    The last few pairs of 505s the corner of the pockets tear out after a few months of wear. Disappointed in the quality of product that they produce today. The pants are perfectly fine other than the top corner of the pockets. I'm not looking to gain anything from this. I just hope that they improve their quality.     I've bought nothing but Levi jeans since 1979, had great service out of every pair until the last 2 years. The last 5 pairs I've purchased since fall of 2021 have either ripped in the material by rear pocket or in the crotch. Jeans purchased prior to these 5 pairs have lasted for 7-10 years without wearing holes in them much less random ripping. Switching to American made quality jeans….Levi Strauss RIP! Value Quality
    Levis are just really poor quality anymore. They rip at the back pocket for my husband, and between the thighs wears out for me. Less than 1 year old. They used to be the best! Not sure what happened. Products used:Jeans Value Quality
    I ordered jeans directly from Levi's website which said my purchase was in stock. Levi did not hesitate to take money from my bank account immediately. A few hours later I received an email saying they didn't have my jeans in stock and I would receive my money back in 7-10 business days. As a teen who doesn't make very much money, $100 dollars is a lot to be taken for something that never even shipped. Super frustrating that such a well known and established business treats their customers like this. Stick to small business who actually care about their customers!     I am a woman who has worn Levi jeans all my life and I'm old enough to remember when they were rugged and fit well. And had decent pockets! Now the price has remained substantial yet the jeans are more cheaply made and wear out faster. And what's with the pockets? They're half as deep as they used to be. I'm used to putting things in my jeans pockets but now when I sit down in an easy chair the contents of my pockets fall out. Why bother to put pockets on the jeans if they're of little use? The upshot is I have begun to use other brands because I get more for my money. Too bad. Levi used to be a synonym for quality. No more.
    Pathetic customer service in Deira city centre (LEVIS) i purchased a jeans in Levis worth of 399 AED in April which I got it Altered with the Tailor(Anton Suresh) But it was not altered according to my requirement than last week again i took back the jean to the Levis showroom there was a lady who was billing a client in the cash counter i asked for the alteration she just rised her index finger and pointed out a Person(Anton suresh) who was walking on the floor when i asked the gentlman he directly asked show me the bill which according to Gentleman Anton suresh wanted to keep the bill more than 6 months thats what he expects from the client, but i asked him apart from the bill can you alter my jeans he directly said no and he wanted to give me his friend or coworker nunmber who can alter it for some amount when i bought the jean from that Levis store why should i get it altered from outside inspite all the stores around India do the free alteration for the Levis Products than why not in Deira city centre Levis store, I wanted to bring this to the notice to the Mall and the Levis store the customer service was very very poor and the tailor walking to a client and says we cant alter it is completely not at all proffessional i know the standards of Levi Strauss & Co. If this is the case i will never suggest anyone of my family and friends to visit the Levis store very particularly in Deira city centre, i Hope this message of mine will reach the concern person and will get me or customers like me a better solution or service, many Thanks

    My husband has worn Levi jeans all his life, he is 60. Lately he's been buying the S61 or S67 from Walmart. They fit well and feel good and less expensive than some. The reason for a review- Every pair he buys tears along the seam of back pockets making them unwearable and half tear in the crotch. I can't seem to mend them they still RIP.     Levi's decided to moderate my review on their website, so I'm posting it here. After the second time wearing the Skinny Taper Fit Men's Jeans, Color: Mineral Tones, Flex STYLE: **************, the rear pocket seam started separating making them unwearable. The material used is incredibly thin, so I am not surprised that it failed so suddenly.
    I've been buying in wearing Levi jeans all my life, they were the best. Not anymore, I won't spend another dime on a pair of Levi's again in the last 10 years I've been buying them they've been ripping so easy and wearing out so fast, I got a pair of wranglers for Christmas one year, and that one pair of wranglers outlasted six pairs of my Levi's, I will never purchase another pair of Levi's again. Big disappointment because they were my favorite jeans.
    Even after 7 days of complaints there is no adequate response from Levi's customer care. Daily mails and calls have turned futile.     I am extremely disappointed. For one thing the material is thin and inside after wearing the pants for just five hours they have balls all over them. This is shameful. I have two pair that were purchased over twenty five years ago and feeling them you would never know. Either produce something worth selling or shut down completely.
    I attempted to exchange an item the first week of January at the Ajax outlet. The store was closed during boxing week. Before heading out on a 30 mins drive to get to the store, I tried calling, no one picked up. I called CS, and that was useless with the options, call again, drive back to the store or do the return online and pay for the shipping.     Buying and returning a product as a European from EU. 1. After paying for my pair of jeans on their site - i didn't get any confirmation about my order. 2. After waiting for aprox. 1 week, I wrote to their customer support about my order and after couple of emails and 2 more days i've got a confirmation, that they managed to send my order. 3. There was no invoice in my package, nor any details about how could I return my jeans. 4. After couple of emails about my order - I've got info on how could I return my order 5. I had to pay like 1/5 of a price for sending my jeans back. 6. Still waiting for the refund. 7. Never ever going to buy from Levi's. Never gonna buy any Levi's product even from other retailers. 8.     I fist fit into a pair of Levi's in 1986, the quality and fit was beyond anything I had ever worn (Lee's). Levis in the past have lasted ten years or better if I took care of them. I have purchased 4 pairs in 2021 and they all have torn out due to low quality materials and two of those had slight twists in one leg. I will never buy them again.
    I bought a pair of levi jeans on-line. I did not like what I bought. So I returned them to Albertville Mall outlet store. I paid $56.60. I got a return of $48.65. I'm done with LEVI'S, going to Lee Jean's.The quality of Levi's are not what they use to be
