can start letting myself go I decided to order a pair for myself. They're great. Super lightweight and comfortable. The only gripe I have is that they run a little big. I wear a size 10.5 and, based on other reviews, I ordered a size down. Even the size 10's fit best with socks. Still very comfortable though. If you find yourself at a point in life where you want comfortable shoes and don't have to impress anyone - I highly recommend these.
    I would give them 0 stars. Ordered crocs for fathers day they didn't arrive still haven't. They canceled my pair that I had bought for %50 off because they did have them after a week. Then they offered 35% but I would pay shipping. So instead of making it up. They didn't and pretended they did. Never got my first pair of crocs. Thanks for the horrible experience.     UPDATE 4-3-23 I finally got the shoes, not sure if it is the original order or the secondary order that the chat agent said was coming. The shoes are a 9W and are very tight in the width. They leave marks on top of my feet. So IF anyone orders these you might order up from your normal size. I wear 8 1/2 W ordered 9 W and they are still tight. LOVE LOVE LOVE the sole, & insert they have! Very comfortable (other than being so snug on top of foot at highest point of top arch!) I am placing a coffee container lid in them at night to help them stretch a bit at the top of the foot area. After 2 nights of this they are already more comfortable! Ordered 1 pair of Crocs shoes. 2 and half weeks ago. 2 weeks later I contacted Cust. Serv. Chat Agent. Company & carrier have no idea where my order is. They claim to be resending same order again. I still have NO shoes. They have had my money for 2 weeks now. I will NEVER order online from this company again. Tip for consumers:NO! Just don't.     Called crocs to talk to them about a defective pair of Toddler Crocs I bought for my grand daughter. They didn't help me at all and the rep could of cared less. I was sorry that I ruined her day by calling and making her work! The worst and I am never the one to leave a bad review. Shame on Crocs! My whole family wears crocs and I am not going to say that we won't buy them again but I will be cautious next time.
    I visited the store in the Gloucester Premium Outlets and the customer service was so uncomfortable. My family and I were never greeted/attended to like the rest of the uppity people that walked in, AFTER us. As I was checking out, I asked the cashier a question about my purchase bc I didn't understand how the buy 2 get 2 free worked when my purchase seemed a lil higher than expected. She acted like I was asking a stupid question. Isn't that part of their job description, to answer questions? I literally observed how nice her and the other girl were to all the other guests that look the "part". I guess thats what you would call it. It was my day off and I could've been dressed a little nicer but I am an exhausted mother of two, I work full time and on my day off I just said eff it. I just didnt know it would effect the workers and how they treat people. And it actually bothered me a lot more than it should have. So, here I am telling the internet about it.

    They canceled my order due to a payment issue when I called to get them to reorder, I was on hold for over an hour. I tried using their chat line instead but that person was no help whatsoever. Gave me incorrect information saying that my order wasn't cancelled and that the order was fine on their end. I called again the next day, and was on hold another hour before I gave up.
