Last year, I decided to try them again and saw they were hit or miss, but I loved a few items. In January, I ordered two suits and returned one. I received confirmation that my return was received and waited patiently for the refund. After weeks, I emailed Customer Service and was advised that the refund was processing, and I was offered a discount for a future purchase. Thankfully, I did not fall for that. Now, my request for a status update is being ignored. After researching, I learned that several others have experienced this recently, and now the return policy says all sales are final. They don't answer calls or emails. Do yourself a favor and just pass. You have been warned.
