Over a year ago, I ordered a banner and it was delivered very pixelated. I brought this to their attention and Emmanuel said I had only 24 hours to notify them to take advantage of the Goof Proof guarantee. Three weeks ago I made a $430 purchase, and specifically requested Esign to ensure that the product was not pixelated. It was delivered pixelated and I notified Emmanuel within 24 hours. There was some back-and-forth about submitting the work through their online design tool. Then Emmanuel just stop communicating. He offered me a 20% discount on future work and refused to reprint or give a refund. The Goof Proof guarantee is a joke and a fraud. I have spent plenty of money with Esigns only to get screwed on a job like this.Loved how easy it was to design a sign for a party. We had so much fun with it and it turned out great!I chose eSigns.com because of their wide variety of products, great prices and smooth proofing and ordering process. They had exactly what I needed to order a banner for my 2020 High School Senior and extras such as heat welded hems and hanging grommets were included at no extra cost unlike many other sites. I am so excited to hang the banner outside our home and surprise my 2020 Senior who has worked so hard to achieve this accomplishment.Website is easy to use. I don't like having to wait on a proof however I do like that you email when it is ready! I LOVE that you turn items around so quickly and ship them, this is the #1 reason why I work with eSigns.com. Lastly, I have had a few issues over time but your customer service team has been easy to work with. While we could not get 1 color issue resolved, and that was frustrating I felt they tried and had good communications.Had them make a popup banner for us for trade show. We didn't wind up using it for a few weeks. The banner was very difficult to get to open but I managed but it was crooked at the bottom, there was sticky glue on the bottom and it cut off our disclosure. Then a piece fell off. When we went back to them they said we had to let them know in 24 hours if there was a problem and refused to fix to make it right. Last time we do business with them. Tip for consumers:Expect that the item will arrive 1 day later than promised. They change their policies depending on who you speak to. They won't refund and only offered 20% off if we buy something else. Why would we buy something else? It appears their is an issue with the website. Usually, this process is quick.This is the third time I have ordered double-sided outdoor banners for our church. My banners always have been delivered promptly, and the last time I ordered they came a day earlier than promised! As we have had to go to online worship services during the coronavirus outbreak and re-do our banners to reflect that, it was such a relief to be able to place my current order on a Wednesday and receive by Friday with free shipping! The quality has been beyond my expectations. Thank you so much.There was a quality issue with the image on one side of the double-sided sign I ordered for my granddaughter's graduation. I sent pics to eSign via their online portal, and within an hour, they had contacted me to tell me they had issued another sign for production. AND, they made sure I got it before graduation. Great serviceI am a long term customer of eSigns.com and have recommended them to other companies as well. Order was placed on Thursday, April 28 and esigns.com production approved the file on April 29. The order was supposed to be shipped vis UPS, with delivery date of Wednesday, May 4. Despite terms outlined, the esigns.com production team didn't start the printing process until May 5. Contacted Customer Service this morning to request that the signs be sent UPS Overnight to arrive on Friday, May 6 for no additional charge. Instead they shipped with delivery date of May 10. Customer Service No Longer Exists.Would like to upload multiple products at the same time. Had to go through the process 9 times for my order. Multiple order process can be improvedI called because I screwed up my first order in 10 different ways. What wonderful customer service! Super nice people, they talked me through the process.Just took too long to get it figured out. I like your finished product, just wish someone had helped me faster.Always easy and appreciate the great service. I would have liked a thumbnail of my banner art to show in my cart to reassure me. Quick ordering process and shipping was reasonable. Will use again if I have a need! Thank you!I like my products except for the fact the vinyl banners get ripped in the wind. It would be nice if they had slits in the so the wind wouldn't be so damaging.
