I brought this to their attention and Emmanuel said I had only 24 hours to notify them to take advantage of the Goof Proof guarantee. Three weeks ago I made a $430 purchase, and specifically requested Esign to ensure that the product was not pixelated. It was delivered pixelated and I notified Emmanuel within 24 hours. There was some back-and-forth about submitting the work through their online design tool. Then Emmanuel just stop communicating. He offered me a 20% discount on future work and refused to reprint or give a refund. The Goof Proof guarantee is a joke and a fraud. I have spent plenty of money with Esigns only to get screwed on a job like this. Order was placed on Thursday, April 28 and esigns.com production approved the file on April 29. The order was supposed to be shipped vis UPS, with delivery date of Wednesday, May 4. Despite terms outlined, the esigns.com production team didn't start the printing process until May 5. Contacted Customer Service this morning to request that the signs be sent UPS Overnight to arrive on Friday, May 6 for no additional charge. Instead they shipped with delivery date of May 10. Customer Service No Longer Exists. Date of experience: May 6, 2022Had them make a popup banner for us for trade show. We didn't wind up using it for a few weeks. The banner was very difficult to get to open but I managed but it was crooked at the bottom, there was sticky glue on the bottom and it cut off our disclosure. Then a piece fell off. When we went back to them they said we had to let them know in 24 hours if there was a problem and refused to fix to make it right. Last time we do business with them. Tip for consumers:Expect that the item will arrive 1 day later than promised. They change their policies depending on who you speak to. They won't refund and only offered 20% off if we buy something else. Why would we buy something else? The colors are bright and true, the vinyl sturdy, the design looks just as it did online. I especially like being able to put outside artwork (with permission, of the artist, of course) on the banners. This time, I ordered two extra banners of a size I haven't tried before, and the online app let me see exactly how they'd look with the original design (bad!), so I could change to something that better fitted the new size and shape.
