Date of experience: January 2, 2025I purchased a polo today had to pay a hefty shipping charge and did get a "30% discount code" but when I saw the charge in my account it was considerably more - so I looked at the order and noticed that I did not in fact get the discount promised. I called the customer service number to cancel the order (within about an hour) and was told I could not cancel the order that I would have to receive the product and then return it. I was also advised that I couldnt get the discount either. So - I highly recommend not purchasing anything from Fanatics. The service is terrible.I will also be doing reviews on Google and other social media outlets.
Tip for consumers:That you do not honor the discount code and charge more for the product and too much for the shipping. And also have really bad customer service.

Date of experience: December 9, 2024I ordered UGA Sweat Pants for my husband on December 15th that were guaranteed to ship by the 23rd. Had they shipped on the 23rd they would not have made it for Christmas but they did not ship until the 30th and then expected to be here by the 3rd. Why give a "shipped by" date if you can not honor it. They are very over priced because they have the corner on the NFL market. I will be surprised it the pants show up by the 3rd.

Today i got another email let me know the item was out of stock and they canceled my order one week before Christmas. Yes this was a Christmas gift. I've tried for almost one hour to get someone on the phone with no luck. I've also used there chat line with no luck. I'll never order from them again and you should not order from them either!

Date of experience: December 19, 2024I purchased something that was 18 times too big for me and had to return. I used the credit option to purchase something else. When i tried to use my credit, they took my order and then rejected it and sent an email with a phone number that I called three times. Each time they would place me on hold, and then hang up after about 20 minutes. I used the online chat option and they told me to call the same number that was not answering. Then they told me that they had to put in a ticket for my cancelled order and missing money and would contact me in 48 hours. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never purchase from there again.

Date of experience: November 6, 2024I just bought an authentic Adidas Winnipeg Jets Kyle Conner jersey/sweater from fanatics for $280. They shipped it without wrapping the jersey and stuffed it into a little bag. So if, during shipping, it was ripped open, it would get ruined. The bag was so small it came all wrinkled. I bought the Adidas jersey over the fanatics for the better quality. I have bought fanatic clothing before and was thin garbage. So instead of getting a nicely wrapped and boxed fanatics jersey, if you order a $280 Adidas jersey, you get punished. I was going to get a Connor Hellebuyck jersey, too, but never again! Your loss fanatics! You trash!

Date of experience: November 10, 2024I ordered an item on December 3rd. They created a label, but the item sat at their facility for over 8 days. When the package arrived, it was the wrong item. Customer service "promised" a replacement by December 20th, but then changed their story. "Due to high volume" I wouldn't receive this Christmas gift until january 7-10! They can't cancel, can't refund, AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Date of experience: October 22, 2024I order game programs from the ALCS, NLCS & World Series of MLB. They boxed and shipped them in a container that could have held a couple hundred programs. The pages were bend and torn on several of them, not the collector's items they should have been. They offered to send me replacements, which they did, and shipped those the same way too. They were also damaged in shipment - had a hole in the box. Told me they would refund my charge card at that point. Never got a good copy of the programs, nore have I seen a refund on my card yet.
Tip for consumers:Even after telling them it should be packed better, they shipped both times the same way. Proper shipping would have made this a great purchase for me. Now, I'm just upset with it, for the price of everything on the website, they should be making sure the product is shipped properly.
Products used:! World Series Program came and arrived in new condition. The ALCS program is good. Never did get a good copy of NLCS. They told me I would get a partial refund, haven't gotten my state yet. Hope it's on there.

Date of experience: October 31, 2024I purchased a Formula 1 Hoodie for my son. He wears a size Large in absolutely everything. I ordered this "oversized" hoodie for him based on the SIZE CHART they provided for this item. According to the size chart, it should fit someone with a 42-44inch chest. I received it, and it is huge. I have a 49-inch chest and this was loose fitting on me. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. This is Fanatics screw-up. They will only allow me to return it for a refund (minus a $9.99 fee) and not allow me to repurchase the exact same item in a smaller size for the same price I originally paid. I even offered to send them photos of the item. I put it on and placed a tape measure around my chest indicating the 49" chest that it fits. I laid the shirt down and measured it from arm pit to arm pit. 28 inches across. That means it is 56" around. Argued and argued with a manager for almost an hour. I will absolutely never buy anything from them again.
You can see from the photos, their size chart is wrong. Their mistake is now my issue.

Tip for consumers:Absolute crap! I ordered a Tennessee ball cap and they sent me a Texas cap. When I called about my wrong order they sent me ANOTHER WRONG TEXAS CAP!!! THEN WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T HELP ME AND TO WAIT 48-72 HOURS !!!

Date of experience: December 25, 2024Giving 1 STAR is more than Fanatics deserves. I have been a customer for many years and never had an issue. I do not know if this is the new way of increasing sale or bad management.
Placed an order for a college hoodie on Dec. 13. The delivery date provided was Dec 20. This is a Christmas present so the date was great.
- Soon after I received an email that stated the order would now ship around Jan 6,2025 and I could cancel the order if I wanted.
- Dec 15, I tried to cancel the order. After several failed attempt to cancel I used the online chat Fan Assistance (Mark). I was told I needed to cancel the order within 30 minutes after receiving the email indicating a delay in the order. The email states "If you choose not to wait, you may cancel your order anytime". *Anytime, not 30 minutes. I questioned him about the 30 minutes and all he said was there was nothing he could do.
- Dec 15, while attempting to cancel the order I received an email that stated Thank you for your order. Estimated Arrival: Jan 10 - Jan 16.
As you can see this has become very confusing. It appears that Fanatics is using deception to confuse the customer on purpose in hopes the customer will give up.
- I guess this is a great way for Fanatics to increase their Christmas sales on orders knowing they cannot have the product delivered by Christmas. Then make it impossible to cancel the order, hoping that the customer will give up.
- I am currently waiting for an email from "Back Office". I asked for a phone number but was denied. If I was a betting man, I would bet I will receive nothing from Fanatics.
Please provide me wrong and fix this DECEPTION

I also had one of the 80 dollar referral bonuses never get paid to me. But I still come back and check the rewards and if they are good I still use the app weekly.
My friend still can’t use his Sportsbook app after his big win. And I still haven’t got my 80 bonus bucks for my second referral.
Reason I chose this business:
I buy sports memorabilia from Fanatics like WWE gear and NfL, the promotions that run randomly are better than shop zone.

The post office. So I basically have to go and see if they can print off my return label when the rep should have that basic answer. He's suggesting go to library or some place to print off my phone. Why do I have to do so much leg work on a return? Rep doesn't have answers and very impatient. Upon returning if you choose gift card and order same item you still pay more cause if new tax and delivery. If original payment refunded $9.99 is charged for the shipping return. I don't even think I'll order the bigger size now. But thank you for the bad experience August 15,2023
