    Placed an order on April 16 2019 and promptly canceled the order the same day. They shipped the order anyway. Called them and I was told to refuse the shipment, which I did. Called back to see how long it would take to refund my money and was told 5 days. After 10 days with no refund I filed a claim with my bank. At day 14, I received a partial refund from them (minus the shipping cost to ship it back to them) even though they mistakenly shipped the order. They are shady at best and would not consider purchasing from them.
    My bathroom faucet started leaking and we needed a new garbage disposal. Was able to buy both from eFaucets. Shipping was free and arrived the 3 days later. Very happy with my purchase! Service Value Shipping Quality
    They figure if they make the return process onerous enough you won't bother. Faucet came in mfg box but I have to double box it to return it? I paid for 3 day shipping and they didn't even ship it for 3 days. No refund on shipping? Plus I have to pay return shipping, they can't provide UPS label like the rest of the world? Worst company ever, found item at same price on Amazon.
    If, like most of these websites, the products efaucets.com sells are drop shipped, meaning the order goes directly to the company who produces the product and the product is shipped directly from the company to the customer. Efaucets is just the go between and not all together responsible for a unfavorable order. Complaining to the original company would do much more good. To be fair, drop shipping can be a pain for the selling site like efaucets because they get blamed for mistakes that the manufacturer makes with the orders.
    I ordered several faucets and valves from eFaucets and one arrived missing 5 parts that are needed to attach the hand shower. I have live chatted, emailed and called and nothing. Big fat nothing, no answer no parts. I am going to have to buy another $211 valve to get the parts I need. The $20 or $30 dollars you might save buying from these guys goes away real quick when something goes wrong because they do not stand behind their product. Save yourself the headache and buy somewhere almost anywhere else.
    I ordered a valve on E faucet's website and paid with pay pal. When i went to confirm, the screen went blank. I tried again the next day and the same thing occurred. I checked my account balances over the next two days after there were no transactions. I called their 1-800 number and placed an order for the valve over the phone with a credit card. That valve arrived 2 days later and was as described on the website. I installed that valve the next day. It worked perfectly. The day after the installation 2 valves show up on my front porch delivered by UPS. When i checked my account there were 2 withdrawals from pay pal for the 2 previously ordered but not confirmed valves. I tried over the next 4 weeks to return those two valves each week calling their customer service. They sent out a return label to the wrong email address. I called and gave them the correct e-mail they said they would send another one. They did and they told me i had 3 days to set it up with all the paperwork they requested and UPS would pick it up. UPS came that day. We missed him and he left a slip on the door saying he would try to pick it up over the next two days. No more slips and no UPS man. I called customer service 3 more times trying to rectify the situation and they kept promising to send more return labels. None came. I finally filed a pay pal dispute and did receive my money back after I paid for the return shipping for the valves which either e-faucet or pay pal screwed up the order on. It is unlikely i will order from them again due to the difficult return policy, bad customer service and undependable online order system.
    I had been talking to a person a eFaucets on and off for about a month about some bathroom fixtures. Several times he mentioned how fast everything ships out because it is always in stock. So if finally, placed an order with eFaucets on line late at night. And then order a couple more items the next morning. I call customer service at 9:30 am to see when the order would ship and was told that my order would not ship for 3 to 5 days and would take 4 to 5 days to arrive. I told them that was too long and that I was going to find the fixtures locally. I called back at 11:15 am and talked to customer service and told them that I needed to cancel both orders. I was told OK it was no problem, and they would cancel the orders. There was no mention that I could not cancel the order nor was I told that the orders had already been sent to shipping and could not be stopped. I went and purchased the fixtures locally. The customer service person made NO attempt to find out exactly when or where the items were shipping from. Something two other customer service people told me he could do. Two days later I get a call from a trucking company tryining to deliver a bath tub and toilet from efaucets. I tell them that I had cancelled the order and was not accepting it. I called efaucets explained what had happened and they apologized for the mistake but said they dont accept cancellations of orders. Even though what I was told was wrong. They never mentioned that they charge for refused orders or returned orders. A couple of days later I received some more of the fixtures and call customer service again explaining the whole situation and ask if I could cancel whatever hadnt shipped and wanted to return the product that came in. The customer service person said they would take care of it and again did not mention anything about a restocking fee. She told me that the first person should have told me that everything ships right away and should have told me that it would be three to five days before it shipped. She said she was going to get with the supervisor and make sure this is all straightened out because what I was told was wrong. A few days later I receive a piece and I again call customer service. They confirmed that it was all set up to return everything. In the approximate 5 minutes talked to person about returning the product she never, not even hinted that there would be a restocking fee. Tonight if find out that they are charging me a 15% restocking fee and I am paying for the shipping back. Another Important point is that you really, I mean really need to make sure you know what you need as they are useless in helping you figure out all the little pieces needed to order.
