    They are no help when you call them - I received two outfits that were marked as the same size and obviously were not the same size - I even tried to send them pictures showing the size difference. They said they could not help me and that it was a manufacturers problem. I asked for a label to send them back (at their expense). They would not give me a label. If I wanted to return them, I had to do it at my expense. I argued that the merchandise was faulty and that it was their problem - but that didn't help. I will never order from them again.
    I ordered 3 customized shirts and cookies kids sent me the wrong logo. They refused to refund or send me the correct shirts until I mailed back the ones they messed up. I think that is absolutely ridiculous. I paid for a service that was not given and was asked to be inconvenienced as the solution. I will NEVER shop with this company again. The customer service representatives were rude and hung up on me once requesting an explanation. You can see from the receipt I ordered Kay Pace logos and you can see from the pictures that the wrong logo was uploaded on the shirts. Products used:Shirts (Customized)

    This company is terrible. Their sizing is ridiculous and they do not say that their sizing is highly irregular. Bought a size 8 girls dress, the item did not state size 8 for a 400 pound child. Never receieved a refund but I had to pay $8 to return a dress that was the companys fault. Then they deduct $7 to put it back in stock. Will NEVER do business with this company again and will make sure no one else gets scammed by this company. Disgraceful company. Tip for consumers:Stay away. Find another retailer.     Their ad comes up.on FB. Now a robot check comes up. Now I have to pick 2 pages of thumbnail pics. Not, doing that! If they are so suspicious of shoppers, keep your products! You just lost me as a customer and I have 3 young great nieces. As Pretty Woman said, "MISTAKE!."

    Be careful with this company. Be aware that you may pay for merchandise and they may not send you all of your merchandise and when you request either a replacement or a refund they may take over a month to simply look into it. Guys please be aware of professional scams. That is when a business is a legit business but still commit fraud or scams via their business. For example you pay for 30 items but the company may only send 25 without any resolution what so ever. This is based on my experience alone. My opinion based on my experience. Read and find the reviews. Just pay attention to the bad ones. Companies may pay people for good reviews. Again all is an honest opinion based on experience.     We received some bottles at our baby shower and tried them out as soon as the baby was born. The bottles were leaking and useless. CookiesKids would not let us return them (or exchange for store credit) as it was outside the 30-day window. They had no understanding of the fact that they were a baby shower gift and that the baby was born more than 30 days after we received the bottles. Service Value Returns Quality
    I ordered from them but because it took so long I decided to go with another company that could get my items faster. I returned the items. They charged me $7 to return.     I like cookies kid as a venue to shop for my 5 kids. These R the pros. Great fashionable selection, gr8 prices, o. K. return policy and o. K on being true to size most of the time and great quality most of the time. Here are my biggest cons. The discount point are only calculated if purchased in the store.     I am not very happy with this company and their lack of care. I ordered a $25 backpack and received a cheap $2 pair of child's sunglasses instead.     I absolutely love shopping at cookieskids.com. They have a wide variety of sizes and beautiful clothes. The prices are awesome also. I have placed three orders within the last month for my grandchildren and other kids in my family. I will definitely be ordering from them again. I'm glad that I discovered this website.
    I have ordered so items from cookieskid on the 19 November 2020 and today the 3rd 2021 and the tracking from asendia showing Received by US Carrier since the 24th november. Contacted to customer service and they have no idea what happened and they told me they have put a query to the shipper and this will take 45 days. My order number is ******* and this is the worst online shopping that i came across!     I am a 75 year old grandmother, taking care of my grandson. I live on Social Security and verily get by. I ordered my 16 month old grandson 5 pairs of pajamas for winter. They arrived and I washed and dried them as per instructions. They shrank so bad he cannot get them on. Customer service said there are no returns on washed items.     CookiesKids is a not a good company to buy from. I purchased a set of earbuds as a holiday gift. One of the two never powered on... they refused to replace if refund unless I paid return shipping. They first waited to respond to my customer service inquiry... then refused to help... talked in circles. They should be ashamed. Will be sharing my experience with online retailer as well.     I ordered a shirt that came with a tie. When I went to zip the tie it broke in pieces. I spoke to someone in customer service and was told that because he wore the shirt I could not return the tie for a replacement.     I ordered bottle nipples that were advertised on their website. The order went through and somehow got changed to a completely different bottle nipple (I didn't look at anything else on the site). I caught the error within a couple of hours and called customer service. When I explained the situation I was told there was no issue with their website and it was an issue with the cookie on the iPhone (I was told this happens all the time with iPhone orders, but that it wasn't an issue with the website). I then explained that the bottle nipples I was trying to order that were clearly advertised on their website were being discontinued and I wanted to order them. I was then told that they don't have them and were working to get them taken off the site. But again told that it was not an issue with the website. My issue was not resolved and no accountability was taken on behalf of the website. I would never recommend anyone to order from this site and will never myself again.     Ordered a product from this company and paid extra for expedite shipping which was 3 days. Didn't receive until 9 days later. Called on the 4th day and was told they couldn't issue a refund until the package was delivered. When received, I called back and was then told that I wouldn't be issued a refund because once the package was shipped from the warehouse "4 days after purchase," it was delivered within the expedited time, which THAT was a lie. When asked to speak with a supervisor I was told I could only do so via online messaging. When i attempted to do a refund on the sale itself, was told it would be a charge to return the item.     I wish I could give them 0 stars. Just the worst. Package got to my city and for some stupid reason they did not put my full address only my city and state and duh ups is not going to know where to take it so they send it usps to return to sender. This was in February. The minute this happened I contacted them. "You have to wait until we receive it and then we will send it back correctly." Cool. Waited Waited Waited. Its April I am fed up and want my money back cause it should not take two months to get a package.
