You CANNOT get them on. Your heel will NOT fit in them. There is a loop at the back to help you but there is no muscle power on earth that is stron enough to pull them on. The ankle opening has no give. Terrible design. I was able to get them on one time. It took me 30 minutes. I was so hot and pissed,I canceled my whole day. These are a joke.
