"Terrible Experience – Worst Company Ever!"
I had the absolute worst experience with Coggles. They failed to deliver my bag, then had the audacity to accuse me of being part of the issue, implying the bag was stolen or not delivered due to my fault. Instead of taking responsibility or resolving the matter, they refused to offer a refund or any form of compensation. To top it off, they closed my account without any explanation or resolution.
This is completely unacceptable, and I'm taking this to the next level by reaching out to the consumer protection authorities. Their customer service is beyond disappointing. Avoid this company at all costs—bad, bad, bad!

ReturnsTotally awful customer service when returning goods. I returned two sweatshirts as they were much smaller than the advertised size (even though I always buy this brand in this size). I received a refund for one item but the other has gone "missing" in the warehouse. Coggles are refusing to refund me until they find it. This is despite my tracking number showing it's been delivered. Their online customer services chat appears to be answered by bots as they fail to answer questions and just repeat that the matter is under investigation. A different "person" answers the chats each time and they don't appear to read the history. It is of no concern to me that they have lost this item - why should this hold up my refund. It's now been 12 days and they are insistent that they have to carry out a manual search for it. It sounds like its been stolen internally to me. I have now had to raise a charge back on my credit card. I tend to buy clothes at least once a month from Flannels, Hip Store, Kafka, End, Mainline, Farfetch, etc and none of these have ever given me problems like this. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs it just isn't worth he aggravation. I would leave a review of zero but cant - looking at other reviews my situation is a daily occurrence.
UPDATE 15 July: Coggles agreed to refund me on 08 July and said the refund would be in my account within 5 working days at the latest. Guess what? No money. So I try and interact via their message service and they tell me the matter is still be investigated. I explain that they said they would refund but now they are saying they won't until the investigation is completed. I then called Coggles and they have explained that the warehouse cancelled the refund until the investigation is complete. They hide behind the warehouse as though it is a separate company. Don't believe Coggles response below to my situation. They have confirmed they are still looking into my lost parcel and will not refund until they have completed their "investigation". Joke of a company. Never again. Chargeback in process now.After more than 3 months I was finally able to get a refund. But let's not be fooled, the return was achieved thanks to that wonderful thing called chargeback. If you find yourself in a situation where these fraudsters and thieves do not want to return your money, contact your bank and ask for a chargeback. It's the only way to get your money back because trust me, the coggles will drag you around and lie to you endlessly with no intention of getting your money back. Save yourself time and nerves and try the above. Or, as I already mentioned in several reviews, never buy absolutely anything from this web shop; these people should be in jail.My item hasn't even been dispatched although I placed and paid for the order 4 weeks ago.
It's not even been dispatched from the U.K. And the Coggles customer representatives have not replied back to my enquiry yet.
This company's service is the slowest and absolutely awful I have ever experienced...

QualityI've honestly never experienced such terrible customer experience in my life—especially from the likes of a luxury retailer. I ordered a coat, returned it 2 days later as it was too big and still haven't received a refund 36 days later. Back and forth with customer service, takes them 5 days to reply with no updates, misunderstood my case multiple times, they don't look at previous comms. False promises, false information regarding refunds. I can honestly say I will NEVER shop with Coggles ever again—they clearly don't have the cash flow to refund customers.

QualityI bought a coat from this website. It was discounted, but still expensive enough that I did not think the website was a scam. I waited weeks for it to be delivered, and shipping was never updated. When I contacted customer service, they told me it was 'lost in transit'. But the tracking details they sent me confirmed that they had never shipped the item. I suspect they never were going to, and are just trying to rip people off. Currently trying to get a refund.

ReturnsI made a return 45 days ago, they posted the item on their site again and have not received my refund. I've been back and forth with coggles and all the emails have the same answer: we are checking with our warehouse if they received the item, we will have an answer for you in 48 hours. Well, 48 hours came and went a dozen times over. How can they resell it on their site and still need to hear from their warehouse? I even asked for the item back, but I'm not being serviced in any way. Never had such an experience anywhere.I placed an order for a Max Mara camel coat on 29/1/24. It arrived damaged with pulled fabric in several places. I immediately took the photos of the damaged coat and informed Coggles of this and that I will be immediately returning the coat. I was asked to pay for the return postage myself. The item was returned by the Royal Mail tracking and the tracking number indicated the returned item was received back in their warehouse on 3/2/24. However I am still waiting for the refund to be made. Today I received an email from
Coggless informing me that they received the coat.However that it was received damaged in their warehouse which is why the refund has not been made. I replied immediately to Coggles stating that it was me who reported the coat as damaged on arrival and that is why I sent it back.
The whole experience has been stressful and unpleasant causing a lot of unnecessary anxiety and back and forth communication with multiple online agents. The Coggles customer services is beyond terrible.By far the worst online shopping experience to date. AVOID!

