Specifically, I have a FOREO Luna Play Plus model. The device is waterproof, you can safely use and store in the bathroom. So, we have a cleaning tool + massager (2 in 1). Foreo Luna is pleasant to use, but no more. This brush will not do any miracles with your face, it will not miraculously relieve blackheads. Yes, the brush does something. In the email, an advisor asked me to repeat the same steps I had already followed and then was requested to take a video of the faulty product and even disassemble it for photographic evidence. Feeling uncomfortable with this request, I expressed my willingness to return the product in its original condition and box, even if it meant having to pay for shipping!
