    Passive aggressive team. Higher up management has major issues knowing how to deal and solve issues. Unprofessional to the max. Unable to be held accountable and responsible of their own word. Will bounce you off around others. My male husband who is calm and level headed has spent a collective 20 hours on the phone to various teams while our small business was down on our emails for over a week - losing us about 20K as well as putting vulnerable disability families at risk. He had to call at 2am to the Arizona team on multiple days. Feel sorry for all the middle man servers in the team who are stuck and are unable to do anything. See attached the response. Will be telling other health providers to not renew. Joke of a company as per attached screenshot. We have tried for weeks and weeks to solve this, we understood the issue.     2 hours on the phone with them, the calls ended suddenly before I could talk to the right person several times. Sometimes their support is good, but a lot of the people there are cheap, robotic, and non-native English. Products used:Web Build is great product. POS is crappy product with crappy support.     The customer service experience was terrible. I have 7 email accounts and 5 domains with them, but when I needed assistance the most, they made me wait for 2 1/2 weeks without providing a resolution. They repeatedly asked me to perform trivial troubleshooting steps, such as restarting the computer each time I contacted them. They lack a comprehensive customer database, requiring me to explain the issue repeatedly during every call. Dealing with them has been extremely frustrating.     I was charged for the $259 service I asked to be removed from. Then I spent 4 days over 2 months and over 10 hours trying to get a refund. I filled out forms and got no response. I was re-routed and hung up on multiple times. They just wear you down so you don't try anymore to get a refund. I reported them to the BBB and disputed the charge to my credit card company.     I have been trying to cancel My GoDaddy for over two years now, each year they still billing me for services I no longer need. Each time you try to cancel they will run through a number of hoops until they say they no longer offer a refund but offer a discount for next years renewals as compensation?! The Cancellation system is also designed in a way so each step takes 24 hours or 48 hours so you run out of time/ patience or you spend hours talking to their Indian call centers until you no longer have the energy to fight. You also have to start all over each time because "They don't have any records of any prior conversation" So far I have provided copy of my passports. Signing up with 2way authentication Requesting new pins. Still ho cancellation or refund in sight. Currently I have filled Consumer claim against them for the money they have taken without my permission. It will be a long process. Stay away! Tip for consumers:Cancellation policy is a nightmare.     Worst Service had them design new web site was very very bad the worst My 4 year old could have done better job. Then ask to have it fixed they what me to fix it. What was I paying for.     Despite sending seven emails during the month-long contract, none were answered, and phone calls were ignored. No effort was made at all. Finally came in contact with a new Go Daddy broker six weeks later, who provided a domain cost over 160 times the original estimate.     Good god! Even something as simple as forwarding a domain is a nightmare with GoDaddy. Error message appears that something "is too long", yet it doesn't tell you what is too long. Then prepare yourself for an hour on hold...as I am right now...after being hung up on accidentally with a previous call and they didn't call back. AND I'M EVEN PRO LEVEL. For as much as they're raping for annually, you'd think that they'd have their own site functioning well enough to not have to call in to them. Yep...NOPE. Find someone else to host your domains.     My godaddy hosting had become so slow that my websites Were unusable. I paid Godaddy to "upgrade" my web Hosting last Tuesday (3-5-24). They assured me I would not Have any downtime on my sites. However about an hour or Two after the hosting upgrade had been "completed" my Sites went down showing 404 errors. When I check the Hosting I found that most of my critical files were missing. My sites are still all down five days later (3-9-24). I have Called godaddy about 7 times now and no one can give me A solid update. From what I can tell no one is even trying to Fix this problem. Dealing with godaddy on this issue is a Nightmare that I can't wake up from. I wish I had hosted my sites with a company that takes my work more seriously than this.     This site promises the world and delivers very little. They are super quick to take your money yet when their system fails time and time again, they are nowhere. Too busy to help, don't follow thru on issues, cut you off and never resolve a thing. If you are not currently signed up with them dont bother go elsewhere.     I wasted an hour speaking to one of their representatives who wasn't helpful and was simply rude. They are holding my domain hostage and due to their "system issues" I can't transfer it to another company. I will never register domain with them again!     My renewal came up and it was set for automatic renewal, which renewed three times what I originally paid. After calling customer service and dancing around. I absolutely got nowhere. I got told sorry too bad all you can do is cancel and you'll lose your whole domain. No one would say let's see what we can figure out here and keep you as a customer bad bad customer service and of course no refund offered or nothing.     We were thinking about a company name and the decision was directly related to a domain availability. 3 times (!) the same case happened: 1. Search for a specific domain. Find it available 2. Take 1 hour to discuss and agree with partners 3. Return to GoDaddy to book domain and see it is not available any more! GoDaddy offers you a service to purchase the domain for 73 euro. Then you can find your domain on Sedoparking with a price starting from 1000 euro Never use GoDaddy! Service Value Quality
