    Back in 2020 I ordered a funeral spray which was never delivered. Had to fight for a refund. Forgot this was the place I used before and ordered a funeral spray on Marcg 2nd to be delivered March 7th. Nothing was delivered March 7th (for the viewing), so I called customer service the morning of March 8th (date of actual funeral). They call the florist and no answer. They tell me to try later. One hour before the funeral, after confirming with the funeral director that nothing had been delivered, I called again. Still no answer from florist. Once again requested a refund. Use these people only if you want to have your time wasted. Otherwise, RUN!
    I give this company zero stars. They never delivered the flowers to my mom for her 75th bday. They are lying now and saying the were delivered late. Have not refunded me over $100 I spent on the flowers and offered me a $14.99 free delivery. FRAUDULENT company. Don't do it. They are trying to say they didn't hear back from me and they have marked the ticket resolved.     Placed the order 2 weeks ago to be delivered today. No transit info no tracking info. Called customer service no help. Said could not reach the florist and had no other info. Waited a couple hours, checked again on site no updates. Tried to call again and no answer no voice mail just a recording and hang up. Horrible. Ruined a 50th birthday gift for my best friend.     2 stars because they did refund my shipping costs as the sympathy bouquet was not delivered on the correct day- so kudos for that however, the arrangement was quite disappointing when it finally did arrive- I could have made a better bouquet myself- for $64 I expected more- will not be using again
    My order arrived at 10 p. M was wrong with a hand written card that looks like a 4 yr old wrote it. I've been trying to get in contact with a supervisor but they're somehow always occupied with other calls. I ordered an arrangement with white lilies and roses for my aunt whom was grieving the lost her mother however this is what was delivered. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.     Terrible customer service and even worse flower arrangement. They sent flowers that looked like they were thrown together by a five year old. When I called customer service, they gave me a scripted "we could care less" response and told me they can't do anything since it was more than seven days since I made the purchase. I will never order through this company again and suggest no one else does unless you want to waste $60-$90.
    I ordered a bouquet for $60 that was full and colorful and gorgeous to be delivered for my sisters birthday and they were delivered a day late and looked like a bouquet you could get at a grocery store for $9.99. It was horrible. They have no way to call and when I try to email them it errors out. I hope people. Unlike me, read reviews before giving this place their money

    Reading these reviews made me nervous, but my experience was positive. I ordered my flowers one day in advance and they were delivered by 3 PM.     Ordered Flowers to be delivered for funeral service. I. I got the confirmation and was charged but they never actually processed the order or delivered the flowers. There is no way to get hold of them. Any of the online forms that I've tried to use to contact them either tell me my order number is not valid, which it is. Or as soon as I fill in the data and click send I get an air sending. If I call there's an automated voice system that says they're not accepting orders via phone which disconnects right away. I have been sitting on chat for over an hour trying to get a life person and apparently they don't exist. Do not use this company. Service Value Shipping
    I would give minus 5 stars if possible. I found out that you can not reach this company when my flowers were late. Tried calling recording said "we do not except phone order, good bye". Tried emailing 6 times and received an error message that said to try later, 2 days later I still Get the message. Tried the chat, asks for order number then email then phone then it appears they are going to respond and 25 min later no further response. The flowers did come. Not anything like what I ordered. Paid 75.00 for a dozen red/pink roses 6 gerber daisies and 6 green things. Came with a cheap vase. They were not arranged which was a shock to me. They came in a box. I could have bought flowers/vase and stick them in a vase for 25.00. So I paid 50.00 for a lot of frustration and so embarrassed to have sent my dtr flowers she had to arrange. They did notify me of the delivery and I responded to the email to get no response. I purchased thru Rakuten who also does not back their sponsors. I would avoid the company!     Flowers were not delivered on time. Called to cancel then they offered to try again. Never delivered again. Finally canceled my order and flowers showed up 7 days later after I canceled my order and was told I would get not get a refund. I had already sent flowers from another company at this point.     I placed an order on a Thursday that was supposed to be delivered Friday the item was never delivered I called them on Sunday they guaranteed that would be delivered first thing Monday morning still was not delivered I called Monday afternoon they guarantee it would be delivered by 4 PM it is now 6 PM on Monday and it has not delivered and they are not excepting phone calls. This place is a scam
    I ordered flower end of feb for girlfriend to be delivered march 1 she never got them called they said they would resend it's now march 8 still waiting won't be using them again
    I ordered the purple orchids for my mother for Mother's Day. What arrived was an absolute embarrassment. We paid (with shipping) $87 and the flowers looked like I could have picked them up at the local grocery store for $20. Pictures attached show what she received (2 pics) vs what I ordered.
