It was my mother's 82nd birthday. She is in the nursing home in Athens, Texas. I had told her she was getting a prize on her birthday. We were very disappointed. The flowers were delivered on the 19th after noon. I then received another call informing me that the minimum amount required for the purchase was $15 more. I had already spent over $75 on the arrangement. My understanding was the person on the other end was asking permission to charge my card the additional $15. I responded with a resounding "NO! As a matter of fact, just cancel the order, as it is already late." I was told it was too late to cancel the order because it had already been assigned to a florist. The lady asked if they could just charge $10. No. Then $7.50, NO. I told her that if I found that they had charged my card extra that I would share my experience on social media.
