I am an executive admin and have ordered personalized items for years! I was excited to order & receive a custom retirement gift for a co-worker. "Personalized Retirement Word Art Acrylic Keepsake" - you can add words, and it looked super cute! Even received it super-fast. Then I opened the package. The words are in 3 colors (black, white & lt. Brown). The black is not as bright, and the white you can barely read, and the brown is pretty much invisible. I wrote to the company - received a nice note back, they wanted more photos. Sent more photos and was told that a replacement would look the same! WHAT? THIS item I received looks NOTHING like what I approved or what they show in photos. I even enhanced the photo of MY item - so, it showed darker to them! See photos below - one from their website and the other 2 photos I took (blacked out last name). Now I don't what to do - as it too late to order another custom order from someone else. How could a company let this type of product get out their doors? We were actually going to place a very large bulk order - but wanted to see 1 first. BOY, am I glad I did! Can't imagine receiving 300 that you can't read! Unbelievably disappointed customer. No more! Tip for consumers:All they needed to do was re-print in a darker font - bolded or something! I put seven names down and asked that one stocking be left blank. When I received the order, the stockings were lovely but unfortunately they all had the same name. There were two people with me when I ordered them and we all confirmed that each name was spelled correctly and listed. It wouldn't have bothered me that much if 1. The product was nice (it was subpar at best) 2. I put in an address to ship to my uncle and their site defaulted to my address. 3. when I called about it, they said that I did this wrong and they refused to help in any way.
