Through some thorough investigation, and some common sense, I have discovered that these thieves at DS styles are fluffing their own reviews. Their products are fake and all you will get is a priority mail letter with a note claiming a shipping delay. I spent $95 on two cases, and I received a working tracking number two days later stating it was an "international letter". When the priority mail arrived, I didn't even need to open it to know I got scammed, because it was just a flat letter carrier. There was just a photocopy inside stating in poor grammar that the product will be delayed in shipping. No contact information, no emails returned. Forced to seek reimbursement thru bank or paypal. Got an answer from dsstyles in about 2 days saying they'd do it just to pay through paypal and it would cost 200$. Icing told me over 600$ hah. So i looked in this site more. I emailed dsstyles again asking what size crystals they used and so on and then saw they have live chat. You have to be on late if youre on the east cost of american since theyre in Japan. I spoke with a very nice man who helped me set up my account and answered all my questions. When you order a swarovski crystal case, they take about 5 business days to make a first draft to show you. Then 7 days to make a second draft, and 10 to make the final product. You can get a full refund before they send it and then a 5% restocking fee if you don't like at you get within two days of it arriving. I started this and payed on friday night, its tuesday, got my second email from them saying they received my payment and my first draft is being worked on. I added in some extra things I'd like, and we'll see what happens. I mean I made my payment through paypal with my amex card so honestly nothing can go wrong for me here.
