They are no help when you call them - I received two outfits that were marked as the same size and obviously were not the same size - I even tried to send them pictures showing the size difference. They said they could not help me and that it was a manufacturers problem. I asked for a label to send them back (at their expense). They would not give me a label. If I wanted to return them, I had to do it at my expense. I argued that the merchandise was faulty and that it was their problem - but that didn't help. They refused to refund or send me the correct shirts until I mailed back the ones they messed up. I think that is absolutely ridiculous.