    I would not ever recommend this company to anyway to order flowers. I ordered on 7/18 for a 7/19 delivery. They have a place to check order status and I check many times on 7/19 and it stayed in status 'Order Received'. I called around 3p.m. EST into their support and they said they could not reach the floral shop but said it would be delivered by 8p.m. The flowers were never delivered.     If I could give them a negative star, I would. I ordered flowers for my friend's 60th birthday THREE days ahead of time. Flowers were never delivered. No phone call, nothing.     Very upset that I ordered this in time for my godchild's 7th birthday, Oct 20th, and it arrived LATE, 21st! I ordered it on Oct 16th. Why was it not shipped in time for delivery on Oct 20th?     Two out of three flower arrangements were not as ordered. A cheaper version of each arrangement was delivered. Very poor quality. My wife did not received her premium box chocolates. What a rip off! Poor customer service on the west coast (5 pm eastern there customer service call center closes)! You cannot talk to a live person to correct your order! You are better off with FTD or 1800Flowers. A little more expensive, however, you get what you order and if you don't you can speak to a live person to get it fixed on the west coast!
    The valentines flowers I ordered where unacceptable. They were half dead when they arrived. I contacted customer service and they requested I send photos. After they received them they responded the flowers would look fine once the blooms opened. Unacceptable! I will never use this company again.     This company is a scam… cost me $90.00. How the scam works is they show you nice floral arrangements upsell you for some balloons etc. then once you make payment you can no longer reach them by phone. I think what they do is monitor caller ID for existing orders they just simply avoid the call - directing you back to typing up your complaint. This complaint is then never responded to. It's a great little scam because most people will just give up for $50-$100 that they spend on flowers. It becomes a civil matter at that point and the cost of a lawsuit is more than the money lost. Tip for consumers:Do not order from this site. It is a scam. I am not simply a dissatisfied consumer…this is truly a scam website. This can be confirmed by checking the Better Business Bureau or other reviews on Google.     I spent $57.00 for a bouquet that should have been as pictured on their web page and not the kind I could have purchased at Walmart for $4.97 that would have looked better. I was pissed when I got a look at what they had the nerve to send to my Sister on her Birthday not to mention how bad it may have made me look. I have now learned that I should have seen the reviews before I ordered from this joke of a florist and wont make the same mistake again and will do all I can to make sure others dont use them either.     Ordered a sympathy arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home. I thought it was odd that no time for delivery was requested while ordering. Services were 10-1 today. Flowers were not delivered! Reached out to customer service and they said I didn't put a time and they would deliver now. It's too late. Not only is there no drop down menu for time choices but there is no special instructions box to type into! Terrible company. I will pay more to order from a local and reputable company next time. (Not that the arrangement was cheap to begin with).
    Ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. The email confirmation, had a wrong city so I called to correct and see when they would be delivered. The woman just kept repeating what was clearly in her script. She claimed to have called the local florist (told me it was against their policy to tell me who it was) and said she couldn't reach them. Complained on FB and received a response asking for more information. Responded, never heard. Called back at 3:00 CST, office was closed. Flowers never arrived, I will make sure I post wherever I can about this company
