The company is chaotically disorganized from the bottom to top. Customer service employees are beyond unprofessional and even sharing and complaining about their behind the scenes issues. Lead times to actually receive items are up to a month. They sometimes randomly decide to just partially ship orders with no warning and include no packing slips. An absolute disaster. Avoid at all costs.

QualityOrdered a large moon for our Prom. Paid extra for shipping so it would ship at the latest on the day we needed it. Downloaded Shop App as the site suggested to track package. Never showed tracking or sent notifications. Each time I checked, it read, "order purchased."
If you call, you can't speak with anyone. The message says to go to website. When you try to set up a chat, you can't submit. They finally did email. They apologized and said it will arrive on our prom date (May 7) at the latest. Today is May 10 and it never arrived. I'm hoping now it never will and we will be refunded. No response when I emailed about this.

Again, do not buy anything from this company.Ordered 2 banners on April 6th. Still showing unfulfilled and no one will answer emails or phone calls. Called at 9 am this morning and it said I was caller 23! An hour and a half later I was still on hold. I paid extra to have them by this Saturday but appears to no avail. Customer service is non existent to say the least. I will never order from them again.

ShippingI ordered 4 items for graduation event. I didn't receive my yard sign or candy bar wrappers. I also received the wrong banner, the one I got belongs to someone else. I've called over 10 times and have been on hold for over 3 hours and have yet to speak to a customer service rep. I've also sent several emails and no one has responded back yet. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a company.

QualityThis company is the absolute worst place I have ever ordered from, and that's saying a lot because I have had some really crappy experiences! They suck! I ordered 6 boxes of personalized lollipops for my son's communion, I paid $72 for them. They sent me ONE box and when I looked on the website to see when the rest was coming, it said the order was fulfilled. When I called them to find out what the hell happened to the 5 missing boxes, I was left on hold for over 2 hours! I literally fell asleep waiting! I was given some bologna story about their computer program and how they would rectify the situation as soon as possible. Here I am with a knot in my stomach 2 weeks later and NO Lollipops! I am once again on hold so far for 47 minutes. I wish they would stop calling their customer service reps amazing because I want to put my hands through the phone and ring their NECKS every time they say it! If they are so amazing, why am I on hold for over 2 hours?

QualityI ordered to motorized center piece turn tables, they looked ok, (no on/off switch_ not a big deal) installed new batteries, the one made a small creek noise and that was it. The other did absolutely nothing! I tried calling them, live chat, and emailing them. No answer whatsoever. I'm about to try and send it back, but God knows if I will get my money back( I have a bad feeling that its gonna be money completely wasted) Do not buy ANYTHING from this company. I've had better luck buying from someone out of their garage. If I could submit this with zero stars, I would. They don't deserve even 1 star.

QualityVery poor customer service. Placed order through United Mileage Plus Shopping portal. Was told by Shindigz they did not have the item in stock. I asked if they would just sell me something else for the money rather than refund the money. They said no. This is so unbelievably stupid or unprofessional, I cannot express it. Now I must pay a fine to reset my Mileage Plus miles because of Shindigz.After paying for what turned out to be a terrible product, it seems like it's impossible to get them to stop emailing me a constant barrage of sales emails. Do yourself a favor, go ANYWHERE else. Goes for Stumps.com and whatever other company names they dream up to wash away the bad reviews.Shindigz WAS a good place to purchase custom signs and such from. Just recently (Feb 2021) the website underwent some updates and they royally f*&'d up the site and save areas. Whatever you may have saved was gone post site update. In addition, the site was useless the first few days post update. You couldnt even input in any discount codes - yet they provided you with DISCOUNT codes to use. Useless. Tried calling instead and the reps there were utterly useless and they knew it. Made no sense negotiating with them. But sadly enough they offered nothing that gave you a positive feeling. I ended up wit 4 separate orders that now look like they cannot be fulfilled. For sure, I should have stayed clear of this site. I'm guessing post COVID they just havent figured some things out. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Its just sad that my current offer is stuck with them and I cant do anything about it.I made an order earlier in May 2021 for my kids' birthday in Shindigz.com. I paid $35 to expediate the order and ensure that it reaches us on time. I received 2 balloons total of $7 out of a $126 order. Well, we are now a week into June, the birthday was long celebrated and I am still yet to receive the buck of my order. I reached out to them via email few times and online chat, yet never received any feedback. I thought I should warn wise shoppers to stay away from this merchant, so to avoid disappointment and extortion of your money. Thank you!

