    I recently moved and I had a few orders in the pipeline. I assumed if I changed my address on the main web site my orders would come to my new address. Later I found out I had to change my address on each individual purchase as a result two big purchases went to my old address and the people living there kept them. Now moda says I am out the money.     I recently purchased a purse on sale. During the very first use I noticed 2 tears on the bag where the strap met the bag. I only had the bag for a week and emailed Moda asking for a refund or exchange as the bag was clearly sent to me torn. They said "no because it was final sale". After some research I realized this is actually their MO, to take damaged products and mark them on final sale, so the damaged product can be sold but not returned. I will never buy from them again.     MO's package theft policy is misleading and detrimental to customers. My stolen package claim was denied by MO, with the blame shifted to me despite clear evidence. Abby from customer support was evasive about policy details. The delivery driver failed to notify us, and I have video proof of improper delivery and theft. FedEx made an error, but MO penalized the customer. After my disappointing first experience, I will no longer purchase from MO. Their response was to "file a police report" without further assistance. They claimed their policy only covers theft during transit, ignoring evidence of incorrect delivery. I'm awaiting a response from management before filing a chargeback, but based on other reviews, MO seems uninterested in resolving package issues. Their customer service is the worst I've encountered. Avoid this company.
    Agent was rude, condescending, and uncooperative. She did not resolve my problem. I spent considerable amount of money to purchase a luxury item and would expect far better service than this.     Don't ever buy anything from this shady company! I purchased a pair of Prada winter boots from them. They were both labeled 38 1/2. After a couple of times wearing them, the right foot was sooo tight I thought I was going crazy... I kept checking the labels and the box, everything said 38 1/2. After comparing the boots soles to each other... one was at least an inch shorter! The labels were fake! This company is selling knock off items!     Horrible customer service. I had a promotional gift card and ordered before the expiration date; however, a pair of $225 sandals I returned (stupidly) thinking I would get a site credit. I had sent back with the preaddressed label to them, saw it delivered, so I called to see why I didn't have the credit. After speaking with Adancia, she said because it was an AMEX promotional card, they wouldn't give a site credit. I asked if I could have the sandals and other item I returned sent back. She said no. I then wrote an email to customer care and Adancia responded saying a manager would call within 24 hours. Didn't get a call of course. There was also nothing in the fine print stating that you wouldn't get a credit if you returned. I called AMEX to give them feedback and said they should reconsider if they think about doing a promo with Moda again. What a shame MO has such terrible service because the point of promos is that the company hopes you spend more money with them, which I would have (since I was looking at more expensive items to purchase than the sandals); but now I will never use this site again.     They have so many unique designer clothes but return service is horrible. They have a problem with their warehouse. I have 5000 dolars of merchandise waiting to be returned since August.
    I do not use the site to order from I shop the site, although, I know people who shop there and swear by it. Moda has the best of the best and the latest fashion items. This site has everything you need and gives fantastic information, the edits are so good. Any fashionable fashionista can get a great education on this site. Yes, you can order and they have an 800 number. You need to be in love with what you purchase because they are pricey, but most items ship from the USA. They have top designs on sale, but not at rock bottom prices. Tip for consumers:They have the best designers and a great selection. Price adjustment are only 7 days from receiving the item and they dont price match to the competition. Products used:I use the site for information and to window shop.     I purchased an item worth roughly $2,000 and it was supposedly delivered when i happened to be out of town. Given the value of the order, Fedex was required to receive my signature in order to release this item to me. Even though i was not even in my home state when this item was delivered, someone (i'm assuming the driver) signed for the package and i never received the item. I obviously filed a claim through moda who then in turn, requested fedex investigate the matter. I should note i was more than happy to provide moda my flight confirmation, proving that it was impossible for me to sign for my package. Moda just got back to me today saying that since fedex claimed i signed for this (even though i was not home), i will not be getting a reimbursement. I knew that moda was going through some financial issues but this is just a scam. Save your money, go spend it at farfetch or net-a-porter or matches or any of the other luury e-commerce sites that actually work with their customer when there is an issue as opposed to just happily stealing their money.     