I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them, specifically for a trip I was taking. As it started to get closer to when I was leaving I started emailing but never got a response. When I returned 4 months later I emailed again. They tried to tell me I received, way before I left. I asked for proof of delivery, like a picture of the order on my porch. No reply, nothing, guess they were done with me.
Date of experience: November 9, 2022They sent men's shoes in a completely beat up box instead of the women's shoes I ordered. I was told to return the wrong order but that I'd have to reorder my shoes. By then, the shoes I wanted were $50 more expensive than when I had originally ordered them. I've been very polite in my emails, but customer service has completely ignored my request that they honor the price of the shoes I ordered in the first place. Haven't even responded to say "not possible". Terrible impression for a first (and last) time customer.
Tip for consumers:Just don't.

Date of experience: May 7, 2020Jackrabbit, is a company which is located at columbus, in new york, and they are known for their good quality of couture which will change your fashion sense,, well their shoes is something else they are just so comfortable easy wearing, you can get your order within 5 to 7 working days max... if you are looking to get something online and you are around the new york then jackrabbit have got you covered.
Date of experience: April 16, 2018Did the ol' bait and switch. I purchased a running belt, which is all I was looking for. The site said that for just a little more than shipping, I could get socks that would make the shipping free. Fine, cool. Except I order the socks, they send them, and then they send me an email that says they don't actually have the thing I ordered, so too bad I just get some gd socks that I never would have ordered had I not tried to get the running belt. Such an annoying tactic to take my money for something I don't want or need. If this really happened, your website algorithm sucks and you need to fire your coder.
Date of experience: November 2, 2020Bought a pair of shoes that were defective. After 4 days they responded and said they'd issue me a refund in 3-5 business days and a $20 credit as an apology. I was initially happy with the customer service. Well it's been 4 weeks and I don't have a refund or credit. I have tried calling and it says to email. I have emailed them 4 times over the last 4 weeks, and have not gotten 1 response. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Date of experience: June 12, 2020I ordered Brooks running shoes on 5/11/20 and my AMX card was charged. A week later, after not being notified about my order being shipped, I called customer service. Recording said they cannot take phone calls and to email them. I emailed them requesting my order status. No response. A week later I emailed again. No response. On 5/30/20, nearly 3 weeks later, they emailed me that my order was out of stock and issued a refund to my credit card. And during this entire time I was bombarded by daily marketing emails from this company. Customer service is nonexistent. I will never order from them again.
Date of experience: June 2, 2020I order a pair of running shoes and they sent me used shoes. The customer service phone number is just a recording so you can't even talk to someone. The kicker is you have to pay for the shipping to return when it is clearing their mistake. I can go to a second hand store if I want used shoes and pay tenth of the price.
They also suggest you insurance the return in case it gets lost. Of course you can't leave a review of their site.

Date of experience: June 9, 2021I ordered a pair of hokas and they were sent to me in a box that looked as though it had already been returned multiple times. The left shoe was defective and painfully unwearable. The customer service was awful. I basically had to jump through hoops just to return a defective product that should not have been sent to me in the first place. Don't waste your time with this company. Use Zappos shoes instead or go to a brick and mortar running shop

Is it because I selected free shipping instead of paying for shipping? I bet they gave away my order to someone else who paid for shipping. What a unreliable company... NO more order from your store. For future customer who reads this please pay for shipping to guarantee your order will be delivered.

Per their own instructions all I need is a shipping label to send back the wrong size. I have been going around in circle for few days and no resolution

Date of experience: December 7, 2020They take money from you Paypal before you even complete the purchase! Customer service isn't 24/7 sand only on weekdays. Now I have to wait until Monday to contact them.
Date of experience: October 1, 2021Purchased a pair of shoes from their site. Received a shipping confirmation an hour later with an estimated delivery date in 3 days. All seemed well except that, that was the last shipping status received. Wrote to Customer Service several days afterwards to inquire why the UPS status read "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.". Was the package dropped off to UPS or not? Response back from Customer Service noted that UPS sometimes misses the package and to wait 14 days to see if the package arrives or not. That didnt make a ton of sense to me because either UPS received the package or not and UPS clearly noted that they have not received the package. Anyhow, wrote to customer service after 14 days and received a full refund. Inventory mgmt shouldnt be this difficult nor should the tracking of status. Clearly needs some relooking into the order and inventory mgmt process.
