    Called store about Birkenstock's Arizona Big Buckle in white, giving full description and price of shoe. Was told there we 2 in my size. I arrived at store only to find what was advertised as white online was actually a pearl/off white yet the shoe shown online was white white! I am stuck with a purchased gift card for $170 that I cannot return to Kroger! I assumed if DSW sold Birkenstock they would be authentic and true to color. The person who identified herself as a manager had no answer excepted advertising department was responsible for photos online!
    Is it too much to expect brand new shoes when you order shoes online? I don't think so. Twice I received clearly used shoes. Dirty and scraped up. No packaging. Never again.     I ordered a pair of Betsey Johnson flats for $79.99. Not cheap. I received them without tissue, toe stuffers, box was filthy and damaged. Shoes were worn by someone with fat feet and stretched them out. Customer service was ignorant.     I have shopped Prosper Tx location ever since it opened. Used to be great. Now it's horrible! Don't bother shopping there! Service is horrible and manager is extremely rude!     I purchased a pair of slippers two and a half weeks ago. I called today and they said they could refund me or resend them as they are still available. I opted for the reorder. The customer service rep was very friendly. He said he checked the tracking and the package was lost. No offense, but I could barely understand him. I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. I am waiting to see if the second pair shows up. Thus far i'm not impressed with their handling of online orders.     I've been ordering from DSW for years now. My preference is Under Armour and summer flops. I go through a couple pairs a year, if not more. They've always been great, I ordered the wrong size few years back, simple return. I just tried on some winter boots that didn't fit I got back in Nov... finally tried to start a return online and the system didn't recognize it... so I emailed customer service at 2am... within 6 MINUTES, I had a return label emailed to me!     I just received a gift I ordered for my daughter in law for Xmas and the top of the box is cut out. How am I supposed to give this to her in this box?     Found a nice pair of Brooks sneakers in the clearance section. Regular price $85. I was so happy to see the price tag was green and according to the sign directly above where I found them the green tag means 50% off. Yay! What a bargain...that is until I went to pay and guess what - green tag was ringing up at only 20% off. WHAT! How can you have a sign that says 50% off and then tell you "Oh sorry it's only 20% off this week". Take a look at the picture here. How is that not clearly 50% off. Unfortunately I didn't think to take a picture of the price tag. It was clearly green. Nobody was disputing that. "That sign didn't get changed, like all the other ones did." But if the sign says 50% off, is the store not obliged to sell the item to you for that discounted price. I'm sure other stores would. What a crock! I'm done shopping here!     I ordered a pair of Nine West Boots and they came in a crumbled box and they were used with white paint on them. How do you send out damaged products and damaged packaging?     I spent a total of over $300 and I never got nothing! I contacted DSW and they did not help me at all? I am on disability and the shoes I ordered was for Christmas gifts I can not have a Christmas for me and my son now! I am devastated I can not believe this is happening to me!     I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on Black Friday, I received 2 pairs of used Aerosoles shoes and was blown by the condition, very used. I went online and processed the return and I was sent 2 pairs of more worn shoes, this time the shoes had dirt and mud on them, no tissue in box, box visibly damaged. I have spent endless hours on the phone trying to get the exchanges returned, shouldn't be so hard. I feel they are giving me a hard time so I give up and let them keep my money for used shoes.     The cashier in the mayslanding store don't know what there doing. I had a return that never went back on my debit card. I went to try to see want the problem was and the manager in the store told me it was right to wait 10 days which is not true. I eventually returned the other pair and the manager gave me attitude out of this world. Then I had to give her my attitude that she couldn't handle.I told her I was going to report her and she said she didn't care. I have spent over 1500 in this store this year alone already and she told me she didn't care. I ask her was she prejudice. That how she was acting.     Bought a pair of Vince Camuto sandals online. It was shipped to my home in a timely manner but the shoes came unprotected. It came in its original shoe box with just a plastic mailer bag. Also no cushion, cardboard or any type of paper packaging in the box to protect shoes. Came with a fine white dust all over them and one shoe is obviously worn in the bottom as if it was a display shoe or a return. Buckles and straps were also undone and not clipped and laced up as you see in stores. Disappointed.     Ordered a pair of Saucony shoes that were on sale on June 19 and didn't receive any notification about their status for weeks. I called multiple times to check my order but it was still not fulfilled. I finally was able to get a hold of customer service today on July 14 and was informed that there had not been any movement on the shipment since the confirmation date so we went ahead and cancelled it.     I ordered a pair of sneakers on DSW website. They arrived with an anti-theft/security tag still attached (in a box with the top cut off)! I now have to take time out of my day to drive to the nearest DSW store to have it removed because it cannot be simply cut off. Someone was either stupid/badly-trained or didn't care enough to remove it before stuffing the shoes into a bag to mail them, or, indeed, did it maliciously. Also, ordering the shoes didn't go without a hitch. Two days after placing my order, I got an email from DSW saying my order had been cancelled. I right away called them and spent 40 minutes on the phone while the rep was trying to track down a tracking number (which didn't even exist at that point, hence the enormous waste of time). Finally, 3-4 days later I got a shipment confirmation and another 2 days later my shoes (with an anti-theft tag attached) arrived...but not before I'd gotten yet another erroneous email from DSW letting me know that they were still processing my order and asking me to have patience! It's a hot mess. I won't be reordering.
