    Bad company. They sent me an email from 5 days ago stating "Since your product was unable to be returned to us, we will immediately begin to process your refund. Please properly dispose of your RB Smart Glasses and or charging case based upon your local guidelines." Now they're saying they require the damaged item to be returned after I disposed it. Shameful.     Order sunglasses worth 11,000 didn't like the fitting tried creating a return request website was not letting me create a return, contacted customer support sent them 20 photos of the product and created a return request.     In 2019, I bought CE frames from Lenscrafters. Three years later, the earpieces cracked and disintegrated from the frame. I spoke with Lenscrafters and was told too bad and given no alternative.     I wish I'd purchased from Sunglasses hut or alternative retailer…. Like the previous reviews state, Rayban's customer service is appalling. It's left me feeling as if the company has no care for its customers or deliverance of customer service what so ever. After a purchase I made because the website banner stated next day delivery, or collection in store, which was perfect to procure my desired glasses in time for my holiday. I was shocked by the after sales email confirming the arrival date was 5 working days, not next day or in time for my holiday! I would have purchased via duty free at the airport, or via another retailer. Hence I called the customer services team to verify the accuracy of the information I'd received post order. Although the chap I spoke to was polite. He had no power to help me, only the ability to cancel my order. There was nobody more senior to speak to either. Shockingly he did try to contradict the information I had conveyed re the reasons behind my purchase, the next day delivery info as advertised on the website. Later he confirmed I was correct, presumably after checking online himself. This isn't acceptable. If a large retailer is to sell high end products at high value. The customer would expect for a service that is accurate, honest, helpful and fit for purpose. I am now in a position where a large amount of money is ring fenced, I've been inconvenienced through time wasted and I'm left feeling let down by a brand I've always been loyal to. I will have to wait until the money is returned, so I can purchase the sun glasses again. I will not use Rayban as a retailer going forwards. Despite the products being to a great spec, unfortunately this isn't matched by the level of customer service. After sales is important when things go wrong. Go elsewhere.     The parts that rest on the nose are very poor design. I will NEVER purchase anything with RAY-BAN. The nose piece has broken now countless times and it just broke again. Very poor design. The piece that attaches to the frame breaks off and the whole thing falls apart. They broke within a week of my first purchase of the glasses This part now breaks consistently every 2-3 weeks. Often when I go into get them fixed they do not have parts. I bought these thru a chain and must go to other stores to get the replacement nose pads. They broke on my trip to colorado. They broke on my recent trip to california and on my recent trip to las vegas. I now keep my spare pair (old) glasses with me at all times because of Ray Ban's poor design quality.     I mean, come on. The site is just awful. The process which manages payment is dis-jointed and their coupon codes NEVER work. I tried using APPLEPAY for 20% off and the site advised that it was expired but use this code instead "_P_U15FDCBG". Using that code says it's invalid. I remove the underscores and the process returned that it was already expired. I previously purchased pair of sunglasses during the pandemic and chalked up the terrible site flow and customer service to a side effect of businesses closing for health reasons.     After shopping all over So Cal and could not find Aviator sunglasses in solid brown, 55mm, I opted to order them on line. I was concerned with the lack of protection Ray Ban cases offer so I paid an extra $25 to get the "leather" case. What I received was an even flimsier case that WAS NOT LEATHER! I contacted RB, who said I needed to return the whole thing to get a regular case that should have been free anyway with the glasses. I'M NOT HAPPY! Maui Jim just earned my business back! Tip for consumers:I think Ray Ban could have done a better job of just sending the standard case to me which is clearly more protective than the $25 fake leather case. I warned them that I was going to post my disappointment but they didn't care. This was an easy fix and they did not want to.     I recently purchased a pair of aviators from this business and I inadvertently bought a case as an added accessory thinking the glasses didn't come with one. When I opened the box I found that I didn't have to purchase the case separately. I called the first time and was put on hold for 25 minutes and the rep never came back and instead I got a phone survey to describe my visit...(seriously!) Second time I called I cancelled the entire order. Unfortunately, they only refunded me for the extra case but not the returned glasses too. After four anguishing calls, I realized I was dealing with complete imbeciles and called the credit card company and disputed the charges. If you ever need to buy Ray-Ban glasses, you're better off buying from a specialized retailer like Sunglass Hut whose employees know what they're doing as opposed to the jokers employed directly by the manufacturer.     Worst customer service ever! Last week I ordered a pair of wayfarer prescription sunglasses, and a lanyard sunglass holder, and they sent me someone else's prescription, and no lanyard sunglasses holder. I discovered the switch when I saw the wrong frames, and put them on. My eyes hurt me so bad. I knew they were not mine when I discovered a prescription card in the box with a woman's name on it. I called and a customer service rep by the name of Luis answered the phone. I asked to speak to a service rep but he told me I couldn't speak to one if I didn't have an order number. I even asked for the name of his supervisor, and he refused to tell me. I told him if he did not put a supervisor on the phone, I would file a dispute with my credit card company, and put a bad review but he still refused. I have filed a dispute, and a stop payment. I will also be putting a youtube short of my experience for others to see and to educate them on what do with poor customer services like this one.     This is the first time I ever experienced sunglass lenses peeling Ray-Ban will not do anything because they indicated past 2 years but saw other review where the same issue of peeling happened and it was under a year. Previously owned Serengeti sunglasses for 15 years and had no issues, only had to replace them as they were stolen I recently purchased another pair of Serengeti's and will never purchase Ray-Ban again