ReturnsI ordered my order before a supposed announcement of a delayed timeframe on their website. I actually a whole month in advance. I got word from a customer service rep who gave me no timeframe. When I told him it made no sense, he went to "check my order again", and gave me a date. That date passed. And now there are over 3 hour wait times on a chat via the internet to where I'd you allow your phone Or computer to sleep That page refreshes and you're waiting on hold all over again. I got no response back from any emails. I even asked questions under products and I don't see them answered nor posted. Total rip off. I didn't receive any items. Instead got my money taken away from me. They don't have a refund option. And their telephone number redirects you to their 3 hold chat feature to get connected to a live person only to be told after 3 hours by an automated response that no one can help you.
Tip for consumers:My tip: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you don’t want your money taken! They are a complete and utter rip off. Someone soon will be making a class action suit!

ShippingPlaced an order 5/1/20. As of 5/20/20 order has not shipped. Attempt to call multiple times- good luck talking to someone. Emailed 6 times and counting- no response. Of course they charged my account right away. They won't even cancel the order. Credit card company is now handling it.I ordered 3 bubble guppy cardboard cutouts for my sons 1st birthday. I Love them! Great quality, perfect size & they arrived a week after I ordered them! I'm giving shindigz a 4 out of 5 just because they are a little flimsy but other than that there perfect... I will definitely be purchasing again from this site! :)I ordered a number of fat heads for a Senior high school team celebration. I gave them over 6 weeks to get the order to me. I understand shipping is taking longer these days. Some items were missing and they were slow to respond to my initial email. I ended up requesting a refund and I got a fraction back. Go somewhere else! This company is not worth dealing with!

QualityOrdered a Full Size Cutout of my parents for their Anniversary. My picture looked fine when order was placed, with no issues.
My order came in quick, but the picture is extremely blurry! You can't even read what is printed on my Dads T-shirt!
Since it's a Customized Product, they claim they cant refund or reprint it to solve the situation.
Instead, they offer me 15% off my next order... what a joke! We just wasted $150 on a blurry Cutout that would be embarrassing to use!I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and I only received partial order. I have sent this company many emails and they won't answer their phone. I tried to chat with someone on the chat message but it was over 180 minutes of wait time, so ridiculous. The tracking says they delivered everything which is not true. My Daughters graduation is this weekend and I was counting on the last part of my order to arrive! No one from this company has emailed me back! I am so unhappy and will not shop at this place again. Just give me a refund!

QualityI wish I could submit a negative score. Received an email in response to my inquiry about my order, promising that my order would be completed and received by my required event date. However, when I asked for tracking information I received no response, and since then, no response at all - they have gone "radio silent". I figured out how to login in and look up my order on their site and it says "UNFULFILLED" under order status. So they basically lied to me to appease me. In addition, they won't answer their phone and their "live chat" access has apparently been removed from their website. "Don't call us, we'll call you." I've cancelled my order that they've already charged me for so this should be fun. I now get to spend more time talking to my credit card company to get the charge reversed.

ShippingWe ordered Senior Banners for baseball and track. Track banners arrived last week, my order confirmation says it has been fulfilled. No, it only included 2 out of 6 banners. I have been on hold for 4 days, an hour and a half each day, or until my phone went dead. I have written to them on their online chat everyday for 5 days. Finally today I waited them out. My phone was at 1:36. Long story short, they have no idea where our banners are in the production process. I asked, have they been started? "we don't know." Will they make it here before baseball season is over,?" we don't know." Is there anyway to track them by the production number?," no, there is no way. " Our booster club will never order anything through Shindigz again.

ShippingI ordered a big head with my son's face for his graduation along with another item. The other item arrived on time for the event but the big head never came. A full month after the order. Customer service is virtually non existent. I received no communication back when emailed previously inquiring about when it would ship. They did refund that portion of the order after sitting on live chat for over an hour but we never receive the item and were robbed of the opportunity to rectify the situation in time for the event. Will never use this company again.I ordered my products. Received the 2 $5 items, but did not receive my props I spent all the money for. Contacted them and emailed. Stayed on hold for 3 hrs, no response, and then hung up. Very angry customer. I need my money back ASAP!

QualityI have used this company numerous times, I will continue to do so - however I suggest two specific things: Make sure you are not being over charged for an item you can find cheaper elsewhere and don't purchase anything involving balloons from them.
