    I ordered a jacket, M. Too small. I email co and said I ordered large and would return the M if the large fit. Tried to get refund for M. Return must be made 14 days.     This site has many different products, some amazing prices (especially when it comes to flash sales), and for the most part descriptions are accurate as far as sizing goes. The delivery does take a bit, but I suppose that is to be expected these days. They are also pretty good about following up if an item is discontinued/no-longer available for any reason.     The item I ordered was of poor quality, and the colour differed from that advertised online. I complained and was offered varying amounts of 'credits' to my account if I kept the item. I asked for a full refund as the item was not fit for purpose and I was mis-sold. I am still in dispute with the company, trying to resolve this issue. This is my first order, and I will never place a future one. Avoid purchasing anything from 'Lightinthebox' They have no customer service, and if you need to return any items, you have to post them to Asia your own cost! Tip for consumers:That the company is based in Asia. All returns have to be sent back there at the cost to the buyer. There is no level of Customer Service.     Hi, I would like to order more at LightInTheBox, but the excessive shippingcosts are stopping me. On my last order of 55,74 € there was a cost of 23,10 € for shipping, this is an additional cost of more than 41%. Most all materials are polyester, so it's kind of thin compared to cotton, but the prints are vivid. It's the shipping at the holidays that's an issue, because it's really slow. If you're going to order Christmas clothes, order them very earlest November, even end of October would be better. My orders were on 11/10 took to 12/9 for the second order to come in.
