QualityMy experience with Just Blinds has been extremely disappointing. The level of customer service they provide is absolutely terrible. They constantly give you the runaround for weeks without any updates, and even if you manage to speak to a friendly customer service representative, there is no way to reach them again. I strongly advise against relying on their delivery promises; it's better to find another company. They simply do not deliver, and their customer service is abysmal.

Fit perfectly! Look clean and they are all uniform. Pull down with ease.
QualityIf they make a mistake even when you've proven through photos they made wrong size with your correct measurements, they refuse to honor guarantee of remaking or refunding. They lie—they'll say they have no measuring instruction on site (after you've referenced it) when in fact they do have info on site. The self important reps parrot each other: "I have as much authority as a manager." They are arrogant and argumentative. They don't care about repeat customers. Promos are misleading enough to be considered deceitful: "buy 3 get 1 free" should be worded "buy 3 get 4th one free". Devious and deceptive—horrible people and company…there are reputable companies out there that stand by their policies and care about satisfied customers and repeat business—this is not one of them.

QualityWorst place to do business with. I waited 2 months for the wrong measurement. I spoke with Kylie Freeman regards the issue. I waited two weeks for her to tell me the manufacturer won't be compensating or remake the correct size. Please stay away from this business!I purchased 4 roman shades and, as required, I proved the exact measurements of my 4 identical windows. When I started to install the shades I could tell right away they were too narrow and the lengths appeared to be random as well. I called JustBlinds and a customer service agent started to explain that mistakes were not a part of their standard warranty and they would not be assisting me any further. What does a "warranty" have to do with a manufacture mistake? Furthermore, regarding the quality and configuration of the roman shades - very cheap looking and the draw cord is behind the shade and you have to reach behind the shade (between the shade and the glass) to find it...not good. I am letting my CC company handle this "shady" transaction.
Products used:None- shades were not usable in my home. Was not told that the product had been shipped, found it laying an my porch.

“The good and the bad, not so much ugly.”

Ordering was pretty straightforward. Shipping was a mess, I could track the order going back and forth across the United States in no discernible pattern. Along the way there was damage to the packaging and a new label needed to be added. Receipt was many days past expectations, I documented the damage, thankfully none of the contents were broken or lost.
Due to the size of the window the only option was motorized lift, I opted for top down/bottom up control on honeycomb shades. I ordered the standard remote with the understanding that using a phone app was also available. The remote only operates the bottom-up functionality and the phone app only will connect to the top-down functionality. Not only that, it appears only one device may be paired to either operation. Regardless of following all (extremely limited) documented instructions and sending extremely detailed steps in the process I've followed the support organization suggests I am at fault. No elaboration has been provided.
Explained in overall experience window. I plan to pursue the issue with the manufacturer of the the motor drives that provide the app as I would hope they can provide competent technical support. Unfortunately at this time I'm expecting that the functionality I expected (one controller for all functionality and ability to control from multiple devices) may not be possible.

I love my new shade. I have a west facing window and the room was too bright even with our indoor shade. Now we can enjoy our room in the afternoon without sun glare. The quality is great. The instructions were helpful but could have more detail especially with the tension bracket. I ordered the Palermo 1%.

QualityEverything was fine until I received the 1" aluminum mini blind without a standard two slat valance. I did not recall there being an option to have the valance, so I just went back and entered a "mock" order for the same blind to 1) confirm that the blind photo does show a standard two slat valance, and 2) that there is no option to order with or without the valance. The blind is ugly without a valance, and being in a bathroom, I will not be putting up a cloth fabric valance. Not thrilled that it did not come with the valance, or that I have to contact JustBlinds to receive a valance.

QualityWhen I read the reviews there were so many 5s I gave this company a shot and ordered my blinds. Previously I had purchased from Smith & Noble and although the price is def better, the installation process with JustBlinds is a nightmare. Nice blinds, arrived a few days early and measurements were right on. The difficulty comes when trying to snap into place. Easy to get the front dip the of bracket into place, but to push up and back and catch the second clip is nearly impossible. One bracket just fell apart in my hand! I guess you get what you pay for. :(
