I was promised that a replacement will be sent to me at no cost in Dec last week and the pattern repeats, as the order has just the label generated with nothing shipped out yet. I am the customer after all, and I am chasing them around for mistakes that they have made on their end, but yet I am being punished as a customer because of their mistakes. I had to wait 48 hours before I could speak to anybody concerning a return and then after 48 hours I was able to either ask for a refund or have it resent back out, which is going to incur more waiting time and therefore being punished for Amazons mistakes. I was taken aback when I found out how many hoops I would have to jump through to get my product re-delivered or refunded.
