Do not recommend StockX. I ordered a pair of basketball shoes for my 13 year old daughter. I unboxed the shoes and helped her try them on at our house. We determined they were too small. I reboxed the shoes and shipped them back the next day. The return was rejected by StockX because according to them the shoes were used/ had creases/ and the toe was dirty.
These shoes had been unboxed for a total of five minutes and only in my possession for about twelve hours from the time I received and shipped back.
Apparently you aren't allowed to try them on.

Date of experience: February 18, 2025Somehow my order was duplicated. I received two of the same item and was charged twice. I returned the duplicate item and requested a refund but was informed all I could get is credit for a future purchase with a time limit of 1 year. After several attempts to make this right and credit my card, I was informed this is not possible---surely someone could make that possible?
Tip for consumers:good product, but poor customer service if things do go exactly as planned. Will not issue refund only a store credit

Date of experience: January 13, 2025Purchased basketball sneaker for Christmas. Paid $265.00 for them. First time worn on the court the bottom of one of the sneakers comes apart. Contacted Stockx. Provided photos. Request the sneaker be replaced and it refused. Stockx claimed to have inspected and verified the sneakers prior to shipping. That must have been a joke on their part. Never again will I buy from Stockx as it does not stand behind its products.

I bought a $150 adidas sneaker for my 14year old son. Size 8.5. He unboxed the sneaker in front of me and walked around our house and we knew it was too small. I boxed it up and initiated my return. I then purchased a size 9 from this same company, and even paid extra for expedited shipping. Shockingly days later my original purchase, the 8.5s, were returned to me as the return was rejected because the shoes were worn. False! I argued with this customer service person and sent high res pictures of the shoes in clearly showing they were in no way worn. And then they sent me an email telling me again my return was rejected. These people are insane

I have ordered for the last time 6 months ago. I was sent for the SECOND TIME USED OR DEFECTED SHOES. ONE PAIR MAY BE FAKE THEY DO NOT HAVE A VALID CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER- this should be a RED FLAG. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GEY YOUR MONEY NOR AN EXCHANGE. I WAS SENT SHOEA WITH CREASES IN THEM- THE SECOND TIME THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY WORN AND THE THIRD TIME THE COMPANY LET MY CREDIT CARD BE EXPOSED IF YOU UAVE A CARD ON FILE TAKE IT OFF IMMEDIATELY. SOMEONE ORDERED WOMENS SHOES ON MINE THIS COMPANY HAS a 2 STAR RATING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PAYING FULL PRICE FOR USED OR COUNTERFEIT SHOES- AND SO NOT PUT TOUR INFORMATION ON THE SITE - it will get stolen. 1. Having multiple visible oily stains on the shoes,
2. Having Dust, dirt and sticky objects at the bottom of the shoes,
3. Glue overflow on a shoe,
4. Scratch and black stains/mark on the shoes
While the customer service claimed the shoes are new and in a proper condition. When i ask them, how they define the proper condition and if they have a SOP to determine a shoe's condition, they stop replying me. Also they refused to refund me too. AVOID AS MUCH AS YOU CAN

Date of experience: June 20, 2024The sell defective shoes and will not accept for a refund or exchange. It's not just a little mark, it's both sneakers that look like they got wet and then were dried. The leather is all wavy and the suede is so bad it looks like fur. Pitiful company.

This is within the 10 day return policy as well!
The photos are very clear that the product is not authentic

StockX didn't even try to assist me to fix my problem they encourage me to try and resale them on there website.
Referred me to there return policy and gave me a discount code on the next purchase as compensation for receiving the wrong Item.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they didn't ship in time. Customer service told me that this particular seller needed more time because of "carrier issues where he lives". So we gave it another 7 business days and still nothing. I was refunded and told if I rebought, I would be matched with a different seller. So I did and the exact same thing is happening. I'm being told it's a different seller but also with carrier issues. They won't switch sellers. They won't encourage the seller to ship. They won't refund my money. So…I guess I'll wait another 7 business days to see what happens but by then, it will be two orders, 1 month of waiting and shoes.

Listed as Womens 9.5W.
I received a 9.5 medium (B). I have pictures of my invoice and the label and all say Women's 9.5 W.
I was told by Stock X that I received what I ordered, that if I'd read the MEN'S SHOE BUYING GUIDE I'd have realized my mistake.
I wanted to return them but they refused. They are in perfect condition, with their tag still attached.
In what universe does 9.5 W not mean wide? Nowhere was B shown to be the width- only W.
The perky and unhelpful customer service person suggested I resell them on their site (they make a commission and I pay shipping- again) if I was unhappy and can't wear my NOT wide 9.5 W shoes.
Buyer beware!

Date of experience: June 24, 2024Story: UPS Lost my package in transit, I contacted Stockx to initiate claim along with physical receipt, video/pictures evidence of my packaging process. Stockx took more than 30 days to work on the case. Ultimately, they tried to deny the claim because the drop off weight "did not" match the product weight. After over 2 years of selling on this platform, I've never had any issues, I've always shipped items on time, and all of them passed verification. Now that once things go south, they are failing to provide support, and trying to deny problems which did not come from my end. Very disappointed.
People, Please be aware of shipping expensive things out to Stockx, as, they would not even bother to help you out if your packages gets stolen by postal services during transit. Will not be using this platform to sell anymore!

They charged me $20 in shipping and processing mind you. Shortly after purchasing they started sending multiple notifications that the delivery date will be much later than advertised, with no estimated arrival... so call it taking your money indefinitely. Date of experience: October 8, 2021I recently purchased a pair of Air Max 90 City packs and $230... the NEW pair (and yes I did order the NEW ones) I ordered arrived with a brown water mark across the toe. After finally finding an email address, I emailed stock x the pictures of the shoe and asked for a refund or an exchange. I was only offered a $20 off my next purchase. What kind of company doesn't have a return/refund policy when you receive a defective product!? The response I received is extremely poor customer service and for the price you pay on their website you should NOT be receiving defective products without a refund/return policy... that is called theft. I DO NOT recommend anyone purchasing any products from this site... no matter how much you want the shoes... it's not worth it when they arrive damaged.
Date of experience: February 17, 2020Very unhappy. I bought a pair of shoes for my son who wears a size 11.5 men's shoe. After waiting almost two weeks he received a pair of shoes that are a 11.5 children's shoe. I know I selected the correct size when ordering. Filed a complaint, since there isn't any kind of customer service department. Tried to reach someone with their live chat feature but it is also just a computer giving generic responses. So far only thing I have heard from them is that they received my complaint and nothing further. I tried placing them back on the site to be resold In the hopes of getting some money back and they don't even have that size as a possible option for sale. Also like to point out that their actual customer rating is a 2.3. They have absolutely no good reviews on Google.

Date of experience: March 1, 2021Coming from someone who doesn't bid to buy items or buy shoes often, I found it a bit tricky at first to navigate the app/site but I managed to figure it out. To be honest, I still don't know exactly how it works but I'm glad I was able to get the shoe at lower than ask(?) value.
I paid for additional shipping and it arrived fast. Shoes came in a nicely padded package and there was also a tag on the shoe meaning its been verified that it's real. (i cut the tag off in the photo) Overall would recommend others to buy their shoes (or other goods) from this site!
