    I ordered a women's lightweight pullover at an outstanding price and I love it. My golf league members all wanted the site address so they could get the same thing. When it was shipped separately from another item I bought I thought I had not gotten the complete order but it arrived the next day.     Hello, just had a great customer experience with Christopher at Got Apparel. I ordered a shirt for my son and after trying it on, we realized it was just too small. I spoke with Christopher and he agreed to send me a replacement shirt at no additional cost due to the low price of the item and cost of shipping not making it worth it.     I bought from Gotapparel Amazon but post office delivered my package to wrong mail box when I contacted Gotapparel.com they immediately refunded my money and guided me how to find the package which I finally got it from our neighbors mail box.     So I'm new into buying wholesale for my business and I stumbled upon you guys and I was skeptical at first but I went for it. You guys are great! You don't offer fabric samples so I had to buy like 7 different 100% polyester polos and I found two that I liked. I had let you guys know beforehand that I was only buying to feel the quality of the polo out and had let you know I was going to return it as soon as I was done. You guys were sorry for not providing samples and helped me out rapidly in the process of returns and questions I had. I did have to pay the shipping because there was no prepaid sticker but that's fine. I would recommend your services to others in a heartbeat.     We ordered shirts and when received they were not the quality expected. I immediately sent a request to return the shirts and to my surprise was told we were refunded 100% and to keep the shirts as it would cost money.     I have been ordering tshirts, hoodies, and sweaters with Gotapparel since early 2017 and have always had great success. For the first time I was sent the wrong product in one or my large orders; thus I brought it to their attention. Chris S. Followed up with me within 12hours of the request and is sending me out the product with no hesitation. I am a rational consumer and understand mistakes happen so it wasnt a big deal, especially with his quick response and fixing the issue. There was no hoops and fuss, he apologized and rectified the issue. I appreciate how quickly he got this done. I will continue to shop here for my business needs.     Ordered two items on 12/28/18. Figured since it was New Year holiday it may be delayed. Today 1-8-19, decided to call since I had received no follow up emails other then the first one my order was placed. Spoke with a guy at *******678, said I was following up on my order and he said for Amazon & some other place, I said neither its Gotapparel. Gave him my invoice number, he says very matter of fact "oh that order was cancelled because its out of stock". Ok, well thanks for letting me know, your customer service is lacking.     Very sneaky. You call for an RA, send the return, but then they want you to call AGAIN, after they receive the merchandise in their warehouse, to actually issue the credit. Never heard of another return policy like that. They try to keep your money and put up so many obstacles. Too sly. Would not recommend anyone does business with them.     I ordered merchandise on February, 28, via Kmart.com. Notification said Merchandise will be here on March 28. Never came, I would have waited through the weekend, but the tracking number is FAKE! Kmart is investigating this company, and refunding my money. Over 20 years of ordering on Kmart.com, this is the first time I ever had a problem.     A item I brought from them was not left at my house and the post left a card for me to go to the Post Office. Because of parking problem no one like to use our post office. GotApparel's swore they were not the cause of this, but when I picked up the package right on their shipping label was printed Adult Signature/Registered Delivery. Anyone can make a mistake...     Very suspicious billing. After making a credit card order, they want you to fax them a picture of your credit card, front and back. This isn't necessary with proper encryption security. It's very easy to steal your CC info with a picture. I've been shopping on the Web for over 10 years and this is a first. Upgrade your security or lose more customers.     Fraud alert. This company is committing fraud. They sent me the wrong items and the refused to provide a refund of 86 after I shipped them back.     I purchased a white tiger costume for my daughter from this company. When we received the package she tried it on for a couple minutes and I noticed the whole back seam was already coming apart and the tail was about to fall off. So I emailed the company hoping I could return this one and get another one before Halloween. They said I cant return it because it was worn and used (yeah for a whole 3 minutes to try it on). I spent $40 on a costume that my daughter cant even wear for Halloween and now I have to buy her another costume. And I cant sew it myself because the material is so thick and heavy I would need a sewing machine which I don't own! I will defiantly never do business with Got Apparel again!     Buyer beware! This company's customer service is non-existent, so if you choose to buy, expect no support to return an item. I would give negative stars if it were possible to do so. I purchased 2 button down shirts through Walmart.com on October 14th that fit very strangely and were extremely stiff so needed to be returned. Although they state that returns can be made at a Walmart location, this wasn't the case and I was told I would need to go through the company. When I received no response to my first email to GA, Walmart stepped in on my behalf and requested assistance with the return. GA responded back that they would send me a return authorization on 11/18/21. As of today, 1/6/22, and after 2 more emails since 11/18/21, there has been no communication from the seller. The shirts were expensive and the treatment I have experienced is disrespectful and rotten. Obviously, I will never consider purchasing from this vendor again. There are too many other great companies selling far superior products to choose from. Tip for consumers:Avoid purchasing from this company.     I purchased a pair of "anywhere" nursing shoes from Amazon shipped by GotApparel. They were similar to crocks; after trying them without socks I felt they were too big at my size which is 6. These shoes cost $12. I ordered another pair of different color and selected size 5 only to realize the size 6 was perfect. Amazon contacted seller on my behalf and GotApparel issued a refund immediately. Needless to say, I returned the tight shoes and contacted GotApparel to get return instruction. I called to give them a credit card to pay for $12 since I was keeping the shoes. The rep told me I get to keep the shoes at no charge GotApparel is a super amazing customer satisfaction oriented company. The company exceeded my expectations. I plan to buy another pair of different color. That is getting 2 pairs for the price of one! Their prices are the best! The rep was professional, caring, courteous, and understanding.     I ordered 3 Charles River jackets, When I had not received them within a week I tried the tracking number that was provided. It did not come up as a valid tracking number. I called. The gentleman I spoke with was very rude and very put off that I was questioning where my items were. Told me they were shipping DHL and there was a delay because of a winter storm. I tried the tracking number on DHL's website, not a valid tracking number. I called back the next day, same rude gentleman answered my phone call, and gave me a different website to try tracking. 2 weeks shipping? Seriously?
