Levi's customer service or policy is fraud. It is not give refund to customer, if customer bot purchased product, conpany may blackmailing customer any how.Ordered shoes, received order confirmation, but no shipping info. I never received the shoes either. I tried to contact them many times, but No answer to my emails and phone calls. I had to dispute the transaction with my c card... Just Horrible!I have not find ethnic Indian wear at this much of best price. Great collection. Awesome experience. I returned a pair of jeans and then they sent them back to me, no call, no email, just a package with my returned jeans with a scotched tape note saying "stain". I called them and they claim I put a large stain on the jeans and could not return them, yeah right, tags still on, not worn. It looked like natural jean colors. They refuse to refund my money. Fraud company, theives.
