    After a 3rd call I was able to talk to someone that knew how to do her job and helped me with. In the previous 2 calls i was so upset that i wanted cancel my account. And a similar experience i had last year when my phone was stolen and i couldn't have access to my account. Train your people like the last agent and you shouldnt have complains.     Had my worst experience, I spent months! I lost hours and money trying to make this account work, trying to verify my address and identity so I was able to withdraw. They made me leave home several times to gather documents they would never approve anyway, print them, scan them, they even received my rental agreement with all my personal information, off course with no resolution.