QualityYou can't have a refund for unwanted item despite having all post receipts which clearly show that the item was delivered to their warehouse and signed by their employee. Still their customer service will deny receiving it and you end up paying near £200 for the item and £12 for the postage like me, but they will keep your money and the item to themselves. It's impossible to call them or to get in touch with their manager, only via email and they answer once in 48 hours with a standard reply that the item can't be found in their warehouse dismissing your tracking documents completely. Horrible fraudster site. Never buy from them!Beware and shop at your peril. This is an unethical company that gives on line shopping a bad name. Never return an item and never expect a refund. I returned a jacket and requested a refund. You have to deal with numerous customer service team members who were big on gratuitous pleasantries and next to nothing in regards to actual responsibility. I have read other such stories and apparently I am one of the many customers whose returned item to Coggles was mysteriously 'lost' in the warehouse. They used every stalling tactic known to avoid refunding me and it was only at the intervention of PayPal that the issue was rectified. I wish I had of read the reviews before I purchased and I would recommend that every single future purchaser uses PayPal. It will be interesting to see if Coggles responds to this as they cannot put any positive spin on my experience.3+ weeks for a refund = "inconvenience"? LOL - this was Coggles response when I asked where my refund was after 3+ weeks of returning a pair of shorts.

I work in eCommerce, none of my clients would dream of taking this long. Is Coggles financially stable? Is there more to this that you're not letting on? Looks like you guys are in meltdown - everybody check Reviews.co.uk
According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 "the seller must then pay back any cash within 14 days of it receiving the goods or being told you want to cancel a service or digital contract" - you're in breach of this.
Refund immediately otherwise I will exercise my consumer rights and also contact PayPal with a dispute.

QualityBeware of this company, you risk losing your money. Don't buy anything from this website, it's not an honest seller. After the package was hold by the customs and then returned to them by the customs, the return tracking number shows that the package has been delivered and they have signed for it, but they deliberately say that they have not received it and refuse to refund, I can only deal with this matter through PAYPAL. This is the first time I have encountered such a bad thing in so many years of online shopping.I ordered a dress from this company. When it arrived I tried it on for about 30 seconds, didn't like it and sent it back to the company. After quite some time the company informed me that they would not give me a refund as there was evidence that the item had been worn and that they would be sending it back to me. When I asked them what was wrong with me they at first couldn't tell me. Just that it had been worn. When I received the dress back I carefully checked for any damage. There was none. I asked again what the issue was and they said there was makeup/fake tan on the sleeve and they said they had photos. I asked to see the photos but they conveniently could not produce them. They then asked me to send photographs of the garment and they would be reviewed by the company as a matter of urgency. I did this and a month later after many emails from me asking if the photos had been looked at I was told that that there had been a miscommunication and the original decision stands and that they haven't even looked at the photographs I sent. This company has stolen money from me. Probably pennies for them but a lot to me. The customer service is atrocious. They had no intention of reviewing the photos I sent and I believe just hoped I would give up. They accused me of wearing an item and sending it back. I am not a dishonest person and would not do this. I'm also heavily pregnant and am not wearing fake tan. Avoid this company! Please see the photos below.

QualityPlease avoid this company. I returned a very expensive MaxMara coat on the 1/12/23 which they received on the 4/12/23. Complete radio silence and no refund, every time I called up (which was about 6 times) they said to wait 48 hrs for a response and they didn't know why I wasnt being refunded. Fast forward 5 weeks and I get a very curt email saying that I'd sent them an ASOS package and no refund would be isssued unless I explain. My £450 coat was gone, I had to fight and fight for a refund, not once did I get an explanation or an apology and when I eventually got a refund they said they were doing it out of 'good will' and that they has received an ASOS package. Please NEVER shop with this company. It was the most stressful, upsetting experience.

ReturnsI returned an item to Coggles Warehouse 5 weeks ago, E Mailed them the Royal Mail Postage receipt with Tracking Number proving that it was delivered back to their Warehouse, yet they say that they never received it. Bull$#*!!. This mob are liars & thieves and it looks like they're getting away with it. I only wish that I had looked at previous reviews before I purchased from this lot of Crooks.
I have sent numerous E Mails about this and got the same useless reply from 5 different customer care operatives. I will now be forced to take this up with Paypal to try and get the refund that I am due.
Please DO NOT purchase from these robbers. You will only end up disappointed, angry and out of pocket.

The delivery company "interlinkexpress.com" have no telephone no email to contact with them?!
So I had a problem with my parcel - I track my parcel and I saw that it returned to coggles.com! No phone call, no email, no Morse code!
Of course coggles.com found the solution, but the package (which was a gift) came with 1 month pulse of delay.
