    I send flowers to my wife all the time and I've had enough with FTD.com constantly disappointing me. 4 out of the last 5 times she received flowers that wasn't even close to what I ordered. And calling to complain gets you nowhere. I work hard for my money and expect to get what I pay for. Apparently the florist they use really don't care what they send out.     Placed order for valentine delivery 1/23/23, plenty of time. Flowers have still not been delivered, today is 2/15/24. All customer service can say is "I'm sorry". NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this service. You will be extremely disappointed, frustrated and disgusted. I'd give them less than a 1 rating if applicable. Tip for consumers:My refund had better show up.     I paid almost double the price ($134.95) to upgrade to their 'best' product which was a bad decision on my part. In terms of some value for money, an upgrade to the 'better' product version might be a better option to select when ordering flowers through the FTD webpage. Buyers be aware. I was also disappointed that the birthday girl only received one of the five balloons that I had ordered ($30.00). I requested a refund for the balloons not delivered... no response yet. Total amount paid: $197.24... consumer RIPOFF... what do you think? Tip for consumers:Don't upgrade to their best product version. Products used:The flowers.     First time using them and probably the last. Support is horrible, they don't listen, argue and a bad connection a top of that. The site is even worse. Says you can update the order but then does not provide any ability to do so, their chat never connects, tried and home and work. Just an all around bad experience. Haven't even received the flowers yet so will update to see if they at least get that right.

    I bought 2 items, a basket of flowers and a basket of sweets, days before the delivery date. They delivered the flowers first and said that UPS would deliver the sweets later, which ruined the surprise. Imagine caring so little about your customers that, in the business or surprising people on their special occasions, you just ruin a 200 dollars purchase and offer a 17 dollars refund for it.     Ordered 24 red roses in red vase lots of money for Valentine's Day. Got some dead looking rainbow flowers in a clear vase. Quality sucked so disappointed with this company. Strongly suggest use a different company. So many other options that give you what you actually pay for.     Wish there was a 0 stars. I ordered two dozen red roses for my wife for Valentine's Day. She sent me a text and said, "Babe, I love this thought, but... then proceeded to snap photos and text me and continued saying, "Yep, these are all bad; most of the petals are already falling off - it says they are from Colombia or Ecuador." I tried calling FTD, but there was no answer, I had to leave a message. I wish I had checked for reviews before choosing this. I'm so disappointed the most significant day to send flowers to my loved one, and FTD bombed. Now, to try to collect a refund. What crap! Do Not Order from FTD! I learned a lesson: go to a local flower store and "buy local." See what you are getting - hand them to your wife directly, not ship them, and leave them on the front door in an ugly box! Tip for consumers:Order from a local florist see what you are getting even if its a few more bucks - its worth it.     I ordered a flower arrangement for my girlfriend two weeks before Valentines Day. I selected Feb 13 as the delivery day. They emailed and said they couldn't deliver on Feb 13 and said they would deliver on Feb 12. That date also worked. Now, on Feb 15th, the flowere still hadn't been delivered. I called and finally made my way through the automated response web and got a real person. She informed me their local florist had run out of flowers and couldn't fill the order. I was given the option of FTD trying another florist in the area or cancelling my order and receiving a refund. I chose the refund and ordered a replacement at 1-800 Flowers. Now, why didn't FTD try and alternate florist and why didn't FTD inform me there was a problem? I will never deal with FTD again. They suck big time. Service Value Shipping Quality
    FTD is a joke and they're completely unnecessary in 2023. They've $#*!ed me over so many times, I kinda blame myself. Flowers NEVER look like what's advertised. This time they never delivered the flowers. In order to help us, they took $10 off. What the $#*!? How about free since the birthday is over? What a joke. If I could snap my fingers and FTD winked out of existence, I would.
