    I saw the promotion sale sign on their window just outside of there checkout and I entered the store because of that promotion. Sale sign was spend $75 get $15 off, $100 get $25 off and spend $125 and get $30 off. I spent $125 for 2 pairs of shoes and they didn't give any single penny discount. I talked with them and they told me we don't have any promotions. I showed the promotion sign hanging in the window and sales associate told me he doesn't know anything about that.     I placed an order on famous footwear and they canceled it then told me I canceled, which in fact I did not. I've been shopping here for years and they have completely lost my trust and money.     My card says customer since 2016! I've purchased a lot of shoes from Famous Footwear both in store & online. There was only one order in all the years & tons of shoes that wasn't right. I ordered online but when it arrived it was the way wrong pair. I took it down to my local store & in no time my order was corrected & the right pair was in my doorstep in 2 days. I've never had to call customer service, but the employees in my local store are very helpful every time I come in. I love this store & love the points I earn for free shoes & accessories!     I used to find great shoes, especially Nikes and loved getting the Buy one Get one 50% off but now they have a poor selection and exclude all of the actual shoes worth buying. Journeys and Foot locker have better prices! Service Value Returns Quality

Lol Runs snug which I like for snow without extra sox bunching up because of 20° below conditions & made tough enough, high enough expected in NH. Nylon w/ nice flat soles that would grip & last. Furry inside blk w/ brown details. Round toe so comfy in length for true to size narrow width w/ great loops & matching cute coated laces for snow, ice. Worth every penny, yes but on sale for sure helps. Feels safe on snow or ice much lighter than workboots or leather that peels off after 1 season.     I placed an order for 3 pairs of Nike shoes I received an email saying it was canceled due to limited stock so I go back online and they have the same shoes in my size online. I called customer service and they say I don't know why your order was canceled because it's showing we have those in stock you can order again. Now why would I want to do that you charged my card and you want me to do it again and take the chance it happens again... No Thanks! If I could give zero stars I would.     I wen to famous foodwear for 2nd time on 2/26/2023 to buy a pair of sneakers I was very satisfied with the attention provided by Juan and Justin reason why I giving 5 stars review. I went to the same store #3282 in Hialeah and was all the contrary the two employees provided me a very very bad customer care. Thanks Justin and Joan you guys made the difference Way to go.     Ordered sneakers for my grandsons for Christmas. FedEx delivered them to the wrong address. Called FedEx they said to call the store, called the store they said to call FedEx. Well, store said I would get a refund in 12 days. A month later I called back again and finally was issue a refund. Decided to give it another try and order 2 sandals and 1 sneaker for the grandsons again and I received one sandal and one ugly crocs that I did not order. Called the store and gave them all the info on the crocs, order number, name and address of the person who they belonged to. 2 days later I get an email that they were not refunding me for the one sandal and the sneaker I did not received and was instructed to put a claim with the police if my packages were being stolen. I even told the person on the phone I have cameras and that no one was stealing my packages that the first time it was FedEx mistake and the second time it was their mistake. I lost $30 but they lost more. And I'm not returning the ugly crocs that customer in Texas is waiting for. Shame on famous footwear Tip for consumers:Do not order from this store. Products used:None
    I went shopping to buy running shoes at the outlet mall at the Outlet Mall located at ******* Grant St on June 17,2023 at approximately 10 am. I drove from Longmont as I believed the Outlet Mall would provide more of a selection. Suffice it to say I went into four different stores; three chose not to greet or assist me-one of whom simply stated they no longer make running shoes my size as people are now growing taller. I am a 5 ft tall male and have to wear a woman's shoe size 7.5. I happened to see some running shoes in the Famous Footwear store, so I gave it one last shot. I was greeted immediately by a clerk named Dharma. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dharma assisted my search and directed me to the right location. I instantly located, not one-but two brands of running shoes that would fit me. So, I bought them both. Again Dharma provided me with great customer service. She had quickly and efficiently solved my issues and did so with a friendly smile and professional attitude. Additionally, there was a young male employee (name unknown-I forgot to ask) whom I noted upon entering the store was busy stocking and greeting customers. I spoke with him while I left and observed he was diligent in his work and also greeted customers in a helpful manner. In closing, I hope to demonstrate that not all stores are created equal. Famous Footwear (store no. 3604) had appropriate stock and great personnel. They were rewarded with two sales (instead of one) and I will definitely go back there again!     Famous footwear sells great quality shoes that are fashionable for almost anything that you wear and can have you in a great mood leaving you to not have a bad day. Although I would like to point out that some of the adds the children or the adults or anyone in there adds creases there shoes encouraging others to do so Bringing me to say that I believe that famous footwear should advertise if possible crease protectors. People who purchase shoes shouldn't carelessly crease the perfectly fine product they have bought with there hard earned money. Overall this leads me to say that we should see more of crease protectors, thank you for letting my write this review and have a great day.     I ordered shoes in store for my son for Christmas. In store the address was reviewed and confirmed. Somehow, it was switched to an old address after I left. I called the store and the employee remembered me. Remembers the address confirmation. Couldn't understand how it reverted back to the old address on file. It was now customer services job to figure out what to do. The shoes were not returned. I spoke to a rep and was told her supervisor would go over my claim and I'd receive an email. The email stated that records showed I paid with a debit card, so they would be issuing a check. To the address the shoes were mailed to! Why?! If the address was wrong, why would they issue a check to that address?! I replied it didn't make sense to send it to a wrong address. Got an email back saying to allow up to two weeks for it to arrive. If it doesn't arrive, I can call back and they'll do a stop payment. Allow two weeks for it to process, then they can update the address. Still doesn't make sense. Reverse the charges, makes sense. Getting the correct address to mail the check to, makes sense. Making me wait over a month, then getting the right address makes sense to them?! I argued back and forth through email for a total a five emails. Each time a different rep saying it's policy?! To issue a check to a known wrong address? The issue was an incorrect address. So they issued to said wrong address and will use the correct one after we all waste time. My son has already returned to California. He didn't get his shoes, and I'm out over a hundred dollars. All I wanted was the funds reissued so I can purchase again, and send them to him. I will NEVER buy from famous footwear after this. When/if I get my money back, I will purchase his Doc Martins elsewhere. Tip for consumers:Just don’t purchase for delivery.     I recently purchased six pair of shoes for my grandkids with a coupon that was $30 off of $120. When 3 of the shoes arrived, I noticed that they covered up the clearance sticker so I uncovered it and realize that I was charged between three and five dollars more than I would've been charge that I shopped in the store. I think this is unfair And I would not be shopping with them online again.
    Ordered a pair of van platforms. Opened them and they had red stains and grass stains all over them! Luckily I was able to spray it off with Spray And Wash but they should have never sent them in such condition! Service Value Shipping Quality
