    I am not very happy with this company and their lack of care. I ordered a $25 backpack and received a cheap $2 pair of child's sunglasses instead.     We received some bottles at our baby shower and tried them out as soon as the baby was born. The bottles were leaking and useless. CookiesKids would not let us return them (or exchange for store credit) as it was outside the 30-day window. They had no understanding of the fact that they were a baby shower gift and that the baby was born more than 30 days after we received the bottles.     I ordered 3 customized shirts and cookies kids sent me the wrong logo. They refused to refund or send me the correct shirts until I mailed back the ones they messed up. I think that is absolutely ridiculous. I paid for a service that was not given and was asked to be inconvenienced as the solution. I will NEVER shop with this company again. The customer service representatives were rude and hung up on me once requesting an explanation. You can see from the receipt I ordered Kay Pace logos and you can see from the pictures that the wrong logo was uploaded on the shirts.     I wish I could give them 0 stars. Just the worst. Package got to my city and for some stupid reason they did not put my full address only my city and state and duh ups is not going to know where to take it so they send it usps to return to sender. This was in February. The minute this happened I contacted them. "You have to wait until we receive it and then we will send it back correctly." Cool. Waited Waited Waited. Its April I am fed up and want my money back cause it should not take two months to get a package. Now they talking about wait another 5 days for a refund AFTER an investigation to see if the package was lost. Just $#*!ty customer service and service in general. Tip for consumers:DON'T.     I am a 75 year old grandmother, taking care of my grandson. I live on Social Security and verily get by. I ordered my 16 month old grandson 5 pairs of pajamas for winter. They arrived and I washed and dried them as per instructions. They shrank so bad he cannot get them on. Customer service said there are no returns on washed items. I am now out the money and the pajamas for my grandson. Never order from this place. Tip for consumers:I followed the instructions for washing and drying and they still shrank.     I ordered from them but because it took so long I decided to go with another company that could get my items faster. I returned the items. They charged me $7 to return.     Have been a loyal customer for years until I didn't receive an item I paid for. Customer service isn't helpful at all with trying to resolve the issue. So basically I paid for a shirt I didn't receive and there is nothing they will do about it but arguebwith you that they did ship it out and it must be the carrier who took the shirt out. Why the carrier would take out 1 size 7 boys shirt out of all the clothes in the package is beyond me. But they have lost a loyal customer. Clothes are great and used to love ordering from them but after this experience with not receiving an item I paid for I will not be shopping with them again. Tip for consumers:Great site to shop on.     They are no help when you call them - I received two outfits that were marked as the same size and obviously were not the same size - I even tried to send them pictures showing the size difference. They said they could not help me and that it was a manufacturers problem. I asked for a label to send them back (at their expense). They would not give me a label. If I wanted to return them, I had to do it at my expense. I argued that the merchandise was faulty and that it was their problem - but that didn't help. I will never order from them again.     I ordered bottle nipples that were advertised on their website. The order went through and somehow got changed to a completely different bottle nipple (I didn't look at anything else on the site). I caught the error within a couple of hours and called customer service. When I explained the situation I was told there was no issue with their website and it was an issue with the cookie on the iPhone (I was told this happens all the time with iPhone orders, but that it wasn't an issue with the website). I then explained that the bottle nipples I was trying to order that were clearly advertised on their website were being discontinued and I wanted to order them. I was then told that they don't have them and were working to get them taken off the site. But again told that it was not an issue with the website. My issue was not resolved and no accountability was taken on behalf of the website. I would never recommend anyone to order from this site and will never myself again. Tip for consumers:Do not purchase from this site if you are using an iPhone. They apparently have an issue with completing the order correctly.     This company is terrible. Their sizing is ridiculous and they do not say that their sizing is highly irregular. Bought a size 8 girls dress, the item did not state size 8 for a 400 pound child. Never receieved a refund but I had to pay $8 to return a dress that was the companys fault. Then they deduct $7 to put it back in stock. Will NEVER do business with this company again and will make sure no one else gets scammed by this company. Disgraceful company. Tip for consumers:Stay away. Find another retailer.     Ordered a product from this company and paid extra for expedite shipping which was 3 days. Didn't receive until 9 days later. Called on the 4th day and was told they couldn't issue a refund until the package was delivered. When received, I called back and was then told that I wouldn't be issued a refund because once the package was shipped from the warehouse "4 days after purchase," it was delivered within the expedited time, which THAT was a lie. When asked to speak with a supervisor I was told I could only do so via online messaging. When i attempted to do a refund on the sale itself, was told it would be a charge to return the item. Do not, I repeat do not deal with these people, or should I say person since it seems I was only dealing with one individual during multiple calls. Tip for consumers:DONT DO IT!     I ordered a shirt that came with a tie. When I went to zip the tie it broke in pieces. I spoke to someone in customer service and was told that because he wore the shirt I could not return the tie for a replacement.     I ordered union form three weeks ago but items still not shipped. And their online chat person is rude. She told me that they cannot cancel the order and all I can do is wait.     I bought uniforms for my children that were too big on 8/1/2022. I returned the item on 8/6/2022 and was told that the warehouse would not have it until the 15th, despite the fact that I have a Post Office confirmation stating that the item was delivered to the destination on the 11th using Cookies RMA. According to Cookies Rep, the item arrived but has yet to be inspected at the warehouse. It was in their possession four days later, on the 15th. It will, however, take another 5 business days.     Order took 2 weeks to process and nearly 3 weeks to ship out. After waiting without any updates from CookiesKids, I discover that 3 items were being cancelled from my original cart because they were out of stock or no longer sell them. Yet CookiesKids continue to advertise and even allow you to unknowingly add items that end up Out-of-Stock. It seems they don't update their website. And after they cancelled the items, to add injury to insult, they removed a $10 coupon on my order thus overcharging my final order.     I placed an order with this company and it took them 2 months to send me my order. They are not organized at all! They gave me the run around about a re-shipment and a refund for two weeks. Every time I call to speak with a manager or someone in a higher position they always had an excuse. I have never had such a bad experience before. This was my 1st and last time ordering from this company. I do not recommend them to anyone. It takes them 3 weeks just to process an monogram order and another week to ship it.
