  • Certified Watch Store Review

I ordered facemasks and the process was easy. Good price at the time, excellent communication, faster delivery than expected, quick email response to my question, and good packaging. A very good company to do business with.
They are an honest shop and I had nothing but 5 star rating from them. Order came fast and even though I ordered the wrong watch face (smaller), I had to return it (obviously unused, unworn, original packaging required) and they gave me no hassle. Once return processes, I will buy the 32mm. I would recommend.
I bought a watch from this vender on eBay. The watch I received did not keep time. I returned the watch using an RMA label they sent. After that the vender goasted me!
***SELLER DEALS COUNTERFEIT ITEMS*** Bought david yurman bracelet from their ebay store. I just received the product. It is not in the original box nor it has any papers. It doesnt even have a tag. The product doesnt even have a serial number. I am reporting this as counterfeit scam to ebay. Obviously they knew what they were selling. I even asked if it comes in a original box and tag prior to receiving the item. This is the exact quote they said "Yes, all of our items come with the original box and paperwork." I received the package. No original box no paper work. Just in plain generic white box and the item was in ZIPLOC BAG. Horrible unethical seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SCAMMERS.
I just received my new Alpina watch and could not be happier. The package was sparked with care and arrived much quicker than expected. Thank you Stephan
I understand on these watch review sites that some people may have issues with a seller, but i must tell you these guys are super legit, selling pristine new watches at the lowest prices anywhere. They may not ALWAYS have the very lowest prices, tho they do have a price match, but 2 times i've found them to be significantly lower in price on a new from the manufacturer watch that i've purchased, and gotten orders super quick! One time was for a bulova i thought was defective. They agreed to take it back and pay shipping. But then i researched and found out that bulova had given wrong information even on their website about the item, and it wasn't defective, just didn't have a screw down crown as stated. Every website had the same misinformation. I contacted certified and told them i'd keep it. With these prices i've seen others wonder if these guys were legit... let me tell you the watch came as if straight from the manufacturer, with all plastic protection etc on it, pristine. And the customer service was exceptional when they thought i'd received a defective watch, which i hadn't. I've had enough problems with many even reputable watch websites over the years as i'm a watch buying nut... but i can say all my experiences with certified have been stellar. And i am not associated with them in any way... just very appreciative to find a seller such as this!
These guys sell great products at great prices. I bought a Citizen watch and am very pleased. They delivered exactly as expected and shipped quickly. Products are genuine. My one concern is that they may not be a Citizen Authorized Dealer. They offer their own warranty (which I do not expect to ever use), but it may not be the same as the original manufacturer warranty.
Certified Watch Store (CWS) has lost my watch (order no. ******* 3/27/14) I sent for warranty issues. I have had the Rado watch for about 2 years and had multiple defect issues. This would have been the 4th repair attempt. They claim they have not received my watch and have moved. I mailed the watch to their last address from April 2015 RMA under which repair attempt was made. I am not sure how often they move or what kind of business operation they have. I have sent a notice to Amazon to discontinue their business relations with CWS. I feel they are fishy, unethical, and have poor record keeping, and of course one of the worst customer service experiences. I would not buy any product from them regardless of how cheap it is and I hope future customers are careful in their investment on this store.
After further review, It has been confirmed that their watches are in fact Brand New and in box and my situation is not usual for certified watch store. It was a just a misunderstanding. Certifiedwatchstore.com gladly refunded the full amount and the matter is now 100% resolved. I am happy with the outcome and are glad it turned out the way it did. Certifiedwatchstore.com does not sell refurbished watches.
I purchased a Hamilton Khaki Field Watch from Certified Watch Store, partly because of their warranty, which states that they "honor the original factory warranty's terms and conditions for the time duration list below", which for a Hamilton watch was two years. Hamilton's factory warranty terms are to replace the watch if there is any defect in the watch within the first two years. One of the listed features on the watch is that it is water resistant to 100 meters. The first time I dove with the watch underwater to about 30 meters, it filled with moisture, and the crown was ruined to the point that it slid off of the watch. When I sent in the watch to Certified Watch Store for warranty service, they kept it for a few weeks, and then sent it back to me still full of moisture, and with the crown sliding off. No explanation, just a useless watch that I bought from them for over $400 a few weeks prior. Speaking to Certified Watch Store on the phone is maddening, as they rudely point out that their warranty never would actually replace a watch, only repair, and they don't warrant use underwater, and it must have been my fault anyway. To their defense, it's important to point out that if you keep scrolling way down page two of their warranty description, ignoring the top part where they say they "honor the original factory warranty's terms and conditions", they eventually do describe that they don't warrant water damage, and they never say they will replace a watch, only repair it. So the condescending phone support people are right - the small print at the bottom completely contradicts what the warranty says up top. Certified Watch Store has great prices on quality watches - just pray that you never need support from them.
I bought a lady watch for my fiance. Before I buy, i asked their customer service how much time it takes to start shipment and remind them it is written 3-5 days. They sent me a short email "available to order". Than i gave order on 7th of July and I wait 5 days and check order status. Its order status was "awaiting fullfillment". And i called customer service or chat with their online support 3 times and each time they said me 2-4 days later we will send your product but not. It is their classic answer.
