    I'm so happy that I found a company like this. I used to spend a lot of money buying backing stuff from another stores But none of those stores met the expectations. This online shop is the best.
    I have done with my cake making and decorating classes in Bakers Bodega. The thing that I liked the most about the institute is practical work. The faculty focuses on more practical work and theory as well. It was a great experience for me in Bakers Bodega. Thank You Bakers Bodega!
    I've bought two rugs and two barstools from this place. The quality of the products was very good and they were delivered very quickly. I also liked how easy it is to contact the company through the online chat. What I didn't like was the incomplete instructions on how to assemble the barstools and that the postage to return one of the rugs that didn't fit my place, would be almost the price of the rug. So although they have a good return/refund process, depending on the price and weight of the product, it will not work for the customer. Tip for consumers:Don't rely on the return policy as it may not help you as the postage to return the product may be more expensive that the product.     These candles smell wonderful! Creative combinations of scents and the slow burning soy is a plus. Looking forward to new creations.
    Ordered a Karcher power washer. A small package was delivered to somewhere in the South East of England from china ( I live in NI) emailed them was was told it would be sent on from their warehouse but it never turned up! Got my money back from my bank but lesson learnt. Paid £75 more for one at B&Q but at least I know who I am dealing with now - funny end to the story the one from B&Q was defective and am taking it back tomorrow! Tip for consumers:Don't!     I ordered 4 bar stools off Wayfair. I vowed 4-5 years ago never again to use them after they didn't stand behind our pool chairs and just deferred to the manufacturer. I caved. We need new stools. I ordered two pairs. Two of the EXACT same thing...and got 2 bar stools and a mirror. Is this some cruel joke? Maybe look at the reflection of the two and voila! 4 stools! Then they made it difficult to return the mirror (their fault) or they were going to charge me for it as well. Wayfair is just a clearing house front door for any old furniture company and doesn't care anything about the customer experience. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
    I was on hold for over 45 minutes. My stuff has not been delivered and it has be days since it said it would come in. There was not email or information indicating it would arrive late. Once on hold the lady was super nice and I do not blame her for having to answer unhappy callers all day. Basically all this to say they need management or system changes.
    I am so incredibly disappointed with this company. I placed 3 orders on 10/29/21 for over $4,000 in wooden utensils, serving trays and salt and pepper shakers (24 sets of each, to be exact) for all of my Christmas shopping. About a month later, the items started to arrive and as they did, there were broken utensils and trays and the boxes came with no packing slips indicating which items from which order they contained. There was no rhyme or reason to what was packed in each box so I had to keep track of them as they came in. I notified Customer Service, assuming that their Satisfaction Guarantee would hold, and notified them about the broken items and that there were still several items missing from my orders even though the tracking info showed all items delivered. After much back and forth (sending photos, a million questions, etc.) they sent me replacements for the broken items and assured me the missing items were on the way. The closer it got to Christmas, I started worrying that the missing items wouldn't arrive so I contacted them again and they've been radio silent. I'm missing almost $1,000 with of items and they will not respond to my emails. I'm seeking legal advice but I would highly recommend passing on purchasing from Tilly Living. I'm truly disappointed. Tip for consumers:The products looked amazing in Instagram but definitely weren't the quality that was expected based on the price and the level of service has been horrible.
    After you make your order the email says that your order within 5-7 business days from the time of order. This is a lie when you call them by phone they tell you that it will ship in 7 to 10 business days. What crappy company. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
    Ordered turkey breast from William Sonoma (not inexpensive) as said enough for 10-12 people. SO SMALL but they cannot supplement with another breast! Bad description and customer service. Will not order again
