    I bought iPhone cords and every one of them stopped working after 3 weeks of use. Solar lights say for indoor or outdoor use. One rain and their toast. I have sent several things back. Will never trust again.
    Car dash cam was junk; was obviously a scam item that would not turn on. The FTC should close these guys down. Tip for consumers:Don't do it.
    Ordered singing frozen dolls for $35. Arrived in plastic bags, Dollar Store quality! Terrible. Will never order here again. No way on the site for people to leave reviews, and now I know why!
    Totally agree with all the other reviewers - they are a scam and even when the business I bought a voucher from refused service (never responded to repeated requests to schedule service) they refuse to refund my money. They will *only* offer "plum dollars" which are useless, since they can't be used on the vast majority of deals they offer (basically, anything remotely interesting or valuable prohibits the use of "plum dollars". Total scam. I can't imagine they'll be around much longer.
    This website is a complete scam. I have order two times and the products are super low quality. You can get better goods at your local 99 cent store for 99 CENTS! I don't understand how they are still in business and continue to sell these "deals". Absolutely no customer service help at all. USELESS.
    I paid $149 for a Minecraft Mod. It was once in my vouchers but once I went to download it it was gone. I have been dealing with them for 2 months to get no solution so far. I will not waste $149 on something I did not get to use!
    I bought a deal for Galaxy Shooters, when I purchased my deal with Galaxy they charged my credit card and did not apply the deal. After many many times trying to contact Galaxy - I asked for assistance from Plum District. They had a hard time contacting the vendor also, but I finally got a partial refund. I asked for a refund from Plum district and now they won't even return my emails. Taking Plum district off my list - be cautious - they do not stand by their vendors or their deals
    I purchased two frozen Disney watches for my grandchildren. Receive them without any problem.
    Their travel vouchers were unusable because you had to go to a special website, wait up to one week for an email response. The deal advertised did not specify this or blackout dates. No customer service phone number for the travel agency. Their email replies were in broken English so I'm guessing it was an offshore operation. The travel had to be planned no more than nine months in advance. Many replies back after trying to make travel plans that information was missing from being input into their website. I finally gave up. The way they say they are owned by Moms is embarrassing and offensive, trying to steal the reputation of Moms, of whom I am one, being ethical, hardworking, understanding, generous - none of which describe this ripoff outfit. In retrospect I would've been better off flushing my money down the toilet and saving all the time and aggravation trying to book travel and of course even though they offered a refund they refused. I've used Groupon, Livingsocial, Kudzu, Amazon local, all had great customer service. These criminals just need to go. This means you SUSAN KIM. Only if you are a psychopath can you live with yourselves swindling people out of their hard earned money.
    It's already the 5th and I'm still unable to redeem my starbucks code. It's pathetic, I've logged in several trouble tickets with Plum and no response. Anybody had any luck with their starbuck codes or Plum support? If no results by FRIDAY, I want my money back. Plum is the worst, NEVER buy here again. I'm reporting Plum to The Better Business Bureau for bad business practice and breaking the contract with their customers. Also, epinions, bizrate, facebook, twitter, family and grandma.
    I paid $100 for design consulting back in the Spring of 2010 and have yet had any success in getting an appointment from their merchant even after numerous emails/phone call. I finally requested help from Plum District and they too have not responded to me. I am now out $100 and nothing to show for it. These people are ridiculous. Furthermore, they have a no refund policy.
    I ordered two items last month. One item arrived. It is cheaply made and if I had paid more for it, I would have returned it. It would not come close to being worth its"retail" price. I put a complaint in about the other item. I received an email weeks before with a tracking number. That number was invalid. When I filed a complaint with Paypal, I received an item a few days later but it wasn't what I ordered. I emailed plumdistrict but haven't gotten response. I escalated this to a claim with Paypal and finally got a response from plumdistrict. She wanted me to pay for shipping the item back and she would send me a store credit for the shipping costs, and maybe a refund for the wrong item they sent! Outragous. I wrote back saying she needs to arrange for shipping and that I expect a full refund back to my CC. DO NOT buy from this site -- there are so many other honorable discount vendors you can use.
    This company sells coupons to disreputable companies... Never received my orders and when I called to complain there was only a voicemail. There are tons of coupon companies out there, save yourself the time and stick with what you know!