    I've ordered numerous times from eFaucets and have had great experience each time. However, this last time I have a return & emailed twice for a return label & have not received it yet. I guess the convenience of emailing is not enough. I will call to hopefully obtain the needed return label. All-in-all, I still would recommend eFaucets, hopefully this is a one time issue that will never occur again. If not for this issue, my rating would hve been 5 stars.
    If you have a problem with a product they sell they only refer you to the manufacture to workout your problem with. You get lots of email from them telling you they are sorry but they never respond on how they can help you resolve the problem. Why should I buy a product from a seller that does not support the product they are selling. I will never shop on efaucets again.
    Do it self a favor and stay away. If you receive something damaged from they you just purchased a piece of junk bc they won't take it back and give you the run around for months and keep u on hold for hours and in the end ur stuck with a damaged product and you will be out what ever u spent on it, if I could give them 0 out of 5 I would
    After all the phone calls, BS answers, still waiting on my order. Finally got Google involved, since this is a Google trusted store. Order placed on 10-13, its now 11-10. Wish me luck!
    Same experience as others. Wish I'd done more homework before ordering from them! I ordered an American Standard tub and they told me it would ship within two weeks. It has been 5 weeks and still no tub. I don't blame American Standard -- it was efaucets rep that told me it would ship within two weeks. I'm scared that if it does ever arrive it will be wrong/damaged/whatever and I won't get any help from efaucets. Of course, they already have my money. Buyer beware!
    Do not do business, whatever you try to avoid this company. This company is a fraud. They don't return your money and Charge huge restocking fees. You and me will be in the same Boat in you are about to do business with them. I got ripped For over 500.00 U.S. bucks. Scam artists.
    Do NOT order from efaucets. They have terrible customer service. I wish I had read the reviews of this company before placing an order with them. I ordered a vanity with top and sink, according to their site item should come fully assembled. So, I received my order one day later that they promise, but it wasn't a problem. I received separated vanity cabinet and top. No sink. When I called to asked where is my fully assembled vanity, I got answer that sink was missing. I request to return item. I was waiting almost month to get some answer and information about sending item back, every time when I called no one wasn't able to help me. Finally item was returned after month, but now I have to wait another month to get my refund. Because they need around 3 weeks to check item, even when item was arrived to them one week ago. So, still waiting, hope I will get a full refund. If I could give them a zero I would. I would never order anything from this company again.
    What a scam! Return policy is draconian and buried in the policy form. Could not get customer service rep and when finally went through a recording said "Goodbye" and line went dead. No response to complaint form or email, and finally customer service line had a live person answer. Since the return of item was not related to damage (the $1600 faucet ordered was not compatible with the style of our new sink) they absolutely refused to issue return or any refund. No exceptions and their suggestion was to "You will just have to sell it on Craigslist or something."
