After contacts the ASO I worked with their staff and was able to spec out exactly what i wanted. They provided a clear quote on price and estimate on when the item would be completed. They also sent me stain samples so i could pick out the color of stain for the bench. After everything was finalized i just had to wait for the item to arrive which was in the timeframe they provided up front. The delivery driver worked with my schedule on delivery and helped me put the item in the garage. I was blown away by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. I have no doubt this will be a furniture piece that will stand the test of time. Overall the experience was great, craftsmanship was great, and the price was excellent.