    I love this site! I ordered two gifts for my niece and nephew and they loved them. I also ordered a great monogrammed tote bag for my sister. The quality was great and the price was amazing. Will shop there often.
    I purchased a deal for Ssh-oes; when I went to use it, my account said "deal refunded". When I inquired why, first they said they had no record of my purchase, then, mysteriously, the purchase appeared in my account. I used the deal to purchase a pair of Ssh-oes, which turned out to be exceedingly narrow (I have narrow feet and cannot wear a wide) in the toe box and at least a full size small. I contacted Ssh-oes to start the return process and they sent me a return shipping label and said they contacted Plum to refund me. Plum is offering only "Plum Dollars," which are not good on all deals, and they expire in 6 months. I will never purchase anything from them again.
    Would give 0 star if possible. Site is basically a scam. Codes are not redeemable way after the date. I hope they go under soon.
    I only bought from them once and it will be my last time. I ordered a Starbucks card and 2 Fandango tickets for $28. It took days before the fandango code could be redeemed on the digital doorstep site. I still can not redeem my starbucks code. It says that it has already been redeemed. Noone from Plum District answers the phones or responds to emails. Buying something shouldn't be such a hassle. They are nuts if they think they can compete with Groupon or Living Social.
    Every one star review on this site is correct! The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The deals are a scam. I will be filling a complaint with BBB and disputing my credit card charges with my bank. STAY FAR AWAY. There are much better deal sites out there. This is the worst!
    Plum District had misleading information about the items I purchased, stating there would be a $6 flat rate shipping for the order. I ordered a top and bottom of an outfit only to receive TWO different voucher codes! This was for an outfit that had 2 pieces! This meant I had to place the orders twice on the clothing company's website and pay two shipping costs. They should have stated that there would be individual voucher codes PER ITEM ordered, and that the flat rate shipping was PER ITEM since you'd have to order each piece separately. Or, better yet, they should have given ONE voucher code for the order since it was for the same company and would be shipped to the same address... AND are pieces to the same outfit! In the end, I'm out only $6, so I know it's not a big deal in the scheme of things, but it's frustrating to have a discount company not reveal all the information accurately. I feel scammed. After writing to customer service twice and then writing a message to their Facebook page, I finally got a response 4 days later, which basically read: "Sorry for misleading you. That's how it is!" What?! Considering there are similar discount companies out there with better customer service and more detailed, accurate information stated for the products, I don't plan to ever order from Plum District again. What a big disappointment.
    Purchased a deal from them and had great difficulty redeeming voucher. Customer service was HORRIBLE. I am still waiting for a response. I plan to dispute the charge on my credit card. I will never use them again.
    Plum District will sell you a worthless voucher and will refuse to refund you! I bought a voucher for $70 Window Cleaning. The window cleaning company is out of business and Plum District refuses to refund me. Yes, I should have looked into the window cleaning company before I bought the voucher but don't you expect a business like Plum District to properly vet the companies for whom they sell vouchers? An internet search for the window cleaner reveals they have been serially selling vouchers for years through various companies and not honoring them. When Plum District makes a mistake like that they need to make refunds. You can only contact them via online form, they a couple of weeks to get back to you. I would give them negative stars if I could.
    Agree with what everyone is saying about this site. Horrible. Customer service is a joke. No phone number listed anywhere on their site so they only way to contact them is through an email that takes DAYS to even get logged into their response system. BEWARE!
    THIS place is AWFUL! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My order was a NIGHTMARE! And I never got it!
    Bought a service from them, vendor wouldn't honor the contract but said Plum District would refund. Plum District said they do not make refunds but not until they dragged the situation out by sending emails, stalling, getting closer to the exp date. When I said I will report them to the BBB they immediately said they do not make refunds and tossed me back to the merchant. I will never buy another "deal" from Plum District.
    I have been a loyal customer of Plum for some time and have purchased many deals on their website but the moment I ran into a problem with the vendor of a voucher I purchased, they were extremely unhelpful. Their idea of customer service is to simply forward you the vendor's responses to them, as asinine and useless as the responses were. I gave up after numerous attempts to get a refund on a voucher I purchased where the vendor kept giving me the runaround on how to resolve the technical issue I was dealing with. Plum's customer service sucks and pales in comparison to so many other websites that offer great service.
