I purchased a few items from their website and paid an extra $10 for 3-day shipping. I'm not sure if they just completely ignored that or what, but I am scheduled to receive my order in 200% of the time (6 days). I only live 5 hours from their headquarters, so it's not like they had to ship it very far either. Normal USPS mail would arrive in 3 days from their location.