    Sorry about the rating; these people don't deserve the one star. Although I have read several good reviews obviously these people have not had to deal with customer service. Learned my lesson. Followed instructions for return to the "T" and what did I get. "Nothing". And I mean nothing. Been forty working days, yep that's about two months and still nothing. Each phone call makes me think it's a government operation. Trying to work through my credit card company now. Since I've had my problems I seem to be finding all kinds of negative comments; can't believe I missed them. Feel like an idiot.

    Ordering online from a store I'm not at all familiar with made this ecommerce guro more than hesitant. However, after taking the plunge, I can say it was one of the most seamless purchases I've ever made. A price that no one could match, delivery that was speedy and the sink that was ordered looks better in person than the pictures Swanstone listed. Thanks Melecio, you da man!     I am general consumer. I'm not constructor. I don't know name of detail part. I just want this picture's item above linked page. I did click and purchased picture's item. But I receive different item. I called and sent email with purchased item picture and receiving item picture for return or exchange. She said "we can't refund or exchange, you searched old google search" I don't know what's new google search or old google search. But google search still advertise this item. Picture and item description are still different. You should change item picture. I become fool consumer, but this is not my fault. Google's fault? EFaucets. Com's fault?
    No problems whatsoever. Ordered, payed and delivered in just a few days. Wish they had more stuff besides fixtures. I needed a cordless drill and had to pick that up locally. Maybe expand assortment to compete with HomeDepot. Very satisfied though. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
    This company sent me a damaged sink 4 months ago, I have been trying to return it and get a refund and the best the did for me was give me 1/3 of the purchase price. So I have a $1,000 sink that I can't use and they still have $670 of my money. Stay away. They are crooks
    I wish I had found this review site earlier, darn it! I purchased a replacement hose for a handheld shower. The picture and color on the web site do not match what I received. In fact, they are not even close. I've been told I can return it for a restocking fee. The customer service is horrible. Don't bother buying anything from them. There are plenty of other places with better customer service and policies.
    I ordered a sliding shower bar and hand held shower set on a Sunday. Realizing within 10 minutes from placing the order that it wasn't the part I needed, I called back immediately to cancel order. I was told "we can't process cancellations on the weekend but call on Monday morning and they will help you." Sounded fishy to me, but I called early Monday morning, spoke to "Trina" in customer service. After explaining situation, she put me on hold for 5 minutes to "check to see if the order was already processed". She came back and said it was "on the dock" and I couldn't cancel it. I told her I'd refuse it when it came, that this was ridiculous, since I called within 10 minutes of placing the order! She said (rudely) to be prepared to pay a 30% restocking fee if I refused the order. So it was not actually shipped until 2 days later (according to tracking received). I had to call UPS while item was in transit, and tell them NOT to deliver this item--to just RETURN TO SENDER, which they did, and was signed for by back at efaucets. You'd think a refund would be forthcoming at that point, but NO... I had to dispute with credit card company, who contacted efaucets and was assured I'd get a full refund--they STILL tried to charge a 15% restocking fee and 30% "refusal fee" even though I intercepted the item while in transit, and never received it! What a waste of hours of time on the phone with these people. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM--and read the fine print. And don't even TRY to cancel your order! Apparently they are in the business of making money from restocking and refusal fees, not from selling product. Don't always let the low prices fool you--if they seem too good to be true, they probably are.
    I ordered a Kohler sink strainer and received it in 2 days. However, I could not use it with my disposer so I had to return the strainer. It took a full month to receive the RMA for the return. I had to email and call multiple times. After finally receiving the RMA I immediately shipped the strainer via UPS with a tracking number to their Hagerstown, MD warehouse, signed by KINNEY. It has been 2.5 months and I have yet to receive a cent for the refund! If this company doesn't do refunds then they should state a no returns policy! Buyer beware.
    Ordered a part, came on time. I returned the item because my customer decided on something different. I sent the part back for a refund, Oct. 16,2014. It is now Dec. 29,2014. No refund yet. I have called customer service a total of 4 times. My wait today is so far, 40 minutes. Long waits and no help. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
