I selected four items from their website and upon checking out the site said my address didn't match the credit card address. Well - I think I should know the address. Regardless, I tried a 10 more times over several days and used different cards and the same message came up. I called customer service and you are instructed to leave a message. Ok, now after three calls still no answer. Wrote customer service twice and no response. I wonder how this company stays in business with this abysmal lack of service. I encourage you to buy from Maisonette or GrisPetalo. Fabulous baby clothes and outstanding service. Tip for consumers:Don't buy from the company Products used:baby clothes - which I was unable yo buy because of their website flaws.
