When it was shipped separately from another item I bought I thought I had not gotten the complete order but it arrived the next day. On Friday, February 9,2018, still not seeing any indication that the product had shipped, I contacted the seller. It was in fact not shipped.Hello, just had a great customer experience with Christopher at Got Apparel. I ordered a shirt for my son and after trying it on, we realized it was just too small. I spoke with Christopher and he agreed to send me a replacement shirt at no additional cost due to the low price of the item and cost of shipping not making it worth it. When I called to see what was going on, they looked into it and found that they had been out of stock. They mailed that one lousy unit to keep their promised delivery date. No email warning me, no communication of any kind. They said they'd already shipped the rest of the units and therefore could not expedite the order. The units will not arrive in time for my event. There's no time to order from another company. They will not expedite additional units. They're terrible. Avoid at all costs. I am instructed to "refuse" the package when it arrives so that it will be sent back to them. Then I will be issued a refund. That will not be possible with my delivery system. I will have to take additional time out of my schedule to take it to a shipping facility. EDIT: They did not make the second promised delivery date either.
