July 5 comes and goes no delivery. On July 6 I began to get emails. Stated that the delivery could not be filled due to the fact that they had no florists in the area of the delivery. Buffalo NY. Also stated its because it was a "remote" area...Buffalo is the second largest city in NY state.I called. Was told the delivery would then be on the 8th.3 days after her birthday. They delivered someone else's flowers, with their personal message, to my recipient's address. Needless to say she was confused. I called From You Flowers to complain and was told that they would waive the delivery fee and redeliver that same day (Saturday). She didn't receive the new / correct delivery until Monday.
