I ordered from kidsfoot locker and the delivery service used was smartkargo. Basically I never received my package. I can't get anyone on the phone to file my claim I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone. As long as you guys are using that delivery carrier I will not be purchasing anything else from your company.

I won shoes from here two pairs at the same time only one pair got shipped and the only thing they can tell me that it got returned to the sender but never got a explanation of why then I called fedex and they said footlocker requested them to be returned so they both playing the $#*!ing blame game but it a bunch of bull$#*! they have people stealing other peoples paid for items and they don't deal with it in a good way such a $#*!ing waste of my time and money

They took my money. Did not give me a tracking number. It's been 8 days since I ordered my sons shoes. I've tried to chat. Website didn't work. I emailed them. No response. Their phone number is no where on the website. I did a google search and found it. I've bn on hold for 10 minutes and I'm still listening to a recording. I will never order from this place again. I'll stick to finish line. I've never had any problems with them.

Every time I go online to try and buy my kids some shoes they never have the shoes that they advertise. Not online or in store. I am glade I did not have a chance to buy anything here. After reading all the bad reviews. And there employees seem to never know nothing. Same thing when you call customer service. I advise anyone who is looking to buy shoes for your kids not to waste your time or money here these people are all very unprofessional.

I bought something, it arrived in bad condition, I returned it, they promised me a refund, they sent the product to me again. They kept me on the phone for more than 2 hours without answering my call, surely they must have some filter s system in the phone when There is a return that they do not want to make, so that the client gets tired and hangs up the call. Horrible shopping experience. I never bought the Canadian site again.

I was told to hold for 30 minutes then a staff member answered my call, and did not get any information to solve my issue and said to stay on hold while they look further into it. Then they never came back and I sat on hold for an hour. Kids footlocker has $#*!ty service

I placed an order for 3 pairs of PS/toddler shoes from this place as bday gifts. (March babies), Quick to withdraw the funds from my account. Package was received and there is a pair missing. I call and they place me on 4 different holds all to tell me they aren't able to service my order. Asher said idk how you're going to get the shoes and I don't know what to tell you. I understand he's only a rep. Then to have a lead by the Name of Eric (spelling not confirmed) that all they can do is issue a refund now that they were just made aware that I didn't receive the shoes because of course I called. And it will take upto 7 business days for me to receive the funds and they can't do anything. Seems like I made the order 2 weeks in advance for no reason. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Good luck if you choose to buy through them.

Ordered some shoes that were in stock. My dunks order was recieved and processed and i got a tracking number with fed ex aswell. After a few days i noticed there was no movement on fed ex's side with my package but i waited cuz i really wanted my dunks. After the week passed i called customer service and they said "my shoes never got scanned out with fed ex" so why tf would i get a tracking number then? So dumb honestly. I'm getting a refund but only after getting on a call for 30 min with customer service. I just wanted the damn shoes. Never again.

I placed my order this weekend and I got the notification that my order shipped—the tracking number just says that "tracking details will be available once the package arrives at the facility". First red flag. Second, these reviews! So I dug a little deeper, and seen that the logo on the kids footlocker.com website is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than the actual Kids Foot Locker! I'm so bummed, and hope I get my right shoes, in the correct size, without any problems. But all in all, I've determined that the website is totally NOT legit. See the screen shots below of the kids footlocker website in comparison to their social media page and the "Kid's Section" on the Footlocker website—two completely different logos!

Bought my son a pair of converse in February for his birthday which was last weekend. Unfortunately kids grow like weeds and the shoes were too small. I tried to complete an exchange online and was told to contact customer service because it had been more than 45 days. I call customer service and the rep was extremely rude she put me on hold forever just to come back and tell me there is nothing she could do. I'm not asking for a refund all I wanted was to exchange the shoes for a pair my son can actually wear. They are brand new only been out of the box once when my son tried them on. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this place and the one time I need to exchange something they won't help. So now they get to keep my money and I have shoes that my son can't wear. I could truly understand if he had tried them on back in February but they were a BIRTHDAY GIFT. Horrible customer service and no compassion for the people who keep you in business. I will never spend another dime at foot locker or kids foot locker because apparently they don't care about their customers.

I ordered my shoes on the 4th. For the first 4 or 5 days I did not hear anything from them, so I decided to reach out to them through email because this was the only way to contact them concerning this matter. They soon send me an email assuring they have processed my order and even put on my online account with them that my order had been closed but fully shipped what the hell do that suppose to mean. Here it is 2 weeks later and I have no tracking number, no one is responding to my emails, and my bank account is still 130 bucks short.

I ordered 3 pairs of vans for my son on May 28, it is now June 8 and they made a tracking number but that was all they did, all it says is when the carrier get them which is UPS they haven't even received my items so which means foot locker never sent them out. The customer service number doesn't work you can't get through to anyone to even get a refund. They will never get my money again boycott them.

Absolute worst shopping experience, only "topped" by the horrific customer service. Tried ordering online, but continuously got a message stating "Something has changed in your cart! Please review the changes before continuing." We were changing NOTHING in our cart. Tried different accounts, devices, browsers. All the same.
Sent email. No reply. Chatted... the rep left the chat repeatedly before the problem was resolved. They asked us to call in the order... No help there. Phone rep immediately suggests we order online. Then, none of our items were available over the phone, despite appearing to be available online.

Never received shipping confirmation, rather received a message stating its "taking longer than usual" and they are "trying to locate my item"... BS! Link to check order status on their website does not work and the phone number simply states to to to their website. No way to find out what's happening. My only option was to cancel the payment.

Ordered a sweat suite online, never received pants, called 3 very rude people told me they don't have the pants in stock, yet when go on the site 8 days later they say in stock. Then they tell me it takes 5 days to get a refund and hung up. I will never shop here again and will be telling my family and friends the same.

No refund of money paid, and no replacement of shoes until a 10 day investigation takes place. Horrible customer services and replacement policy. Will not be shopping online with them again.

I felt like this was a legit company that everyone has heard of and had no fears about ordering from them, even during COVID. I ordered shoes, got the wrong size, and returned them with insured and tracked package. After three weeks, I was never refunded and cannot get anyone to answer on phone or email. Basically, it seems they stole my money like so many other people's. Wish I had seen these reviews before I lost $130.
