I tried to return a sweatshirt that was 3 sizes too big. After spending 10 minutes with the automated chat, I asked to speak to a person. I've been on hold for 10 minutes now. I will never order anything from NFLShops again
Tip for consumers:Can't talk to anyone and the return policy is very poor. I will never buy anything from FNLShop again

I'm scared to return it because of the reviews on others experiences with that. Paid $6.99 for faster shipping and it still arrived later than the free shipping quoted. Would not recommend using this site.

Date of experience: February 8, 2025I must have 6 Philadelphia Eagles Jersies now, all have the Eagles logo on each sleeve, both black and green. I received my new black S. Barkley jersey today, and probably in an effort to keep cost down, they purpously left the Eagles logo off the sleeves, or in a rush to get made, someone forgot them.
What a "ripoff" and for the same price as the green ones too.
Never again will buy from this company.
Based on reviews, I doubt if they will handle this to my satisfaction.

So they told us to return the jerseys, order new ones, and they would credit the credit card to adjust for the black Friday sale price. Well, they never credited us back even with the chat log as evidence. We ended up returning the 2nd set of jerseys, paying the shipping and tax which was somehow not refundable. Not sure how that is even legal for them to collect taxes on items that were not even kept.
Tip for consumers:Full refund but charges for shipping and doesn't refund taxes, which is likely illegal.

Date of experience: December 13, 2024I will probably never order from here again. I placed an order, Once they confirmed it with me, the price of one of my items cost more. Next thing I know my delivery dates changed. Now the dates do not work for me as I will be out of town for a few weeks with packages left outside for a few weeks. So one of my items were still in progress so I tried calling to at least cancel that one. There was no option to talk to a human, and I was informed that the item could not be cancelled Why, it was still in progress and hasnt shipped! So it looks like I will be out almost a $100.00 dollars Will find other sites to order my NFL items through,

Date of experience: December 18, 2024I ordered a jersey for my boyfriend on December 1st and received an email stating it shipped on December 6th. It's now December 17th, and after multiple calls regarding the package's whereabouts, I had to request a refund. Each time I called, I was reassured that the package was on the way, which turned out to be false(Shocker.). After being promised a resend and expedited shipping if I called back on December 17th, I was met with the news that the jersey was out of stock(not at all shocking after sundays game… GO BIRDS!)
To make matters worse, when I called today, the first customer service representative hung up on me after I asked to speak with a supervisor. This situation feels sketchy, and I can't shake the feeling that something is off. Either they're moving money around or just couldn't care less what is happening. I'm determined to get to the bottom of this and will explore options, including a potential class action lawsuit if necessary. I will find a resolution. If anyone has similar stories please feel free to share. This company is TRASH!

Customer service over the phone and via chat function only reiterates that the refund is "pending" and not to worry. The person I last interacted with on the chat function was irritated because he was apparently the same person who had previously told me not to worry. I paid $1181.00 on NFL credit card and $100 on an NFL gift card and I've got nothing to show for it except frustration.

I'll never use nfl shop again you can't contact customer service either they want everything done with messaging on their website but they never answer. Its not worth the hassle,,,,never again!

Customer service sucks no help they blame it on the warehouse and they tell you the same information from the tracking screen. I'm beyond pissed right now. I go and look at my order status and it stated it was going to take another NINE MORE DAYS on top of the THREE days I have been waiting. I received ZERO emails about how it was going to take longer than I paid for. I tried to call their phone number and I couldn't even speak to an actual person, it was only an automated system. Extremely unhelpful. As I am writing this I am waiting for a service specialist to join their online chat, its been ten minutes and still no one has helped me. Overall I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone using the NFL shop for any gifts or items for themselves.

They give you 45 days to file dispute over undelivered merchandise, but then they say you have NO orders to track. Absolute RIP OFF of my money!

Sent an email that said it was delivered and I should check with my neighbors, blah blah. I checked the tracking numbers with USPS, the tracking number came back as invalid. Nothing but dissatisfaction! STAY AWAY!

Philippine Customer service repeatedly told me they had spoke t UPS and it would be on time. Nothing could be done until after 2/9.2/10 I called, asked for. Supervisor and told they were busy with other duties. Advised I would wait. Next the rep came back advising the Supervisor was gone now and I needed to call back Monday, then hung up. I was hung up on at least 4 times, lied to at least 3 times. Received the jersey after the Super Bowl

Unfortunately, the information displayed regarding item prices turned out to be inaccurate. Despite showing products with a 25% discount, these discounts disappeared once added to the cart, reverting to the standard cost.
Contacting customer service with screenshots of the discrepancy, I was disappointed by their response. While expressing regret for the site's display error, they refused to take responsibility, stating the item was excluded from the promotion.
This unforeseen discrepancy and lack of accountability cast doubt on the site's reliability. It seems only fair for them to honor the original offer as published and address the misleading information.

My son bought shorts for his Dad, with his own money. I tried to have him order from another store that I know can be trusted but he really wanted to buy these shorts. Now he is learning a hard lesson at a young age about corrupt business.

Then they offer "discounts" by way of an apology, trying to get you to spend more money when your original order is still missing in action. Go anywhere else.

The automated keeps giving me a tracking number, but no details. Then I try to get information on my other order and it transfer me, but no one picks up. Ridiculous. Will stick with Fanatics or Lids for now on. I see the money was taken from account already. I can't post an order number because I never received one for both orders.

Date of experience: October 13, 2021I ordered a Salute to Service hoodie on October 1st, anticipating that I would be able to show my team spirit and celebrate my own military service, as well as that of countless others, by Veterans Day. Wrong. I got an update saying it was delayed until a week after Veterans Day. Okay. These things happen. I checked the status again today, and now it's delayed until a week before Christmas. Will I get it before springtime when I won't need it? Who knows, because online agents are perpetually busy helping other customers and there is no phone number to talk to a real person. I get that these are difficult times for the supply chain, but if you can't deliver, don't offer me your product. I gave two stars, as previous orders have been pretty seamless. This is pretty disappointing, though.

Date of experience: November 20, 2021I ordered 2 items from this site on 11/25 hoping to leave myself plenty of time to wrap everything and have it under the tree by Christmas. One of the items arrived but the other one's shipping date has been pushed from 12/05 to 12/16 and is expected to arrive on 12/27. I'm extremely disappointed that it is going to take over a month to receive my item and I'm now scrambling to get the address changed as I'll be out of town when it arrives. To add insult to injury as of 12/08 the website is advertising on banners that TODAY is the last day to order an receive by Christmas. What a joke. Only saving grace was the customer service rep I chatted with who opened a ticket to MAYBE get the address changed on the order so that my friend can get their gift late.
Tip for consumers:Make sure you order your items well in advance of when you want/need them. If you need them within a certain timeframe apparently you need to order more than a month ahead of time to even have a chance at getting it on or before your event.
