    While other florist services could not provide service in a short notification time frame, Just Flowers came through with a timely delivery of a beautiful fresh bouquet exactly like the photo on their web site. And since the bouquet was supposed to also have a small Teddy Bear with it, a separate driver brought the Teddy Bear to our home later that evening. My fiance was delighted
    Ordered Valentine flowers to be delivered on 2/14/24--then late in the 2/14 afternoon received notice the delivery would not happen as promised. No time to regroup and get something else in line and had to wait until the next day for delivery. NOT GOOD! The $10 refund was worthless! Like we need to do something so lets do a small amount so that we can say we tried. Not acceptable and will not use your services again--I know this will not have any impact upon Just Flowers--but like your $10 refund--it makes me feel better!
    Easy clear fast day prior on line ordering. Selected "premium - a feminine touch" and a little disappointed with the delivered result. Arrangement was beautiful but closer to the "standard" selection photo. I expected more flowers. Hand written note was nice.
    Overall good. It was somewhat difficult making my selections active. Maybe it was my computer. Not sure. This added time to the order process.

    We were a bit concerned about ordering flowers for Sicily from Canada through a company in California!, but it worked out perfectly! She received the bouquet around 6pm local time and the arrangement exceeded our expectations! The florist embellished the order such that it was far more beautiful than the picture of the ones we selected!     They held my flowers hostage to try and shake me down for more money the day I'd delivery. I ordered flowers for my grandmother that lives far away from me for her birthday. I ordered them days ahead of time. The day is scheduled delivery they held the flowers trying to get me to pay an extra $ on top of the flower price, handling fee and shipping fee. I will never use this business again. This is a shady way to conduct business. Very unprofessional. Buyer beware! Do not use the company. Spread the word far and wide.     My wife is helping her mother recuperate from a fall. I wanted to send flowers and a teddy bear for Valentine's Day. I ordered 1 day prior to Valentine's Day with "guaranteed delivery" on Valentine's Day but the flowers and teddy bear were never delivered. I called customer service and was not allowed to cancel my order. Instead they said they'd deliver within 2 days. How would you feel if your flowers arrived two days late?     Ordering was fairly easy but expensive "handling" and "shipping" of $23. Selected the "Cotton Candy" arrangement for a birthday gift--as pictured (no additional flowers added in for additional cost). Vase of flowers was delivered 5 days later as requested, but picture sent to me by the recipient showed that the arrangement looked almost nothing like the one I selected just for her. Very disappointed for the price of the flowers and the handling and shipping. Will not order from just flowers.com again.

    I wanted to order flowers and a gift basket but could not figure out how to do it in the same order. Also need better options for customer to explain address to delivery person. My aunt lives in assisted living in the middle of a retirement community and we've had trouble with delivery before because of this.
    The order was placed on Thursday 12-28 as a birthday gift to family member in Jacksonville, AL. The order could not be filled or delivered until Tuesday 1-2-24. I was notified by phone and email about the problems that occurred which is good. Thank you. However, this was stressful because I had doubts that this delivery could be made and if I would lose out on my money. Next year I will be sending a gift through the mail.     I put the wrong number on the address but correct street I am older and a detail that you wouldn't think was absolutely necessary if you explicitly say HOSPITAL AND correct phone number say it's a patient that you want to GET WELL, only to have them deliver to the address I lived at when I was 5. I assumed delivery would be able to find a hospital, in a small city with only 2 hospitals. My complaint is they don't do their homework and are careless with other people's money, also I had to remind them of the $10 discount that the annoyingly emailed me every other day and unsubscribing from them is an issue they send too many emails and I attempted unsubscribing a few times including a phone call. Otherwise, delivery time is good, I used them once before. Customer service did not try to clear it up, and my sick mother didn't have the heart to make the person who called to tell her, bring to her her flowers and chocolates They were on the ladies her front porch for 2 days. This is the day after Valentine's Day and she still has not received her flowers. I have called several times, can never speak to someone. I have sent an inquiry, twice!     Just Flowers, Your customer service is appalling! You have no problem taking your money, but when it comes down to Answering real questions there is nowhere to go! There is no response on your phone #. There is no way to check if your order was delivered. We ordered flower's on Saturday early to be delivered on Saturday. Nowhere on your site does it say that it could not be accomplished. Instead they just steal your Money and accomplish nothing. We had four different orders placed in Four different locations and not one was delivered either on Saturday or Sunday.     You might want to know that shortly after I placed my order, I received a phone message from someone who said they were from JustFlowers. I googled the phone number and it appeared to be a scammer so I didn't call back. My flowers were delivered fine. I always have a good experience with JustFlowers. Thank you!
    It was quick and easy to order but when the flowers came I was so embarrassed. They looked so bad and so thin. Wasn't worth half of the money I paid. Would not order again.
    Spent $77 for an arrangement. I picked a specific arrangement because it had butterflies attached to the basket. A family member had just got a new job and this member loves butterflies so I thought the arrangement was perfect with the butterflies as a congrats gift. I had even put in the notes... please don't forget to attach the butterflies. If this company is not going to provide what you paid for then I will not do business with them again.     Just flowers has provided extremely disappointing service. I placed my order on May 9th for a bouquet to be delivered on Mother's Day the following day. I did not receive a confirmation email summarizing my order, my order was not delivered and their customer service never picked up the phone. Their customer service ended up replying to my email 2 days after my first attempt to contact them, saying that a delivery attempt was made but the address didn't exist so the delivery was not completed. They conveniently didn't specify which address they ended up using and never notified me of an attempted delivery. I order these flowers for that specific address every year and have never made a mistake on this address, which leads me to think Justflowers is simply trying to find an excuse to justify their delay. This was just a terrible customer experience from beginning to end, stay away.
    Delivery and handling fees high. Won't know if value for flowers is commensurate with price until delivered.
