    I was really looking forward to wearing these shirts. I ordered two of them: a long sleeve polo and a long sleeve button down. The polo fit perfectly out of the package- just arrived today. I washed it and dried it according to instructions (tumble dry on medium heat)- and it shrank so much it is comical. I put it on and by stomach shows. This isn't normal shrinking you see with cotton- this is comical! I haven't washed the button down- and will not wear it now anyway. Untuckit got my money this time, but they won't get more. These shirts are trash. Buy something else.
    Placed order on December 19,2023. Paid for expedited shipping, 2 day shipping. Got notified today it just shipped and will arrive after Christmas. Should have been notified immediately so I could have shopped elsewhere.
    A recent purchase was very late & they gave me a 25% discount. Then ordered over $500 and paid to expedite and it was only shipped after it was to have been delivered; Since I used the 25% coupon they gave me I was precluded from using the holiday discount. So no goods arrived for which I paid to expedite delivery and now need to shop for the gifts I don't have for my sons. So I asked for the discount again since I used it on goods that didn't arrive timely. After more than 30 minutes of time chatting with two people, they could not agree to anything. So frankly their conduct is shameful.; Don't buy from them if you expect your order to be timely received, even if they charge you extra for that. Tip for consumers:They waste time with chatting service that has no authority to do anything other than make you wait and answer questions..... Products used:As of today I have not received the items - indeed,they admit they only shipped them to me today!
    I had 4 UNTUCKit shirts. I really liked the way they looked and fit but, thought they felt a little flimsy. I guess it wasn't my imagination. The elbow has ripped in 3 of the 4. I suppose I'll continue wearing the last one until that elbow goes as well... I'm not a big guy and the size was right. I only have pics of the 2 because I already trashed the other 1. Both of these ripped within the last week so I still have them.
    I really like the shirts and would give them 5 stars however, the majority are made in China hence the lower rating. I do not want to buy any products made in China. Bring back the made in USA shirts. I will pay more for them!
    I recently received a shirt and pair pants from Untuckit as a gift. The shirt didn't fit and I wanted to return it, but found out it was not eligible for return. Don't understand why you can't return the item for a different size or style, especially at their prices. So I returned both the shirt and the pants. They can just have the shirt back. I have other UNTUCKit items that I purchased, but those will be the last item I ever buy from them.
    We purchased from Untuckit at a mall in Atlanta for my husband. We purchased 2 dress shirts and 2 sweaters. I asked the sales person when checking out if the sweaters were washable, I should have looked at the tag, but she said yes, she thought so, just wash on delicate. So, I washed them on gentle cycle, cold water, laid them flat to dry. They both shrunk up by at least 2 sizes. My husband never even got to wear them. These were expensive shirts/sweaters. Same thing with the dress shirts. They shrunk as well and also washed on cold water, gentle cycle. Will not waste my money there ever again! Tip for consumers:Avoid this store!     I discovered Untuckit.com two months ago. I love the shirts. I found the right size. It was a good look for me. The price is a little high but generally I'm happy with the product. However, I ordered a Full Zip Fleece Sweater on an expedited shipment (2 day) expecting it before New Years Eve. I got a completely different product. My experience with Customer Service was negative. They didn't understand I needed them by New Years Eve, and said they could ship me the correct product in 5-10 days.
    I went to the location at Tysons corner va. The Clerk assured me the shirt would NOT shrink. 100% amd said I should stick with the large. Well folks it shrunk and I followed the label for cleaning. Staff are misinformed and poorly trained. But one size up. I have two shirts I can't wear and I'm out $200.     I purchased two shirts as a Christmas gift for my son---both were the same size, XL, regular fit, based on their sizing chart. One fit okay but the other shirt was way too small in the sleeves and tight overall. It seems to me that based on their sizing chart, two shirts of the same size and fit should FIT THE SAME! Both my son and I have made attempts to exchange the one shirt or get a credit for a future purchase but to no avail. I can understand why there would be no refunds on final sale items, but why would it hurt to EXCHANGE the shirt for a larger size or fit? Apparently. There is no room in their policy (as with the one shirt) for exchanging a final sale item. So BEWARE, if you purchase a final sale item, be prepared to donate it or gift it to someone else if it doesn't fit the person it was bought for! Perhaps that's why they are final sale items---the sizing is incorrect and they need to move them out?
    I placed an order on 9/7/2021 and was scheduled to receive on 9/10/2021. This was later changed to 9/15/2021 (today). Its again changed to 9/21/2021. On contacting UNTUCKit, they are blaming UPS. I have no sale contract with UPS. This is my first time purchase from UNTUCKit... utter disappointment. I will promptly return the items as soon as I receive them, if ever.     Someone referred me to this website and I tried to make a purchase using a Vanilla Gift-card and it's wouldn't allow me to do it, so I was refer to a live chat representative to assist. I have gave all the information about the gift card then I change my mind and asked her to cancel my order and credit my card and nothing happens. I called them for help and send a screenshot of the charges to the card and still nothing. I was told that they couldn't help me, that i needed to call the gift card customer service. I will never shop with them again. One and done. I lost $66 dollars of my gift card.