    Useless, avoid it a all cost. If in south africa better use domainnames.co.za to optain your domains. Godaddy's team is as useless and the company itself. I have my website down for 12 days and i keep being told to wait 48hrs eachtime. As you can see your complaint means nothing. They dont even deserveone star
    My email through Godaddy just stopped working. I called tech support (they use to be great but they have offshore it to the Philippines, the support people read a script. Each time one calls tech support you will be put on hold for a minimum of 30 min even if the recording says it will be 3 min. After being put through the same routine over snd over again each time I was assured my email would be restored within 24 to 48hrs, this went on for almost 2 weeks, then 1 day my email started working now a week later same problem.     Horrible experienceDo not trust this company. They will not listen to any of your directives, they will not respect your product or your business. They will cash your check spend five minutes on a webpage what you will then spend the next three months trying to get all of the grammatical errors corrected, trying to get rid of stock pictures you never put in your gallery, or even trying to get them to put your correct products on your page. Nightmare to work with ……anybody is better than this. Hire your 7th grader who took an intro to web design course, at least they might actually listen to you.
    I'm following a training program and they recommended Godaddy. I barely got started and was annoyed. To activate your domain you are required to receive a 6 digit code you receive in your email. First attempt I waited and waited and waited. 5 min later after I already closed the verification window the code shows up. I open another verification window and attempt to put in the code I received. Of course it didn't work because I closed the window already. So ask for another verification code. 15min later I'm still waiting for a code. Normally sites take seconds to send you a code. So once again I'm convinced something is wrong and close the verification window. Two minutes later the code arrives. Two attempts wasted and you get 3. So I open a third verification window. The pressure is on. It's now been over 20 minutes and still no code. I don't even have to wait to see how this ends. Do yourself a favor and use any domain registrar you want but DO NOT USE GODADDY.     It gets as bad as you can think. Charged 50usd almost without consent even after I have deleted my card and orders. They are scammy and illegal. Saving client info and charging them illegally!     A person named William Nelson came to me offered me 600 no comissions. Said I have to move my domain to Godaddy in order to sell it. I did so eventually after verifying this was indeed godaddy rep. He then reneged on his deal. Said i had to pay 25% fee thru Afternic (Partner in deception and scams with Godaddy) William Nelson ~ no integrety do not believe a word said Godaddy - supports deceptive practices do not buy or sell through godaddy - your risk Afternic - there to charge excessive fees under the vail of a different business name also not to be trusted.     I have been hosted by GoDaddy for 20 years, it's a crap shoot once in a while you end up with a good knowledgeable tech, friendly and with a vast array of solution, such as Nemanja T. Most of the time you are not as lucky, Yesterday I (by error I ended up on the UK branch of GoDaddy and had the misfortune of talking to a low level tech who knew nothing, I felt like I was talking to a chimp. Than I logged off and logged in to the US side and was just as much as a disaster.     I was promised a refund nine days ago. It still has not materialized. Talked to several different representatives from the company on the phone, got three different stories/excuses. At least one of the customer service reps simply lied to me. They refuse to check with their ACH processor who obviously screwed up the refund. Keep telling me that it is my problem to correct. I don't like having my time wasted and I really don't like being lied to. I will be transferring all of my accounts from this company asap. Tip for consumers:Stay away.     I used to love godaddy customer service but now it's terrible. Not sure if they've outsourced or what - but I just had the worst rep. He was talking in circles, not answering the most basic question. I am now sitting on hold for over ten minutes after asking to speak with someone else. I can barely make out what's he's saying and he has the nerve to have an attitude. He keeps coming back to the line, not saying anything and then placing me on hold again. I would highly recommend looking at another company for domain purchases and management. Tip for consumers:Outsourcing may be cheaper but the service suffers.     I don't know where to begin. Not enough character space to cover it all. Just move on to another service. The scheduled calls with a person from the design center...its a different person each time and some are quick ad seem to know what they are doing...some are old retired codgers who stumble around. I did several hours worth of work editing my site, then had the scheduled call with some guy who kept telling me how he was impressed with all the changes I had made. Two days later I get an email my site is ready to review. ALL my editing was gone. I could go on...but just save your self some time and get a service that has a person assigned to you from the "design team". Good luck
