    Warning. Do not buy from this scam company. They will rip you off when its time for warranty replacement. Worse customer service by their supervisor.     I have been their customer for well over 11 years, good service & delivery. All part came from Northeast, one day delivery. You call them always some one to help. Now parts ship from some place in Arizona, Texas. Just order the radiator arrived broken and beat up. Took weeks for replacement!     Fedex did not deliver the order and when I filed a claim with eEuroparts they just blew it off. I told them that the cameras in my house record everything and that no such Fedex driver delivered anything that day. Customer service did not care and told me to re-order and pay for the items again. Fedex customer service was even worse. Tip for consumers:This company is not going to help it's customers.     To make a long story short you are entitle to a refund for a part under warranty for 1yr. I purchased and light igniter, of which we did not attempt to install until Jan 2024. At which time we discovered this Germany part did not fit and it was not the fit. Still under warranty, I had to send it back. This company will tell you, they have a problem with their system in processing the refund. Then the will tell you that they are having trouble processing the return and you have to send them a payment request. Note, in my case I paid using PP, which in turn pulled the funds from my linked bank. Now, to warn you,. They do not refund any shipping amount that you paid to receive or send back. They only refund item cost and taxes. Now when you use the PP payment request for payment. When you get your funds returned, you are his with PP fee on top of that. This was headache just to get the money back. When they received the item, it is written, refund in 10 days...they rec'vd my item 1-31-24...I had to call numerous time and hear they had problems by Feb 15, now I was told about the payment request... Note the time frame here. I finally did the request 2-16 then I still had to cal to find out why it was not process on 2-22--Im totld a guy name Dean Burger would call me back. Instead the PP was refunded immediately. The bottom line here. We as a customer should not have to submit any type of request for money when a refund is due. After speaking with the fraud Dept of My CC. They too, have never heard of any such process. So what this tells me is this company is in some way avoiding fees of some sort on their end or other pressing issues. SO Beware before buying anything with this company that may cause you to deal with a time constraint like 6 mos or more. This will include items that fail on you that are under a warranty. Note you will loose money.
    Purchased a brake kit for my 2016 Mercedes-Benz C300 front and rear rotors from Brembo, makes good brakes unfortunately the package I received had been open before parts were taken out, it was missing flathead screws that secure the rotor to the spindle, very difficult to find the correct ones to fit the Mercedes-Benz they have not been able to help me or send me the correct screws to mount my rotors poor customer service, I hope this helps others when purchasing from Eeuropparts.com Tip for consumers:When parts are missing from a kit you would think the company will make every effort to replace the parts needed to complete the job this is not the case with Eeuropart.com Products used:Brake kit Service Value Shipping Quality

    I bought an alternator from them for a 2006 Saab. I did no t get around to installing it right away because I was driving a company car and replacing the alternator in a 2.8 liter Saab mean removing most of the front right suspension to access it. When I finally started, I took the alternator out of the box, it had been on a shelf in my dining room since it arrived, and discovered that the packaging was subpar and the wiring housing on the voltage regulator was broken rendering it unusable. They were going to allow me to send it back but I made a deal with them that I would find a replacement for the voltage regulator and they handle the return shipping on the core. They agreed. Then, after I received the voltage regulator, I checked the bolts that attach the alternator to the mounting bracket and found that the threads on one of the holes into which the bats seat was bad and I could not get the bolt to thread in. I would have to drill out the hole and tap it, which in this case was a bridge too far since I had already spent money to replace the voltage regulator. I emailed them and they said that because the alternator was outside the return dates, they would not allow me to exchange it. But, they suggested that I sell it. They suggested that I sell a defective alternator that they sent to me and buy a new one from them. I informed Tham that I would never purchase from them again ( I have spent over $5000 with them over the past few years) and file a complaint with the BBB and online forums. So here it is. They were a good company when they were located in Connecticut, but the owner sold and they moved to Tennessee and they have gone downhill since then. I would not recommend them to anyone. I also bought a pair of MOOG out er tie rod ends from them and the dust caps fell off both of them while I was trying to install them but again they said it was outside the return window so I was SOL. They sold me junk and do not stand behind it even though there was/is a warranty through them on both parts. Apparently their warranty is not worth the electrons needed to put it on their website.     I ordered a BMW steering hydraulic motor from eeuroparts. After the purchase they held Ransom until I pay the core charge. The core charge was not mentioned during purchase! Then, trying to return the item Several months later, they said the core charge had expired. This also was never mentioned. The core charges expire within 30 days from purchase. Not from when received. So, this being a major engine part, from ordering, setting up install with a specialist mechanic, receiving the part back and shipping, I'd say it would be near on impossible to get it back in 30 days unless you planned it like a military operation! Also, the part was not a genuine Bmw part, but a reconditioned knock off. Not even brand new! Another red flag is it very hard to find their address anywhere online. I know this is an e-commerce company, but most companies have addresses for returns, etc. That's a red flag in itself! You have to go through an extensive vetting process to do a return and, like with my return, there's a sales person that can easily block it with an arbitrary. Oh you There's a sales person that can easily block it with an arbitrary "Oh, you didn't get it back in 30 days. Etc." The irony is, the returned part would be a genuine and very rare BMW part that could be reconditioned and sold for more money than their knock offs! But I get there's just a sales staff there answering the emails and has probably been told to block all returns as much as possible and doesn't have the whit to know what's good or bad! Tip for consumers:Avoid their core charge. Unless you think you can get the item from within 30 days from moment of purchase to their doorstep. Otherwise they will not pay. Also, generally they have a very tricky return policy on items that makes it in there on impossible to make a return! So, if you make a purchase, be sure you want it.     My issue with them is their return policy. I bought a set of injectors that failed after two weeks of being installed. They had me buy the replacements but then refused to warranty the faulty ones. They gave me three or four different excuses on why they wouldn't warranty them.     Got a fuel pump from them that was defective! Wont warrantee it unless it goes back in original box who keeps the box stuff came in? I have gotten parts from plenty of other companies never had any problem with warrantee! Now I have to buy a pump from someone else and out my money!     Bad company to deal with. Yes, their prices look great, but, yup too good to be true. They do not honor delivery times, split my order, failed to send one out of 4 parts (yet still charged me for it), item 2 arrived but was a substituted brand and for driver side not passenger side so not able to install. Item 3 was damaged, missing parts and in an opened box. Item 4 was delivered with only five of the six pieces. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.     First of all they have expensive and long shipping rates. My first order had happy ending, but the second one nullified any desire to deal with them again, mainly` i ordered 8 quarts of MB 5w40 Engine oil and received 8 quarts of ''Rowe'' transmission fluid!; from which 2 bottles had bad cap and some of the fluid spilled all over the box... guess i have to change a transmission oil ;)
    I run a business in automotive. Found a part I needed for injectors. Website said they had 92. I purchased all 92. A week later they have none and here is you're refund... it was a glitch. These people are serious criminals. Just read the reviews, it speaks for themselves. I I guarantee the good reviews are from friends and relatives. Stay away from here! You've been warned.
    Placed an order for 2 Brembo rotors for my Saab, received one correct rotor (21lbs) not in a manufacturer's box and one Brembo rotor for a truck (43lbs). Told me I had to do a return of the incorrect rotor, but that I had to place an order for the correct order to get it timely. EEuroparts said they had correct rotor, took my money, then sent me an email stating they did not have any more of the rotors I ordered. EEuroparts then sat on my money for an order they never sent, even though they sent me a tracking number. Incorrect rotor returned and eEuroparts is sitting on my money once again.
