    Pathetic customer service, originally ordered around thanksgiving and got multiple updates on the delivery dates and never received it. I was promised that a replacement will be sent to me at no cost in Dec last week and the pattern repeats, as the order has just the label generated with nothing shipped out yet. Horrible call center reps after numerous transfers and digging into this order they are not even cancelling the order and returning my money. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
    Offered a promo for downloading their app and signing in for the first time with it. Did just that and I got a notification stating that my promo was denied. Contacted customer support and was informed of certain other "criteria" that was never initially stated. Went up to an alleged supervisor and he didn't solve the issue. Asked to speak to his boss and was denied. Have screenshot proof of the entire thing.

    They hire morons. I tried to update my expiration date on my credit card it's an Amazon card the work flow say to click on expiration date select date and voila but it doesn't work. So I got on the phone with miss India who had no clue after trying everything I decided to delete the card and put in the new card and To my amazement it updates the card so they need to remove the workflow that doesn't work so customers are not confused it's apparently a bug. The other times I've called to complain on a problem like the damaged dog bed I got,you can't ever speak to some who doesn't read off a sheet of paper total idiots not sure I want to continue my relationship with this company it's going downhill like their stock.     "Customer service" is a farce: computers giving you multiple choice responses, people for whom English is not the first language (and are hard to hear when you're hearing impaired), asking the computer to connect to a person doesn't work, etc. If you have a problem with delivery the computer tells you to either wait 48 hours or check with your neighbors.     I bought a gift on amazon.com.au via VPN since I'm based elsewhere. They "detected suspicious activity" on my account and froze my account across all amazon platforms. Now I had to provide evidence that it was in fact me, who ordered (which I did) and promised to review within 1-3 days. It's been a week and my account is still frozen.     Out of 6 4k uhd blu rays I bought 5 where used and re shrink wrapped, and purchased directly from Amazon.i tried to leave a review about this on amazons website and they repeatedly got taken down!     Basic reasonable service for all customers spending their hard earned money on this site? No. Amazon literally looks for ways, to penalize those who don't have their prime" subscription. For international shipment I opt for eBay as its communication platform between buyer n seller is more structured and effective than Amazon. Reason is although Amazon has very good customer support but if you contact the seller, the seller is not as responsive as the eBay seller. Otherwise I will give 5 star here.     I bought an agitator assembly, container bottom, and sealing ring for an extra Oster blender jar that came with a new blender. The order shipped fairly quickly, but when it arrived, there was no sealing ring. I contacted customer service, and they submitted a refund without offering to send the missing part.     Amazon has been going downhill for a few years now but today it's absolutely ridiculous wit the constant separate deliveries, broken cheap products imported from China, 3rd party sellers who won't answer when there's a problem. The site is a complete joke these days and I'd love to see some other company take over Amazon's spot. A company who respects their customers and has good delivery. I wanted to do an update to this review and let everybody know how Amazon is now dealing with packages that are not being delivered. Where I live, we have an extremely bad problem of Amazon, delivery, drivers, leaving our packages in the public lobby, or even outside of the apartment building where people would walk right up and steal it. Things that are chained down get stolen so of course a shiny Amazon package will to be stolen. This is still happening so much so that I have included special instructions not to leave packages in the lobby as they will be stolen. Despite leaving instructions and warnings for Amazon delivery drivers, most still leave it in the lobby where it gets stolen. I had this issue the other day and because the delivery driver messed up. I had to wait two days before I could even inquire about getting a refund or my package just re-sent back out. Amazon wouldn't call me about this, no, I had to call them. I am the customer after all, and I am chasing them around for mistakes that they have made on their end, but yet I am being punished as a customer because of their mistakes. I had to wait 48 hours before I could speak to anybody concerning a return and then after 48 hours I was able to either ask for a refund or have it resent back out, which is going to incur more waiting time and therefore being punished for Amazons mistakes. I was taken aback when I found out how many hoops I would have to jump through to get my product re-delivered or refunded. All because Amazon delivery leaves parcels in public lobby and parking lots where they get stolen. Like I said, in the beginning of this review, Amazon has gone downhill extremely quick and at this rate, I can't expect them to be doing very well in six months time.     Wow - can't believe how terrible amazon.com has become. I ordered a product - the tracking number on the website said it was "delivered by amazon" but it was not. I spent well 2 hours on the chat and a phone call with them telling me the item had been forwarded to a "freight forwarder" and I was to contact them to find out where the package was. BUT crucially, they did not know which "freight forwarder". How am I supposed to follow up with a mystery company. Beyond ridiculous.
    My wife and I love hazelnuts, and from time to time, she would buy a four-pound bag under the brand name " We Got Nuts " on the Amazon website. The last bag she received was a big surprise. All nuts tasted stale, and many were bitter, rotten, or covered with mold. She wrote to Amazon asking to send them back, and Amazon refused to accept them.     I have ordered multiple items from Amazon throughout the years from all over the country being delivered from all different parts of the world BUT New Orleans Louisiana is absolutely the most worst place to get any items delivered. The drivers are incompetent and will not read instructions plus will have an attitude when you ask them to do so. If you live in New Orleans, good luck on getting any items delivered.     EVERY time I call the 1-800 line it's awful. First You can't hear Them, and, if You can hear Them, You can't understand Them because They speak horrible English. There is no way to speak to someone in America. I'm not going to say anything about the 1000's of jobs They are shipping overseas.
    Made one large purchase of several items, Amazon breaks it down in multiple orders which is very confusing and done this way to add extra fees I believe, than one order gets cancelled for whatever reason and I'm stuck waiting on a refund, can't just resend item have to go through the whole process of reordering and repaying, I will never use this company again!
