    All of the clothes fit like a whole size smaller in other brands. Threads are pulling and loose on two garments I have washed once and twice, following instructions. They refuse to price match during sales like every other reputable clothing brand does. I submitted 1-star reviews for my low quality items on their site and they did not publish them- only 5 stars to be seen! Wow, how honest! Tip for consumers:Watch out for fake reviews- check other sites. Wait for sales if you insist on purchasing this overpriced stuff.     I waited 37 minutes on hold with a terrible song on repeat to make a return. I was told the return label would arrive within 7 to 10 days via email and the refund even longer. I've loved the brand since my children were little, but this experience demonstrates how far the brand has eroded. I will not shop at Hanna Andersson again nor recommend it. Service Shipping
    Placed an order a month ago. They did not send the pants, but did not tell me that for 2+ weeks. I called to replace 3 times. Each person said absolutes I'll get that right out & honor sale price. Each order was cancelled by Hanna Anderson. Tonight a 5th person calls me-can't honor that sale price but we'll ship free at full price. Huh? You made 4 errors & won't jo or original price? STAY AWAY.     First time ordering with a sizeable order. Message back with Oops something wrong try again. Nope. Called customer service and spoke with a Christopher who couldn't help because does returns. WHAT? So called to place an order on hold 12 min. Went to Chat option. Said within 2 min. 6 min later no chat response. This is the first time this has happened to me for ordering. VERY poor all around service.
    I continually receive messages from Hannah Anderson confirming my purchases and their delivery, despite never having visited the website, nor bought anything from them and after messaging them on various occasions to notify them of their error (obviously the customer who had bought from them wasn't being notified). So - terrible customer service!
    Made an order that after they cancelled my first order due to incorrect zip code they said, I had a 20% off coupon code for first time order that they now won't honor. Super frustrating and horrible customer service.     I have bought dozens of sleepers for my foster children over the years, and they would last for years. The last couple I purchased ripped in the crotch within a couple of wearings.     If you are a normal woman, DO NOT BUY THE FLANNEL PAJAMAS! The are made for men! Upper chest too big, TIGHT across the hips, button up on the wrong side like men's shirts, arms way too long. I will never wear them again and they were outrageously expensive but I wanted to match the family. This is my last year buying these crappy overpriced pajamas for my family.

Called The customer service number, After being in hold for an hour, they had no idea, told me they could leave a message for HA, which is confusing since that's who I called. Very rude.     I had a question about my order and Jillian ended the conversation before I was done. They really don't care about your questions or concerns and the help staff seem miserable. Whoever Jillian is, she should look for a new job because she gives the company a terrible name. It's always a shame when poor customer service ruins the brand experience. Do better.     I ordered 3 items as a set for a baby gift. I just received an email cancelling 1 item and immediately started a chat, saying I did not want the other 2 matching items. I was told orders could not be modified once placed. But HA had just modified the order! Two different chats ended when HA hanging up on me. I love the quality of HA clothing and it has always been my "go to" vendor for my grandkids and baby gifts, so I was totally shocked to learn how rude HA's staff is! What kind of a company treats its customers this way? Products used:Part of my three item order was cancelled and the company was rude when I tried to cancel the remaining items. Service
    I was charged twice for my order and couldn't get in touch with customer service. I even tried the website chat and it said expected wait time to be serviced by an agent is 13 minutes. 20 minutes passed and the timer still said 13 minutes. They make it impossible to reach an agent. Service
    Not the most customer-friendly children's shop. 1 -- Customers must pay for return shipping. With higher prices, the challenge of fitting growing children, and Hann's wonky clothing size variations, returns can be prohibitively expensive. 2 -- Even if an item ordered goes on sale within hours of your purchase, Hanna makes no price adjustments. Not typical of most retailers. 3 -- The clothing is cute and comfortable, but don't think I'll be shopping here again. Order #******* -- couldn't get image to upload due to format, but this is a legit purchase from 08/25/22 Tip for consumers:Returns can be costly. Hanna Andersson doesn't offer price adjustments if an item goes on sale, even if you order only hours before. Sizing for toddler and baby items can get wonky.     I regret not researching/looking at all their bad reviews before ordering from Hanna Andersson. My first order was missing half of the items, though I was billed the full amount. Their customer service is non-existent, couldn't get through the phone and emails went unanswered. Such a disappointing experience and it seems they have many unhappy and dissatisfied customers. I filed a dispute with my credit card for the missing items billed and surely will file a complaint with the BBB. Don't shop there unless you want aggravation.
    I have been online for almost 2 hours I have ordered for 5 kids and I found very good deals after asking my kids if they all liked it and choosing everything they like we are ready to place that order for almost $450 and when I place that order it log me out them that price went up and I have to order again I call and customer service said to me that that price was still on but my 4 computers say that same customer service did help me I mad sad and my kids are mad too please check for deals they make o ly to order maybe two or 4 items at one time I am not happy with this price change Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

    Hannah Anderson is not the quality it used to be. Last year I bought about $300 worth of clothing for my 8 year old and at same time bought matching christmas PJ. For both kids. When they came I was shocked. The Long sleeved shirts ( meant for winter) were lighter weight than multiple summer tank tops I had purchased at good will a few months before. After several washings the collars were distended, and the clothing looked like it had been through three kids. In fact other hanna stuff I'd been given used by friends years earlier or got at goodwill looked better than the new stuff 2 months later. The grinch PJ's I boght for myself began to pill after the first wearing, anywhere there was friciotn. Had more pilling anywhere there was friction. After being worn 10 or so times and being washed twice, my 15 year old Pj's from JC Penny's looked better! I am so disappointed! I always bought used hanna anderson stuff and loved the quality. Now I am in a financial position to buy new, and the new isn't the quality. You can buy it. But this is not hte Hannah Anderson of old. They are simply riding the coat tails of their previous high quality reputation. Only now the quality is not there. To be clear-- YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PASS THIS CLOTHING DOWN TO ANOTHER CHILD. It is unlikely to make it through one child. I"m an adult, gentle on my clothing, and my PJ's already have completely distended elastic at the ankles and wrists, after being worn about 10 times. I won't say don't buy it, because since everything seems to be lower quality these days, whats the point? But don't pay the higher price for it thinking it will last. It won't. So at most my Pj can only be two years old ( they are not, they were bought last christmas. as were all the clothing .     I made the withdrawal of a dress a month ago, they received it the first days of January and to this day I have not received the refund, when I ask what is happening, they do not give me an explanation. Be careful when you buy and have to return merchandise, customer service is really bad!

    I was unable to get a refund that was due for a returned gift! They said they sent out a card for exchange (but one was never received). I am very frustrated and would not recommend this company.