    I am: - Retired Air Force. - Mother is 78. - This attempted transaction was intended to celebrate her birthday. 7 times I attempted to purchase flowers today and the following results occurred: - card was declined and a suspicion of fraud hold was enacted x1 - FTD would not accept my card. X4 - FTD asserted that billing & shipping addresses were required to be the same x2 This was not an insufficient funds or a bank error--I spoke w/them and they identified the problem as FTD. The unnecessary website malfunctions are a direct reason, why flowers will not be delivered today. The grand total time wasted was apx 66 minutes. I've have bought flowers from FTD previously and never had problems, however this will be my final interaction w/the business. For future customers, I strongly recommend, www.teleflora.com, I purchased my flowers in under 3 minutes. Service

    Placed an order weeks before the delivery date, which you can choose on the website, (why ask if you cant deliver correctly) The date chosen came and went, now six days later, and five phone calls from me, not their customer service following up with ME, with a reason that FTD and UPS cant find my order They simply said after lies and manipulation that the product cant be re ordered they dont have "it" anymore and they are sorry for the inconvenience Didnt offer anything as compensation until i asked and after the last CSR fessed up to the whole mess i canceled for a full refund Still out the fun suprise and joy
    I ordered flowers to be delivered on St. Valentine's day and they never arrived. I called customer service and was told that they would re-deliver not the next day but two days past Valentine's Day. Since the weather was going to turn very cold in the evening and the recipient wouldn't be home in the evening, I asked them to be delivered between 9:am and noon and was told they would make every effort to do so. It's now 4 pm and there has been no delivery of flowers and it's going to begin snowing in a few hours. All they do is apologize and that doesn't change anything.     3 times now they have taken my order, taken my money, sent an email confirming delivery and nothing was delivered. I will never use them again! Their customer service department is outside of the US and no one calls to follow up with me. I have to fight for a refund and then scamper to re-order flowers from somewhere else or not at all.     I ordered the Blush Crush Bouquet ~ Premium. This item is pictured with a dozen lovely roses dispersed among a variety of additional beautiful flowers and greenery - a very full bouquet. Photo & receipt attached. The recipient received nothing resembling what was ordered. There were 2/two roses, 3 very large flowers to fill space, a few additional flowers and some greenery. A much smaller bouquet that by no means resembled what I ordered (photo attached). I would quite simply call this "bait and switch". I do not recommend ftd and will definitely not use them again. I rated as "1" as they were delivered on time. Tip for consumers:Update: Ftd apologized by email and offered to deliver another arrangement. I accepted and another arrangement was delivered. It was better, but definitely still no roses as pictured. In future, I will order directly from a Florist myself ~ after first checking their personal reviews. The 1st picture is what was delivered; 2nd picture is replacement bouquet which was prettier, but still no roses; 3rd picture is what was shown as pictured in Ftd site (with 12 roses).     When you order online for FTD, you get a confirmation that it will be delivered on the date submitted. Well, last year, my uncle had passed away and I had ordered flowers through FTD. The sympathy plant arrived the DAY AFTER the funeral service took place! It took my local family to hunt down the plant. It was a MESS. 2024, My Aunt passed so I used1800Flowers. They don't deliver to the entered zip code so I tried FTD once more. Again, the website confirmed the delivery date to deliver on time. Three days later, the DAY BEFORE THE FUNERAL, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STARTING OFF SAYING, "UNFORTUNATELY" THEY AREN'T ABLE TO DELIVER ON THE SCHEDULED DATE. IT WOULD BE DELAYED. I was LIVID! So I cancelled and demanded a refund. I received an email the next day to confirm the cancellation and to be refunded in 3-5 business days. Fortunately, I found a local florist as a back up in the city and state of the funeral services. FTD IS UNRELIABLE! VERY POOR SERVICE! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OVER SEAS! IT IS BEST JUST TO ORDER THROUGH THE CITY'S LOCAL FLORIST. LEAVE THESE MAJOR SO CALLED FLORISTS ALONE. MOST ARE SCAMS ANYWAY!     FTD takes your money first, promises a delivery date & then figures out whether they will deliver your flowers whenever they feel like it. Or not at all, and then they don't tell you until days later! They are horrible; use any other company. Service Value Shipping
    I ordered based on a beautiful photo on the website of a flower-filled basket. My friend received a basket with very few, and very unhealthy, flowers. I am embarrassed! Immediately called FTD and was told a replacement would be sent. Three hours later and I have not heard. Visiting hours at the funeral home are over now. Called FTD and they had no info but told me not to worry - tomorrow flowers should arrive. Rather than connect me with a manager, I was put on hold. Twenty minutes later no one has answered.     I wanted to leave a review because after reading all the horroble reviews after already placing my order I became very nervous that'd I'd be out of my money. I thought the flowers wouldn't come or that if they did they'd be dead, but the flowers DID get delivered and they were still pretty. They didn't exactly look like the picture, but my friend appreciated them. I just wish I would have received a confirmation delivery email.
    I ordered my mom her Mothers Day flowers a week ago so that she would definitely get them by Mothers Day. My receipt said they would be delivered on Friday before Mothers Day. Today is Saturday 4:30 PM I called FTD because they had not been delivered yet. They said the order is canceled, they don't know why! I was not even notified of the cancelation!     I am writing to give feedback about my experience and tell you how disappointed I am. I ordered flowers through FTD's website to be delivered today. I checked in the morning since I know when I send this recipient flowers, she usually gets them around a certain time. I spoke to 4 different customer service representatives via their chat that gave me the runaround and were not able to give me an accurate status. I then finally spoke to another representative that said and I quote "Your order looks great and should be delivered by 5" basically assuring me there were no issues with my order. Another hour went by, and still no delivery. I contacted customer service again only to have another rep tell me that the recipient wasn't at the location and they had called me to tell me, but were not able to reach me so there was no delivery made. This was beyond infuriating! The only reason I even knew there was an issue, was because I called. NO ONE called me to inform me, my recipient was there all day and I never got a phone call. The lack of customer service was beyond upsetting. No one was able to get a hold of anyone, and the only thing they could offer me was next day delivery! This was for someone's Birthday, and their surprise was ruined. Next day delivery would do no good, I do not feel anyone, including the supervisor I spoke to went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I am disappointed, upset, and anything else you can think of. Yes, I requested a refund, but that doesn't matter because I still received poor customer service and someone's Birthday wasn't made special. I will never use their service again and I would hope no one else has to go through this ordeal. I hope they upgrade their customer service as it is lacking terribly.