    I placed an order due to a TV Commercial and I received my order today. I ordered XXL and the shirts run really small! So if you normally wear L get an XXL and if you wear a XXL like me get an XXXXL.     I purchased several items from Untuckit to try them out. They have a process that estimates your size, and I used it. It seemed small for me, so I ordered items in their size recommendation and my own. It turns out that their recommendations were far too small (and no, I didn't lie about my weight or how big my stomach is). This is no big deal, but what is the deal breaker for me is that several of the items I purchased are "unreturnable" even though they haven't been opened or worn. This wasn't flagged or in any way brought to my attention when I purchased them. Since I paid full price, these weren't even cheap discount items. Really awful policy for an on-line clothing store. There are plenty of other options out there if you like nice shirts that you can wear untucked, don't risk your money here. Tip for consumers:Don't. Do. It.     I ordered 2 XXL shirts...I usually wear xl so I was planning on being able to wear it loosely. Shirts came in and I can barely even button them. No way I'm wearing them and they feel lightweight and cheap.
    My main beef is they censor bad reviews from their website, so all you see is 4 and 5 star reviews. I posted a review on the Marty, got email confirmation that it was there, and I had a feeling this was going to happen because nobody no matter how good you are, has ZERO negative reviews, and sure enough it was taken down. Just maybe go to a store and not order online, these items are not made for "men", they're made for hipsters with noodle arms. I ordered a 2XL expecting something like this to happen and it was still to small in the arms to where when you try to give a hug, that motion, it feels like you're going to blowout the shoulder seams. Very disappointing because the style and quality seemed to be great. Tip for consumers:Go to the physical store if you can and try the items yourself.     These are great quality products. However, when you buy online, they do not make returning products easy. Having spent several hundred pounds on their rather expensive products, I would expect returns to be free. (They are for customers in the USA) I recently had to return an item that was slightly too big for an exchange. The returns procedure is cumbersome and expensive to the customer. Guys you need to revisit this policy for UK customers if you want them to remain loyal.
    Poor corporate response to easily solved issue created by untuckit. Store ordered pants, they never arrived. Company can't figure out how to get me the merchandise or credit my card
    I purchased two of the long sleeve "wrinkle free" non dress shirts before Christmas. I wore them and followed the cleaning instructions carefully. These shirts are not wrinkle free at all. I will not buy these shirts again. Products used:None Service Value Quality
    I wrote to untuckit about a shirt that had worn prematurely. All I wanted was a replacement and all I got was the run around. Too bad for them. I had been a good customer but no more.     Such a shame that I have to unsubscribe both our accounts. Having found some excellent products from UNTUCKit, with such an investment in assisting with correct sizing, I. Made the simple request to stop the useless email marketing from the. Com, USA side of the company. No use, and promoting products not available here in the UK, especially Women's wear - which could be viewed as saving me money, but still frustrating. Could this be communicated, no, anybody listen, no, anybody interested in feedback, constructive or otherwise, no. Emails copied, for weeks now, to management, no response, no interest at all. Given this, and the plethora of other options, it will be untucked shirts from anyone but UNTUCKit from now on. It was not like this in the beginning but, as often happens, companies have success, grow, and then cannot cope with customer care any longer. This will only get worse, but the good news is that for all people out there, prices will start to tumble, but without any customer care or interest this will only sustain them short term. Remember, as many other reviews say, UNTUCKit sizing is different, good when you find the right one, but getting there with any number of returns, exchanges, refunds, shortages of stock along the way will be very difficult given the absence of customer care / service. Best avoid, sorry Update: AND it gets worse, no contact, no response, no interest only more and more unwarranted marketing emails, cannot stop them. All businesses make mistakes, all have problems, and how they deal with them sets them apart, but NEVER have I experienced a company who do not listen, and where you cannot "reach higher" to someone that does give a ****, as they remain faceless and anonymous to contact! And remember the products are good, once you get the right size but, as already said, unless you get it right every time, or should you need customer support for anything, forget it! Such a shame. You will however get to know which customer care agents like "cats", walking, outdoors or any number of personal details which, without any listening or actual customer care, is really just pointless, irritating and patronising!     ZERO STARS These shirts are the same size as a normal cut shirt and none of them sat where they should below the belt line. The slim fit were cut big. I made the mistake of ordering 6 of shirts and don't like any of them. Lesson learned.
    I've tried to forgive the incompetence this company exhibits but at this point it's not possible. After messing up my order, sending it to the wrong address, not mitigating the issue, and now blatantly ignoring my emails with customer service reps, I've had enough.     I LOVED THE LOOK OF UNTUCKIT SHIRTS BUY TO CARE FIR THEM IS HORRIBLE. IF YOU WASH THEM IN COLD WATER THEY SHRINK 2 INCHES ON THE SLEEVES.