    This frames are made in Italy, but they are coming to be one of the worst frames ever purchased in my life, $ 300 plus for a pice of junk, they will not stay on, the screws they get loose all the time. I had purchased other frames under $100 better quality, People should stay a way from getting any of Ray Ban glasses
    I was scammed out of$500 by Rayban. Ordered the meta glasses which got lost in the mail. DHL confirmed in writing that the package was lost. Rayban's customer service was just awful to deal with. I was told I would get a refund in 3 weeks on chat, which I didn't. After weeks of following up, I called them and found out that the refund request wasn't even submitted. They asked I submit a form online which I did but again, nothing happened. I called back a few weeks later to find out that my refund request was denied with reason "this doesn't fall within our parameters for a refund". Not sure what that means but after reviewing their Better Business Profile, it seems they have scammed quite a few people.     The company states they have 60 days return policy however you are not able to create return label on their website. So I am stuck with 2 pairs of unused sunglasses and $280 for items I am not going to use.
    Loyal customer for two decades, placed an order on January 21st as a gift for my fiancé, heard nothing but crickets since then so today (10 days later) I hit up chat, they said "For what I can see, the order was processed, and you should receive it in up to 7 business days. We usually send the order before this time frame." NOTHING should take 17 days to receive in today's delivery climate and they should communicate better updates, not leave customers wondering what's going on. And, now it's too late as a gift.     My Order Was Supposed To Be A 2 Business Day Delivery, It Took A Week! I Ordered Them For My Trip & It Didnt Get Here In Time, So I Had To Do A Same Day Pickup Order From BEST BUY! So I Had To Pay An Extra $349.00 For The Glasses At BEST BUY After I Had Already Ordered & Paid For Them On Ray-Ban For $318.00!     I've had nothing but trouble ordering prescription sunglasses from their site. It keeps crashing. Often won't let me upload my prescription and when it finally did they keep emailing me for a prescription when I just uploaded it and then when they finally realized they have it they ask for more info and gives me links that don't work.
    I bought a great pair of Rayban Aviator Sunglasses with progressive lenses. They are beautifully the wrong prescription. I like others, emailed them 5 or 6 times the prescription and finally, after 4 days I get an email stating that unless I uploaded by prescription, my order would be canceled, This was after they took $384 of my money. In any event, these glasses make me see double, and when checking the enclosed prescription against the one I uploaded, I found that it is not even close. They sent me someone else's glasses. So, now they have two customers that are unhappy. I still want the order, but if I had it to do over, I would use a different maker. Customer Service sucks out of this world.     I bought a pair of glasses online and they didn't work out. When I sent them back, I told the service rep that I spoke with that the credit card I used to purchase them was no longer active, so they said they would send me a check. I have since had to reach out to customer service over 6 times! Every time I talk to them they tell me they will mail me a refund check and then 3 days later I get an email saying that my refund has been resolved and they put the money back on the credit card that I have explained (numerous times) is no longer active.     If you try to get a prescription pair of sunglasses on sale, they will cancel you. You will then not get the sale price. They cannot function internally, there is no connectivity between the sales and the prescription department. You upload your RX and they email you saying you haven't uploaded. Then you upload again and they cancel. And customer services does not care - it's a different department "responsible team" internally. AVOID. Tip for consumers:Avoid it at all costs.     I bought my sunglasses 7 months ago. Ray ban advertises a 2 year warranty. While I was traveling, my sunglasses were in my ray ban case, and the frame broke. When I reached out to ray ban and sent a claim in they told me the repairs were not eligible for the warranty. They offered me a new pair of the same sunglasses for $102, which is ridiculous. They sunglasses lasted 7 months. Horrible quality, horrible customer service experience.

    They canceled my order on me with no rhyme or reason. Money's there, pay was taken out and refunded. Not sure why they canceled my order but that's their loss, I was on the fence about needing sunglasses anyway so I guess they made the decision for me and I won't be spending a rather nonsensical amount for an up charged unnecessary product. Maybe next time explain why you canceled someone's order and actually, how about you just don't cancel their order unless there's an actual problem. I have to say, I do quite a bit of online shopping and this is the first time the seller has canceled on me. I'm an impulsive buyer and somehow they managed to lose my business. Aside from all of that, their site is rather slow and clunky. And I don't even need to get into the ringleader, market choke holder that is Luxottica.