This is the first time and will be my last time I shop with Moda Operandi, my package was recalled by them due to pricing discrepancy on the site? I placed an order use the code "NEWTOMODA" which is offered to new customers, I didn't get any discount other than that, how can they recall such a normal order? That was ridiculous! Don't shop on Moda Operandi, they don't care about the customers at all and they have very unprofessional customer service. Noted that they charged me for the order and still haven't refund me yet.     I ordered a set of books from Moda Operandi. Two times now they sent the incorrect set of books. They sent a hardcover and paperback version of the same book! And they did this TWICE. The second time i requested they send the correct set of books I purchased the customer service rep (Liz C) indicated that I would need to return the books, wait for them to inspect it before I can get a refund. Then, I would need to repurchased the books from their website. Their website looks nice, but not worth the hassle when shipping goes wrong. I've been going through this for over a month now.     After back and forth dispute about whether my orders were delivered or not. Initially I was refused a refund. My very first purchase were Prada sneakers that was dead stock everywhere so I ordered them here. Received them( it was a signature based package- that was not signed by me back by another recipient but nevertheless I got the package because it was sitting on my door step because fedex signed for it without my authorization why I was not home) I sent it back because they were too small. Purchased two more item and never received them. I called to inform the company so they could follow up with fedex. I spoke with 2 different managers who insisted I look at the Q&A page about shipping. They stated they were unable to give me a refund because the proof of delivery was successful. Given in fact that the last package was signed by a complete different individual. I guess they think fedex don't make mistakes. I followed up with fedex my self and fedex told me that they did not opt into starting a missing package claim.(FYI: even if the proof of delivery says successful Fedex will open up a missing package claim ONLY BY THE SHIPPER) So they were refusing to issue me my money back and file the claim. I contacted them very Politely in the beginning, however, my patience gotten really thin because every time I was told someone would reach back out to me within 24-48; would turn out to be a week with the same disappointment. I was on the managers time. They are Fradulent and you have to down right use profane language for someone to take you serious. They closed my account but they could have saved theirselves the time because I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FRADULENT SITE AGAIN!     Two months ago I ordered from Moda for the first time. I place an order for a Prada Celo bag and was charged $15 for shipping. I expected this to mean shipping would be quick and that the packaging would be luxurious. But it wasn't. It took two weeks for my bag to arrive and the bag was just thrown in a box in a dust bag wrapped in purple tissue paper. Honestly, I have seen better packaging from less expensive stores, like Sezane. Still, I can understand the shipping time due to Covid delays, but the packaging really was subpar. Nonetheless, what really bothered me was that my bag was damaged when I received it. It had creases and a visible scratch on the back. I submitted a return request, shipped it back, and got my money back. Then I placed another order for the same type of bag and after two weeks, I got the SAME damaged bag in a box that looked like it was stomped on and opened and haphazardly re-taped again. Did they think I would not notice it was the same bag? Anyway, I submitted another return request and now I will be purchasing my bag from Prada directly.     I Know about this site long time ago from my sister but did not buy anything from it. But recently wanted something unique for a special occasion. I was impressed with my choice.
    I find it incredible that not only they provide worst service, they take pride and fail to give you a solution. They are obnoxious and the customer becomes last. After giving them a second chance after a year of failing to deliver and having to contact them 4 times to locate my order because the stock actually comes from the US, hence why you must wait for 2 weeks minimum, their service is decadent. Nothing has improved, their emails are vague and no option to even cancel the order if you no longer wish to wait that long. Poor, poor service
    This brand is ok but I would not reccomend spending money on tis brand. For one it is pricey and for 2 they can do way better.

    I don't know if they are on the verge of bankruptcy or what but I have never had my credit card charged, and several weeks later the company refuses to answer customer service calls and refuses to ship items I paid for. This is called fraud! Who has time to call them 15 times to get your items or a refund? Shop elsewhere.
