    I ordered from skincarerx on 09/02/2013 12:38 pm. i wanted my order to shipped to my friend who lives in usa texas. But after they charged the $511,12 from my credit card, they wanted me to call them to make sure that i own the credit card. But i live in turkey, it would be very expensive to call them so i cancelled my order on 09/05/2013, since then they haven't given the amount they charged from my credit card, i called the bank but they said there's nothing they can do, i'm very disappointed, i keep mailing them about this situation but i'm worried they won't pay my money back.     I've just made my 2nd purchase from this website. I was very happy with my first purchase--got a great deal on my iS clinical product.:) The shipping was a bit slow, it took more than a week. But the product that arrived was fresh, with an expiry date a long time away. I was satisfied, and have ordered the same product again! I recommend this website. :) Date of experience: May 1, 2015
    Terrible experience with their rebate program. They wouldn't issue me my 50% rebate check for 3 months, though I was moving out of country to Canada before that time. The mail service apparently will not forward rebate checks out of country. Skincarerx will not send me a new check. They will issue me a giftcard, but wont send the brand I order to Canada. They were not helpful on the phone, and I am disgusted with their customer service. Date of experience: October 5, 2015
    I used to like them because they're an authorized retailers of products that I enjoy but are very expensive so I don't want to risk that they are Fakes from a 3rd party and they had decent promo codes on a regular basis. HOWEVER, after being a customer of theirs for over 4 years and spending more money than I care to admit they would not give me a simple return of one item.(It was supposed to be hypoallergenic and fragrance free, it wasn't and it caused a reaction.) I was absolutely shocked. They simply wouldn't allow me to return a product and get a store credit. As a loyal customer I was livid. Literally spent thousands of dollars and asked for 1 return just a few days after I recieved the package and they wouldn't offer a credit or discount or another product or anything. I am no longer a customer for a store that won't allow returns or exchanges in any form. Other stores are simply better about this. 1 return in 4 years of shopping! Give me a break skincarerx! Tip for consumers:They do have quality products like you would get from the dermatologist's office and I do believe they are an authorized retailer for many companies which is good. If you do shop with them wait for the promo code and make sure you want it cause you can't return it!     Honestly, I don't know the quality of the products because the order I received a jar was broken, and the other item outdated, I tried and tried returning it. However, the company wasn't very helpful. Michelle, Amy, and Shelby continued emailing me something called a smart label. Well, I have never heard of a smart label, so I questioned them. The information given to me was it's a label in an email you print and stick it to the box for a return. I explained I do not have any mailing labels, and I don't think it's fair I have to buy them just to return damaged/outdated merchandise. Someone by the name of Amy told me to go to my post office and download it on the postal website, and they'd make me a label. Once the label is made by the USPS, the merchandise can be mailed for an exchange or return. I took the merchandise to the post office with my smartphone and told the clerk what I needed she had no idea how I could download an email/smart label from my phone to their website. Therefore, I was unable to return the order. I have been doing business with SKincarerx for years and have 'NEVER' been treated this way.     I purchased a free trial and from there they took 89.97 out of my account without my knowledge and also took out 85.97 for what was suppose to be a free trial (scam artist is what they are) that I was only to pay s& h plus I bought another product ( trial size) that was only suppose to be 5.97 and I used my debit card to pay with (wrong thing to do) guess what they said my money is not refundable! Wtf! Is wrong with you ppl does your company not make enough money that you have to go steal money from honest ppl. I am disabled and only have a limited income and damn sure can't afford almost 200.00 for your damn product that doesn't work! YOUR COMPANY IS A SCAM BEWARE PEOPLE!
