    I cannot review the product I ordered because I still haven't received it! I have never seen such poor shipping practices anywhere else! What is the point of "tracking" when the so-called tracking never updates?! I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering from these clowns. I will update if and when I receive said product! Update: I finally received the above order, a movie poster, but I am disappointed that the top was cropped and the print looks like it was cheaply scanned by an amateur printing outfit!     I bought a movie poster that has been cropped along the right side. Names are completely cut off. I've contacted customer service, but judging by some of the reviews here, I won't hold my breath.     The quality of the images are grainy off center and shipping is slow, one out of 3 orders was damaged so bad UPS returned it in route to all posters and I was never contacted to provide the status. They don't give a damn. Done with them Date of experience: August 28, 2023
    My kids and I just spent a ton of time trying to pick out posters only to find out in the checkout that all 3 posters we had selected were not available. Huge waste of time. Obviously, no product updating is occurring on the pages you actually shop. Also, was able to find much better selection of Jordan posters on Amazon for a better price.     Slow service for over priced poster ($95.00), website confusing, i.e. Seemed to include framing; called co. " It'll be ready to hang" Sought a return, "Call Fed. Ex. To get return papers. Call back after 10 days if not satisfied." Find a photo or poster somewhere else, sized to a standard frame from Michaels.com or other such store.     Placed an order on March 11, website tracker does not work. No customer service number available. Emails sent to customer service go unanswered. One month later I Finally found a phone number in someone else's review. The person who answers the phone knows nothing. Says she thinks the item was discontinued and isn't sure if they would have ever let me know. Suggested I spend double the money for a different poster on their website and place a new order. I have a very sad little boy who just really wanted his Tom Brady poster for his birthday. I will never recommend or order from this website again. Buyer beware!     I order at Allposters.com few time, at first it took like forever to deliver almost 1 month then i raised to CS, and the following week i received 2 copies of same items. But only happens once delay probably due to custom.     Poster was rolled up and flattened, causing creases and wrinkles that can not be removed. It was mailed in a flimsy triangular box instead of a sturdy tube that could have protected it during shipping. Tip for consumers:They ship their posters in flimsy boxes that did nothing to protect the poster. Products used:Poster I purchased was destroyed when I received it.     Art.com is reselling unauthorized copies of my copyrighted Civil Rights photographs without compensation. They're not even good copies because they are not from the original negatives but from copies of low quality third generation prints. Tip for consumers:Avoid them like the plague. They sell copies of copies of copies. Products used:None. I discovered they sell pirated work in violation of copyright including from me. I would never buy anything from this firm.     Three times I have ordered the Shenandoah Valley and three times they have sent me products that cut off words, were up to 1/4" out of square, and left off the margins.     After I ordered 5 posters, not only did only 4 get delivered, they had also stolled 284 dollars directly out of my bank account 3 times! After writing to them they decided I don't get my 5th poster and then stole money again! Terrible awful company they are, I warn everyone to not give them a debit/visa card number or I bet you will have the same nightmare I had with them. I just hope this saves some others the stress.of having thise issue. I'm a single mother and live pay cheque to pay cheque and I couldn't feed my family the first night they stole out of my account and it was so scary and felt grossly weird. I hope someone can really get them fir this one day. I guess I'm to small a person and no one really cares what I can or can't do, well I'm writing this bad review and I hope this messes somthin for them!     I purchased 6 one-sheet posters in two orders. All items were damaged by Allposters and the last was damaged by FedEx. Do not use this company since they don't seem to care about quality.     We purchased a $250 framed poster and it arrived via FedEx in an unsecured, unprotected, flimsy box, with no internal foam protection or any other packaging norms, and as a result, the box and it's contents were severely damaged; frame split, glass cracked, etc. Just a bunch of inept, capitalist fools, that should do the American consumer a favor, and get the hell outta business!     Don't be fooled by their ". Ca" or their "50% off until...". This is there regular price and they are really art.com and they ship from Ohio. The quality of their pieces can certainly be obtained locally for WAY Cheaper. They charge almost double the price of the product for shipping fees, which will be sent separately for them to charge/make more money on each item. And because they ship from Ohio they charge extra duties and taxes before you can receive your delivery. I paid $200 for a framed work that had white fluff on the inside of the glass and looked like a grade 8 art class put it together. Stay Away Date of experience: December 12, 2018
    The images you see on the site are the original digital files used for print, NOT the actual finished print (which is far darker and duller than shown on the site). They show you nice brightly colored, great previews of what you THINK your print will look like when you shell out the extra money for framing, only to receive an incredibly disappointing dull representation of what you paid for. It nearly borders on false advertising. Yes, the design and size were as advertised, but the color is falsely represented. Tip for consumers:Buyer beware.     Ordered a large canvas print as a statement piece. It was thrown onto the stretcher bars crookedly with bits of another print showing on the sides. Just shoddy work, and it's so big it won't be easy or cheap to return it.     The product was very nice as described. I will not order from them again. It Took over 6 weeks to get my product. I contacted customer service twice with not much help at all.     Same as many others have posted, do yourself a favour and don't ignore these reviews like I did. In a nutshell. Ordered and was supposed to receive items within a few days (ship in 24 hours). Two weeks later, no items and no contact. Contacted customer service, they offered to help but needed additional info. I gave them this info and received a prompt reply: We were glad we could help, please let us know if ever you require additional assistance. I was baffled, and still don't know where my order is. And my card has been charged, so presumably someone should. Go for amazon, or any other service. Sure their interface is nice and they have many items listed on their site, but its a hoax and you should spend your money elsewhere. Tip for consumers:Don't use this service.     Great poster selection - All Posters has a HUGE selection of posters. They ship promptly and are very reliable. Prices are decent, but I think their framing costs are a little high.
