    I bought some pants and they ripped the same day. Since I wore them, I can't get a refund. I normally only stick to panties, bras, and yoga pants, but I think I am done all together. What a waste? Since I have been ordering online and I get half off in the store when I pick up order, I decided to try some casual pants on 3 different occasions. I didn't have a problem with the other 2 and has worn them multiple times without ripping. All of a sudden a pair ripped on the first time. That put a bad taste in my mouth all together.     I was in the OakView store in Omaha tonight. Maria checked me out. She was brusque, gave me no greeting, no pleasantries. Not even a "Thank you." Like she was doing me a favor by checking me out. Well, there are other retailers for plus sized women, I will go where my business is appreciated instead of a burden. It's a shame LB, you used to do better than this.     I have bought bras from Lane Bryant three times in the past 8 months. They are supportive but the claps are weak. They all have broken on all the bras and I wash one of my bras and it burned in the dryer. This bras cost too much to be designed with cheap materials. I guess I have to find another store. There is no way I have spent over 200 for 8 bras and all the claps break.     Using their website on a phone is beyond difficult. It's not formatted for phones so the left side of the screen is cut off. Customer service is useless. They have no access to your order or your cart therefore you have to provide every stitch of information that you already tried to enter in the to the website.     I ordered an ivory fanny pack style purse for an event. I received a black one. I called and the lady said she will send me an ivory one. If I ordered again so I did. She said that she would expedite the shipping so I could receive it on time. I received it a day late for my event and it was BLACK again. When I called they tried to get me to buy a 3rd one... I feel like" fool me the first time shame on them fool me the second shame on me". I'm not an idiot. But I am upset. We got know where.     Hello on April 22,2023 I went in the Firewheel Mall in Garland TX. The Manager which was a man he was a total Jerk. I was trying to exchange or return a bra. He said we don't have those anymore. I went over to the bras and found one but not the color I wanted. He said we can not order you one. So I went back over there and I finally found one. He did not ask to help me or even ask me if I needed help. He helped four other customers but not me! Jerk! Then I took my bra up there then he said I can not do anything for you! You have to keep the bra that I wore two times that I paid 50 dollars for! Bad customer service! I will not be returning!     I went to my local lane bryant, great service BTW, the ladies were super helpful and attentive...however when I went to use my lane byrsnt cc it declined me, mind u I hardly use my cc unless I'm needing new bras...long story short it declined me because they had shut done my card for not using it in a year so the lady reran it and it approved it but still kept declining my purchase, so we called and the representative on the phone told me that I was not approved. 1sT of all why why would u even turn my cc off?! I will not be shopping there again, not because of the service but because I have always paid my cc on time and just because I hadn't used it in a while they decided to turn it off.     Tried to buy online from them. Approved by my bank numerous times. Reversed over and over on their end. Problem now is my credit card is short $199.03 since they kept running it. I'm jumping through hoops trying to get my money back that they stole. Watch what these people do with your charge card. They may steal from you too. Plus their customer service is horrible and they lie. Never will I go to a lane bryant again!     I like lane bryant and their clothes. I needed new underwear and ordered some online and applied for the credit card and was accepted. Everything came and the sizes were wrong. I called customer service and they were of no help. Told me to go to my local store. I did and returned all items. They only credited me part of the $. No one could explain why so I had to pay $8.61 to not get charged anymore by them. On the first purchase, that's a terrible way to do business. I think I'll just shred the card.     In less than a six month time span I have been fitted three times, by three different employees NONE of these woman know anything about bras nor the proper way they are supposed to fit. They measure over your clothes, tell you the gore of the bra isn't flat because the cups are too big when a trained person would know they are too small. I have walked out of there with multiple cup sizes that are entirely too small and have lasted not even a year. Train these girls to give a proper bra fitting! The coconut creek store in Florida is horrible! None of those girls know anything about bras. They barely want to walk to get you one let alone fit you properly due to lack of education.     I recently bought about $500.00 of spring clothing and have shopped here for many years. Generally I have been very happy with service and clothing I have bought. I'm very disappointed this tine after purchasing a pair of Boyfriend Capri's. I wore them once for 1/2 day and they stretched and bagged out so bad that they were 2 sizes bigger in the waist. This is unacceptable. The buyer should know when they buy clothing how much things stretch and pass this info on the customers. I called about returning them for this reason and they said no I could not! Well OK... I will now continue to shop in the upper shelf brand named stores that I won't mention here, where I can ALWAYS return for an issue even if something is washed.or worn. No excuse for this except the store owners put greed and selfishness, "profits in pockets", ahead of good customers.Need to put in description that this stretches at the waist and bags out 2 entire sizes after wearing a short few hours. I do not have a camera phone just an old fashioned flip phone. Tip for consumers:This is a terrible store policy. Even with receipt and only 1 day old the Boyfriend Capri's stretched and bagged out so bad it was 2 extra sizes in the waist. The BUYER of the store should know this and not buy this material.     Beware if you order an incorrect size online. LB won't pay for return shipping. It's difficult during this COVID pandemic to shop in the store so one has to order online.     I have stopped shopping here unless I have absolutely no choice. The last time I purchased clothing from them I bought 4 pairs of pants@ 69.95 each. 2 were black and 2 were beige after one wear the hems and seems came undone in different spots on all 4 pairs of pants. When I brought them to the store they would not exchange them because I did not have a receipt. I explained that I ordered them online and that the receipt was accidentally tossed in the trash. When I called corporate they pretty much said too bad so sad. They did not offer to help or make it right. Mind you I didn't only buy pants. I spent about $500.00 for that order which included undergarments, shirts, and other basics. This company does not treat customers well and will not stand behind their product.     Impossible return policy. Unable to generate a label online to return dress then after spending 30 minutes on the phone with customer service still unable to get a shipping label. Ended up driving to closest store 45 minutes away to return the dress. They charged me 10 dollars to return a 48 dollar dress. This company blows. Won't shop with them again.     I started buying from them on-line when I lived in an area without a close Lane Bryant. Their sizes can run across the board with consistency so it makes it easy. 90% of my experiences have been perfect. The occasional wrong item ( last time they couldn't give me what I ordered :( as they were out of stock after I received the incorrect item). But otherwise. Pretty awesome.     I love the fact that I can order from their web site and have it delivered to my local store. And if I need to return an item I ordered from the website I can take it back to the store. I've also purchased an item from a Lane Bryant outlet store and was able to return it to my local store. Of course they have the best big girl fashions, I just wish more of it was natural fibers.     I dont shop LB often, only cus I cant afford to. But anything I have ever purchased always gets compliments. As others have stated, free shipping to a local store is awesome. I live in an apartment complex and don't feel safe having packages on my doorstep. The only thing I could nit pick at, is some clothing isnt consistent. I purchased a black and gold chevron maxi skirt to die for! Loved it so much I went to my local store to get another color.     Today around 7:00 PM, I visited the Lane Bryant in the Arlington Highlands, TX shopping center. Since they were in the middle of a clearance sale, the store was quite busy. I selected half a dozen items and headed toward the dressing room area. An LB associate greeted me, introduced herself as April and led me to a dressing room. I decided to buy a jumpsuit and three blouses. When I arrived at the checkout, there were two associates manning the register. Each one had a customer. When one of them was free, I approached her. She said she was going to restock and left me standing there without even an apology. The other associate continued with her existing customer. Just as I was getting irritated at being left high-and-dry by the associate, April came forward from the front of the store and offered to check me out. She was pleasant, interested in my choices and extremely professional. This particular store is not known to have pleasant staff. April was a clear exception.
